We walk
through
the night,
and spoke
of infinite
realities
and myself,
I thought of
how one
may speak
as the beholder
of their own sight,
and yet, what
can be may
also be what
it is not, how
I perceive the
coffee I hold
as differing
from the
view of my
companion
within our
conversation
in this metaphysical
moment of time,
we reached the shore,
and so together,
we stayed
by the ocean,
“how do you
see the blue
of the sea
as a way
of knowing
your heart?”
he asks,
the shore
becomes
the tides,
and I say,
“I see the
strokes of
white as
my own
thoughts
immortalized
through papers,
as waves,
they will
crash,
and I will
love and
live through
others,
as a rose
opening
it’s petals,
I will bloom
infinitely
through
the hearts
of those
I love, I will
sing for the
voiceless,
and create
a symphony
for the grieving,
so they shall
grow, reaching
to the beyond
as the flower
beyond the
barbed wires,
I am the
one who
dreams
forever
and soars
beyond the
clouds, to
the rainbow
skies, far
from the
cruelty
of the
world
coming
with their
swords
at my
white
wings,
I am
the one
who has
already
flown
to the
place
I call
home.”

I wanna dance in the dark
Let my audience be the stars
Move around to the song of waves
Have this world be my stage
I wanna walk on the beach barefoot
Leave my soul in footprints on the sand
Road the earth like it’s my home
Because I’m not marked by a piece of land
I wanna be an infinite soul
The moon is my only friend
You wanna be like me?
Just take my hand
I’ll show you the infinite world
Where it starts
And how it never ends
Because his world is full of wonders
That the limited souls just don’t understand
To all the infinite souls I’ve met in my life, and again to my girlfriend, You are all amazing, keep blossoming, I love you all
Apricot Sky Oct 2018
My horizon is your horizon
On paths that no longer cross,
I can feel you through the nothingness
We’re parallel, but lost

Entangled we once were
On these delicate lines
Together we once were
At some small point in time

Then the stars shown,
Placed deep into the sky
On endless waves of velvet blue
That overlooked both you and i

And it was in this lonesome place
That i felt your heart beat;
Amid boundless time and empty space
You and i were always destined to meet

And so the universe abided
And finally ended the night
Leaving our worlds collided
Bringing forth a new light

And then i saw you,
Standing where the stars used to be
Like a reflection in a mirror;
You….who was once a part of me

Don’t call me a star,
They’re not at all rare,
There are plenty in space,
Too many to care.

Don’t make me your sun
And hate my burning rays,
Then miss me when I’m gone,
as you’ll never change your ways.

Don’t make me your moon,
watching from above,
cold, distant and silent,
because that is not love.

Let our love be infinite
Let me be your galaxy
Let our love be infinite
As it always should be.
It’s still a work in progress, I just couldn’t sleep and needed to write something. It will probably be edited in the future.
She would tell me
about this
young black horse
&
how he used to run
through the forests
finding spots to bury
the perception of infinite love.

My adventures towards it saddened

She would then also tell me
about how he died of a
lung cancer &
that the perception of
infinite love was still alive,
unburied, undecorated
as it is, as it was.

My adventures towards it sweetened.

Being nothing may not be everything you thought it would be
but experiencing yourself as nothing,
that's absolute,
It's the stars,
It's the sky,
It's the wind you're riding.

So here's to you and that
nothing you're finding
Here's to YOU.

because it's all I need.

Poetry by Kaydee.
You're all I need.

Common denominator
Portrayed witness
Lackless drive
Pure divine stationed
In this shallow heart of mine

Somewhere locked out of sight
I dive

Through blood we are tangled infinitely
A sideways eight to let the world see
Just how much you mean to me
