Why is it goodbye
when there's
nothing good about bye?

Look at us deciphering from scattered bits of simple cadence

Gluing framing gaining prudent palette learning newer flavors

Loosening the meaning proving brighter than you once expected

Catapulting action leaving no depiction undisected.

Incomplete induction building context of compressed impressions

Sifting pieces understanding wanderlust in simple lessons

Pouring into view the words
Assuming form in function destined

Coloring a loose interpretation
Fusing loving heaven.

Seldom do the patrons of this theater construct it perfect

None the less the picture seeds a lust and makes the effort worth it

I wish I understood what's going on

I wish I understood the meaning behind what you write

I wish I understood what you're not writing

I wish... never mind

now I get it
If wishes were horses we all would ride...

take my hand
lead me to your bed
lay so close with me
in evenings fading light

cover my body
with a blanket of kisses
map my skin with your mouth
love me true love me right

run your hands all over me
read me like braille
arousing all my senses
find the heat between my thighs

take your time
tease me delicious
slow burn your love on me
free my moans & loving sighs

let me show you
with my body
the deep love I feel for you
in evenings fading light

cover your body
with a blanket of kisses
map your skin with my mouth
love you true love you right

My hands over handles and the studded upholstery
Reflective and cold as the strangers come close to me

Swaying like passengers stood on a boat
I'm fleetingly heartened by the accents I know

Picking them out of the bullying crowds
We're hurrying past unfamiliar towns

The streetcorners, bridges and shops that they know
Serenely suffused by a summery glow

The picturesque places they lazily go,
like postcards or paintings delivered back home

I'm rolling on by their entire other lives
Their lot on my mind and to them unbeknownst

Like a rousing of wind which as suddenly goes
For a moment we had almost been close

Speaking in two different languages,
we found a way to understand each other,
through music,
through the universal language of smiles.

We found ourselves
rising higher in love;
higher than with those
speaking our mother tongue.
