My hands
have always been empty
even with
your hands to hold.
Let’s meet somewhere
where you need not be seen,
where I need not be invisible.

“i will never find someone
who will make me
feel the same.

i will never find someone who will
treat me the same.”

my love,
do not look for the same.
that is what brought you down
this very lane.
there are indifferences for a reason.
it is what makes us humane.

Us
and between you and me is the world

and between you and me is a language

and between you and me is culture

and between you and me is a war

and between you and me is religion

and between you and me is a wall

and between you and me is perception

and between you and me is ourselves
Featured along with other fine poems in my poetry collection, "Witch", available on Amazon or through Lulu.

I'm not me
I swear it see
Since a teen
I seen a part
Of me that's mean.

Apart of me that's been
Apart of me that knows
Hidden till it shows
Though it hardly
Ever blows.

It's older
Colder
More daring
And bolder.
It's apart as
Much as it is seperare.

It stole my age
Cause older I feel
In turn
And cold how the fire
In me burns.
But for breath it yearns
At ends with me.

Mostly I'd like to
Lay in the Sea
And be free.
But my demon
Makes me live
And evade the currents
Caught in me.

My demon makes
Me me, we lack
Dichotomy.
I'm one with
What opposes me,
In an convenient
Lobotomy.

If ever there was a riddle she was it.

A puzzle that you were never certain you had all the pieces to.

Now to be honest, that is the most unique thing in all the world, unduplicated.

The uniqueness is a mystery we want to solve, but people are not for solving they are for loving.

Each on to their own a snowflake, cut only once, but only ever seen crashing downward to the surface.

Mysteries, puzzles, riddles, people; they are unique, just like everything else we experence.
As different as we seem to be platitudes apart we are all learning experiencing life and it is our differences that make us unique yet since we are all unique we are all somewhat the same.

Sometimes in relationships,
our love defeats our lust;
But sometimes not.
Sometimes in relationships,
our peace is kept by trust;
But sometimes not.
Sometimes in relationships,
we each to each, are hurt and held and healed.
Sometimes in relationships,
we share our heart and mind;
But sometimes not.
Sometimes we are lost lovers, our lives blaze with brigher burst of passion; Sometimes we are best friends, we balance with compassion;
But sometimes not.
Sometimes we are up-in-arms night and day, our battles are fought and won;
Sometimes we are at-loose-ends, and struggle to be one;
But sometimes not.
Sometimes we are with others, together we entertain family;
Sometimes we are you and me;
Two is good company;
But sometimes not.

The sun, the moon, the stars
They can only be all they are

The sun cannot guide you at night
Just as the moon
Will never shine a sliver of daylight

The stars will always be so very small
But the sun and the moon
Will never know what it's like to fall
My friend told me to say something poetic, after doodling the sun, moon and stars all day this is what came out

Sunshine splashed its gloss over fields
Warming the petty little bud
Paving its way carefully from earth
To glance an eye on the universe
Days went by as bud blossomed into youth
Nature awaited for its very first look
The first petal grew from the shoot
And the world threw a face of disgust
With teary eyes, the flower looked down
To see her pointless black gown
Nature around her looked pale and hazy
To her sore heart full of remorse
She regretted her self for having grown
Time flew by as the sky changed colour
The black rose grew quite old and fragile
And when the dead breeze blew hard
With no protest lay herself down
Voicing her silent mourns, I ask Thy
Why does the world build barriers
Between hearts and claim many a life
Why can’t Thee melt them away
Make souls bind with love and concern
And blow off the flame of social evils
Careful to rejoice its aura from wick
Trade with hearts not with heads
Steal the love and not the gold
Differ by deed not by colour
Once these words worn out by use
Only then shall the heavy clouds clear
And time soon heal up the CALLOUS TRANQUIL NIGHT......
Giving a thought to the differences we as a society create between fellow beings.
