Can this be how I worship?
Not through song, but word?
Is it still worship?

The ETERNAL MAJESTY of the ALMIGHTY

!. O Lord, our God, how majestic is Thy name in all the earth!  
   Thy glory transcends the heavens and fills the expanse of creation.

!!. From the rising of the sun to its setting,  
   Thy faithfulness is proclaimed. Thy light guides us through every shadow.

!!!. Thou set the stars in their place and call each one by name.  
   In Thy wisdom, Thou shaped the universe and the world below.

!V. The mountains bow before Thee, and the seas roar with Thy praise.  
   All that Thou hast made speaks of Thy grandeur and Thy eternal power.

V. Thou art the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End.  
   Thy sovereignty endures through all ages, unchanging and true.

V! . The heavens declare Thy righteousness, and the earth reveals Thy grace.  
   From the smallest creatures to the vast skies, Thy handiwork is evident.

V!! . Thou art our refuge and our strength, a very present help in trouble.  
   We lift our hearts in worship, for Thou art worthy of all honor and reverence.

V!!! . Let our lives be a testament to Thy glory,  
   Our words and deeds a reflection of Thy love and holiness.

X! . Praise be to Thee, O Almighty God, from everlasting to everlasting.  
   We exalt Thy holy name, now and forevermore.

X. Amen.

When I beckon you
Come worship at my temple
Make love to my soul
I am seeking to fulfill

O Lord, Thou art exalted in the heavens,  
Thy majesty is beyond the realms of men.  
With awe and reverence, we lift our voices,  
For Thy greatness is unsearchable and vast.

Thou art the Creator of the earth and sky,  
Thy hand hath shaped the mountains high.  
From the depths of the oceans to the starry dome,  
All creation proclaims Thy sovereign throne.

In the stillness of the night, Thy presence is known,  
Thy light guides us as the sun's rays have shown.  
Thy wisdom doth adorn the world in beauty,  
And Thy love doth bestow grace and mercy.

We are humbled by Thy boundless power,  
Thy righteousness and justice are our strong tower.  
Thou, O Lord, art our shield and our guide,  
In Thee, we find refuge, where we confide.

Praise be to Thee, Almighty God on high,  
Forever may we lift our hearts and eyes.  
Thy name be hallowed, Thy glory proclaimed,  
For Thou art eternal, and ever unchained.

Let the heavens declare Thy wondrous deeds,  
And the earth rejoice in all that it needs.

I am so angry at the aftertaste of his devotion. He lit a candle with the intention of us, the flame will go out in a week.

Others have knelt. Looked at me with those big tearful eyes.
Gazing.

He trembles like them. He murmurs like them.

Yet he does not worship at my altar.

But how can I expect him to? A man who has so fervently forsaken any god?

All I ask is that you
worship every curve and corner
of my imperfect soul

You are the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end,

You spoke, and galaxies formed,
Your breath gave life to all living beings.
In Your presence, mountains tremble and seas roar,
Yet Your love for us is gentle and tender.

Mighty God, You are our refuge and strength,
A fortress in times of trouble and distress.
Your faithfulness endures through every generation,
Your promises remain steadfast and true.

We praise You for Your boundless grace,
For the gift of salvation through Your Son, Jesus Christ.
In Him, we find forgiveness and redemption,
In Him, we experience abundant life and eternal hope.

Holy Spirit, our comforter and guide,
You dwell within us, empowering and transforming.
Illuminate our hearts and minds with Your wisdom,

For Your compassion that never fails.
