I dont understand how I am living in a world that is not yours
I hope we can meet each other one day
we can get to see ourselves with our own eyes
and we can finally

finally

break the distance

Tranquility

Tranquility is what I see before me.
A place of peace; a nice day dream.
A sun above; the grass is my seat.
There are smiles here and I have no phone to ring.

The beautiful people are lying under the sun’s rays.
The parents are watching their children play.
The couple brings a smile to the widow’s face
And as they all pass by each other,
Pleasantries are exchanged.

The dogs are barking and the people are laughing.
Friends are meeting,
To talk about when they are next going to go drinking.
It is a lovely day for all the people that I can see.
The jogger is walking, the cyclist is resting
And the artist is painting the scene.

Steel seams once welded
safety torn and matted
scattered among the blood

I waited, perched
facing the pound
silhouettes of people dance

Lights of blue flash next to red
hurried bodies take in the flesh
torn and matted among the blood

Pebbles tossed create ripples
one action has lingered effects
silhouettes and shadows dance

As I wait,
uniforms investigate, the damage
the glass shards mingle among ****** hair
the scent of burning floats aware

I turn to the breeze
Imaging your hair twined to the wind, dancing
I wait for your embrace
but you never came
I was imaging a lover waiting in the park for her lover, that never came.

Vacationers huddle on tour
-history of a statue-
I'm not so different from they--
Watcher in a foreign land.
Shift my shape to grow to my seat.
A student laughs, kisses her boy
-were I not so different from they--
It could be sunny,
if not for the clouds. Though,
I suppose it could be raining.
Leaves lilting, to and fro,
Organic matter, decomposing.
Written last fall.

Yesterday I went
jogging , my feet stamped on ground
like an elephant

hey for the first time
I knew what an elephant
felt like..woo how strange!!

You should ave seen the
late sun it melted across
early evening sky

It made me want to
go home and drink a glass of
nice smooth fresh orange

has to be nice smooth
orange don't like orange with
those annoying bits

I loved the duck pond
It had a silver lining
Twinlking brightly

Oops no sorry it
was a park light shining bright
reflecting in pond

Anyway I had
to jog all around the park
My belly bounced bounced

It nearly knocked me
out , I panted so much I
thought I saw heaven!!!

The moon was pretty
and full it must have had a
nice big fat fry up

The grass was damp too
But all was okay as the
snow had disappeared

But where had the snow
gone , I know the answer..blame
the trees they drank it

Finally I got
back home and wrapped myself in
a cozy blanket

Then drank a bottle
of water as if I been
stranded in desert

Then i sat down next
to my Dean and we both watched
a film on Netflix :)
Went jogging yesterday evening x

We met in the park,
I jostled him as a lark.
Our eyes locked,
Our souls touched,
Our hearts connected,
I felt I had known him before,
What had life for me in store,
Was it instant love.
I met my boyfriend in the park and we fell in love and our love grew stronger day by day.
