did you drink enough to miss me
or did you miss me enough to drink?

my thoughts wander and end up in the most
complicated of places

i wonder which is more true for you
considering you pretend to miss me

and i say i miss you too
i’m uncertain if i mean it yet.

i ponder of great things
i hope you do too

i just hope you aren’t drinking..
too much.

but I hope it’s enough..
to miss us.

Miss me.
i kind of like this, i think. leave me some feedback!

feelings, they still linger
i can hug her, hold her, or come over
and you, b... you living so far away
it's a way i fed my hunger.

then, i had no clue but now i knew
maybe i fell in love with her because
she reminded me so much of you

in littlest ways i could notice
it's such a mess but i think I'm being honest.
the time she left, you caught me
but i was too caught up in the moment i didn't noticed.
...i missed you
and she was the closest thing to you
that i ever knew

now that you told me that you missed me too
that i've been in your mind nonstop, is that true?
because now i just don't know what to do.

Feelings they still linger
You miss me, i miss you, i miss us
but what can we do, you're living far away.
if only you could be here in a snap of a finger
my feelings for you came rushing in
they never left, they still linger.
to my first.

Moonlight in front of my eyes,
An empty bed waits for me to blow out the candles,

My nights are always the same,
My heart aches, missing you,
My love can not be shared,

My wife, living alone without you,
Sleeping in a lonely bed,

Dreams of sleeping under warm blankets,
Moonbeams caressing your lips,
Moonbeams guiding us through our dreams,

Missing you while laying in this cold bed alone,
Missing watching you breathe; laying next to me,
Missing seeing you at sunrise,

I miss you; I miss you, my love.

Sister,
You are my skin
My bones,
My blood,
You're flowing through me
You ARE me.

I feel you.
Rushing in my veins when something exciting happens,
Because whatever it is, I'm rushing to get it to your ears.

I feel you.
Pounding in my head like the reverberation of a deep bass song

I feel you.
When I hug our mother and you're not there to hijack that hug
Or when no one argues with me when I say that I'm the favourite kid.
I'm not the favourite kid.
I promise I'm not.

I feel you.
I've grown up watching your smile take over your whole face so when something makes those very lips tremble and cry, I taste it in my own mouth like acid.

I feel you.
Every hit and every blow that you have ever felt is a bruise that I have tried to heal on my own body.

I feel you.
So deep inside that unreachable part of me that to hug you I sleep in a foetal position, all bent inwards.

I miss you.
So much that my throat constricts and expands and constricts, as if I'm trying to choke myself

But THAT is where I finally stop.

I stop myself
Because you said that
If I don't breathe,
Then you don't breathe.
And you,
You better keep on breathing.

I thought that I’d find closure after writing poetry about you.
But every time I finish writing, I find new ways of missing you.
I’ll try calling you or you could hit me up on Facebook or Twitter.
I cannot stand these people when they are all cold and bitter.
You should know that I’m done chasing trouble and heartbreak.
Got detours and delays, I’m still trying to rectify my previous mistake.
I could’ve handled it better, but right now the past does not really matter.
You settled for a takeaway when you could’ve had the world on a silver platter.
So, let's just keep ignoring each other, and pretend that each of us does not exist because ignorance is bliss.
Do not call me when you can text me, matter of fact, don’t ever call me again.
You only remember me and the intensity of my love and affection whenever you are feeling lonely.

Hello my friend
How have you been
Don’t answer yet
But don't fret

See me and you debate
About everything to the date
I guess opposites do attract
And sometimes we lose contact

But you are always there
When the weather is fair
So we can go to the park
Until it turns dark

Then we go to your place
Like its our secret base
Those where the good days
Thinking of ways

To mess with madison
Laughing so much to hurt our abdomens
I miss the feeling
Of our hearts sealing

So how are you
And the crew
Do to miss it
The night where we talk and sit

Inside of her eyes she begs that you see the love she has for you.
In her forced smile, she begs that you can see her soul desiring to touch yours again.
And within her voice she begs to say "I love you" instead of "goodbye."

i tend to not let my mind wander.
somehow it always finds its way to you.

the moment my mind forms the image of you,
my lungs feel as they collapse.

my heart tightens.
the force is as tight as i held you when i told you not to go.

this moment seems to be an infinity.
my emotions come afloat and pour out of my eyes,
with a force that no boat could ever survive.

i tend to not let my mind wander.
not for the sake of my sanity,
just so this last flicker of life in me doesn't go out.
