Who is Jesus Christ?
MBJ Pancras Feb 2023
Who Is Jesus Christ?
I was not born till my day, and knew not where I’d been,
Yet, even now ne’er to unravel the mystery of HIS Omnipresence,
One among the specks of sea sand I lie with tiny head,
Hearing unceasing moans of my fellow-specks,
Who stroll in their filthy minds breaking themselves into ‘Big Bang’:
‘Man is a dust, and out came species of life,
Galaxies and milky ways evolved out of ‘Big Bang’,
Times Machines take us into past to future thro’ present,
We’re gods to guard ourselves with our material dynasty,
Let’s be the emperors of the universe and write ‘new’ books.’
Hearing these foolish moans, I laugh myself with tears.

The Truth of the Word is God hath created all,
And this world is one of HIS handiworks to live,
HIS awesome Omnipotence is beyond man’s intelligence.
Where from hath HE come? Where hath HE been? Who knows HIM?
HE is the Mystery of mysteries.  The UNSEEN SPIRIT exists beyond time,
And who knoweth HIM with human knowledge?
He’s Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Omniscient,
He hath no father, no mother, but hath children in spirit,
And we’re made HIS children if baptized into the Lord Jesus Christ,
For God is in the Lord and the Lord is in HIM,
And   HE is I AM WHO I AM, the NAME of God and Jesus Christ.

“For to us a Child is born, to us a Son is given,
And the Government will be on HIS shoulders.
And HE will be called Wonderful Counselor,
Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
Jesus was the Child and is Son, the Image of God,
“For God so loved the world (humanity),
That HE gave HIS only begotten Son,
That whosoever believeth in HIM should not perish
But have Everlasting Life in HIM, the Son.”
“He that hath seen ME hath seen the Father”
“…. I am in the Father, and the Father in Me.”

HE hath been the Seed quoted in Genesis3:15:
“And I will put enmity
    between you and the woman,
    and between your offspring and hers;
he will crush your head,
    and you will strike his heel.”
And here “you” is Satan in disguise,
And “Offspring” is the Lord Jesus Christ,
Who is I AM in human flesh to save mankind from darkness,
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God,
And God’s revealed in Jesus, Who died for us all.

“Surely He hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows:
Yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God,
And afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions;
He was bruised for our iniquities:
The chastisement of our peace was upon Him;
And with His stripes we are healed.”
And Jesus Himself says: “No man taketh My life from me
But I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down,
And I have power to take it again”
And the Truth is God in Jesus is Almighty,
And He is the Eternal Saviour in Christ Jesus.

He is the Spiritual Rock that followed the Israelites,
And that Rock was Christ, the Chief Cornerstone of His church.
He is the Priest after the order of Melchizedek,
Who is without father or mother or genealogy;
He has neither beginning nor end of life,
And he continues a priest forever."
Jesus is the Lamb of God promised for fallen mankind.
He is the Word of God manifested in flesh,
And He is the Light of Eternal Life to shine,
And the ONLY WAY to Eternity for mankind,
For No other name given for salvation except Jesus.

He’s the One Who shed His Blood for mankind,
And Satan hath been defeated by His Death,
And His Resurrection is the Only Hope for mankind.
He’s God in Christ, the Image of the Invisible God,
Who is the Father of mankind through Jesus,
Who is yesterday, today and forever,
And He’s the Only Bridge ‘twixt Heaven and Mankind,
Jesus is the Son of God and the First Brother for mankind,
He’s the King of kings, and His Righteousness stands ever,
He loveth mankind, but the Eternal Judge,
Who will divide the saved souls and the sinners.

Forsaken by the Father for our sins, He died on Cross,
And it is God’s Eternal Plan that God Himself designed.
God is Spirit and invisible to our mortal eyes,
And He Himself made visible in Jesus Christ,
For no man hath seen God at any time;
But the only begotten Son in His *****
Hath revealed the Father to mankind.
He became poor that we are made rich in Him,
And His Kingdom is not of this world, but of Heaven.
Jesus is the Creator of everything and Saviour of mankind,
And He is the Only God manifested in flesh for mankind.

Everyone is born; I too was born with worldly knowledge,
Clouds of worldliness hid me till the touch of the Heavenly Light.
God of Light opened my eyes and let me read His Word:
His Word is the Only Truth revealed in Jesus for mankind.
Let this world stroll in unfruitful theories and principles,
But the Way unto Eternity hath been revealed only in HiS Word.
The world is led by Satan who is the defeated enemy of God.
The Love of God is in Jesus Christ Who is the Judge of all.
Let’s search the Word and keep our belief in Him,
And He will change as His children of innocence,
And we will become His children of Light ever in Jesus.

About the Lord Jesus Christ Who is the Lord of lords and the Creator Who became flesh to save mankind from Satan.

O Commander-in-chief!
Thy fortitude and forbearance will ring into our hearts,
All thy words and deeds unto us never forgotten,
Thy long-time silence had countless meanings,
And we failed to keep it in our hearts.

Thou mayst think we forgot thee,
Never had we forgotten thee in our life,
Thy love, thy kisses, and thy care for us.
Thy present state may be inevitable
That our presence with thee impossible.

We send thee our love through words,
Accept them now in this state,
Think we with thee and we are with thee.
We salute unto thy fortitude and forbearance.
Thou art our Commander-in-chief!
(Dedicated to my Dad, who is in his last days on Father’s Day)

The prime seat in its own colour decked with gems,
The scepter at the right and the scroll at the left,
The carpet in the front and the beauties at the back,
The whole of the seat, surrounded by minions,
Under the roof of luxury and manipulation:
Airplanes across nations; military fascination;
Self-styled profile; Cakewalk attires;
No cost hospitals; sheathed in ‘Black Cats’;
Floating in dream cars; pocketful currency;
Illegality against law; Cosmetic actors;
Pen in the right hand, eraser in the left hand;
Lying against truth; falsifying reality;
Kicking the ignorant citizens with empty schemes;
Fanaticism against patriotism;
Skilled in Disguise Show; Crafty-minded in bargaining;
Sellers and vendors of nations’ legitimacy;
Eating the simple pie of the poor, hugging the corporates;
Terrorizing the supporters of nations;
Dwindling the economy of nations;
Building weapons and Bio tools;
Tarnishing the reality with paradoxical episodes;
Bullet trains through the veins of the ignorant citizens;
Building aristocratic bonds among infamous showcases;
Sidelining the needs of the needy; amassing wealth for families;
Of all deeds of negativity, there is one left,
And that is self-justification of all deeds,
For the seat of Power in its own colour decked with gems,
The scepter at the right and the scroll at the left,
The carpet in the front and the beauties at the back,
The whole of the seat, surrounded by minions,
Under the roof of luxury and manipulation.
So I sought and seek Power.

When is my day?
MBJ Pancras Jun 2020
There are six coffin bearers carrying a box,
It was a solemn procession with priests and pastors,
Rituals performed; requiems sung; lamentations heard,
Who is in the coffin? Who are the coffin bearers?
A flash of interrogations hit my heart and mind:
Where do they carry the body in the coffin?
Who are the priests and pastors to the one who is breathless?
Why are lamentations ‘sung’? Why are rituals?
Are they to please the breathless corpse?
Where is the breathless corpse taken to?
Beyond doubt, the destination of the corpse is the cemetery.

Mourners and pallbearers are hired not by the corpse,
Dance performed; refrains gusted out;
Garlands of melancholic florets thrashed out;
Beats of unpleasantness resounded.

A silent spell practiced on the last journey of the corpse;
Neither a pallbearer nor the folks raised any slogan;
But everyone’s prayer in silence realized.

I am a passerby walking with a lot of reflections,
The coffin bearers shall be carried too one day,
The priests and the pastors will be taken in processions,
Rituals, requiems and lamentations will be enacted.
Coffins are ready for all with mourners and pallbearers,
Dance, refrains, garlands and beats shall be added to glooms.

I ask myself: when is my day?
Who shall make my coffin?
I cannot hear requiems in my long sleep,
I am far from rituals; dumb to lamentations,
I must reach my destination, whether l like or not,
Folks will never come with me,
For I came with nothing and leave with nothing.
Where do I go? Where does everyone go?
I cannot be a passerby to my own last journey.

I long for my day; it may not be my will;
But the day to all is predestined,
And we are to leave this shadow of life.

So, when is my day?

Walk Away!
MBJ Pancras Jan 2018
Living on paper they walk away,
Denied of leave and holiday,
Simply seeing through masks,
Waking others who walk with them,
Helplessly sinking into the marshy bog!
A philosophical concept written in the fomr of Limerick
MBJ Pancras Nov 2015
Elsewhere thou wert born with thy dispositions born of HIM,
Might be with the galaxy of blossoms flocked with song birds,
Might be among chiming streams brimmed with fishes.
Might be drenched in tuneful showers of grace.
My heart hath perceived thy childhood painted in thoughts
Right now painted in my words of magic incredibly.

Butterflies hover above thee sprinkling colours upon thee,
I hear gallops in thy quick steps as stallions trot,
So sweet as of the Nightingales with their melodies,
Serene, I believe, are thy words adorned with innocence,
Young as the tender shoot looking ahead of blossoming,
Thy words, I believe, knit with philosophy still to gain,
Amiably caressed thou art with the West Wind,
And I read Shelly’s mind in his ‘Ode to the West Wind’
So swift and amicable traversing ‘cross the horizons,
Child-like etiquettes, I believe, crown thee to stride ahead.

Thou art a star seen in the expanse of my inward eye,
May be a way of life to perceive thee ‘cross the sky,
Thou art a child still unto me and I am thy friend.

We’re all awake of HIS Way of Creation, a mystery to say,
Everyone learns the truth that the world is round,
And we all meet where we begin our journey.
And let our journey shall be led by the ONE WHO created us.

TO THE ONE WHO INSPIRES MY HEART !

Thou art the rainbow decked with colours of dreams,
Reigning the sky with moisture wedded with haze.
Thy beauty embedded in the rainbow - the crown of the sky.
When you smile unto me with thy fragrant love,
My heart grows blossoms of rainbow beauty,
I know not why thy heart inspires mine;
Yet I know it’s the magic of muse on its pinions
Speaking unto my silent heart and wakes my poetry.
Thy smile unto me adds wings to my poetry,
And my way of life is all of poetry.
Thy eyes sing lullaby unto my heart,
And my heart is drenched in the rain of thy love.
I adorn thee with my magic odes
When I address thee as a muse unto me,
Thou art a song bird chanting in silence into my heart,
I deck thee with my sonnets clothed with metaphors
For thou hast changed me Spenser with his sonnets,
I epitomize thee with my epic of anecdote
As the muse of Homer reigns my poetic child.
When I beautify thee with my blossom-like verses,
I’ve been Keats whose truth is:
‘A thing of beauty is a joy forever’
And I believe my verse for thee bears a lasting touch.

I read her!
She writes in me with her thoughts!

She paints in me with her lovely innocence!
I perceive her!
She draws in me with her perceptions!
I dream of her!
She floats in me with wings of love!
I poetize her!
She becomes the muse of poetry!
I adore her!
She hugs my heart with her beauty!
I love her!
Because she loves me!
I made her my poem!
And she's a poem in my world of fancy!
She flies in my world!

And both fly in our world!

My Daughter's 12th Birthday!
MBJ Pancras Sep 2015
Dedicated To My Loving Daughter SUZANNA CHRISTY
On her 12th Birthday (08/09/2015)
Days rolled on; moments of time trotted; Waters changed shapes;
She walked with His Grace; smiled with His Mercy; grown with His Love.
Eleven nautical miles she hath crossed; might be twisted with ebbs and tides;
Yet His provident Arms have carried her in tender and glorious ways.

I see her seated on the banks of the stately throne with scepter of innocence,
My heart is thrilled with her mother’s heart of her child-like majesty
Envisaged across the firmament with the rainbow colours within.
Each of the rainbow shade dappled with Heaven’s Glory to glow.

I have drawn her in the sky of my fancy with figures of speech in colours,
She hath become a poem in my kingdom of poetry in pageantry.
We’ve been dreaming of her splendor glowing in His Presence
And pray unto Him no blemish shall taint her soul till the day.

My heart perceived sweet smiles on her lips translated from her within:
Every smile is His Blessing showered on her heart - gratitude to HIM.
We planted a garden and ‘ve grown the seed of godliness to grow like His Son,
Our hearts rejoice in the growth of the seed beside the sweet flow of His Love.

She hath grown through lightning, storms, showers and withstood with His Grace,
She’s been God’s Gift’ conferred on us late but in His time mystifying to mankind.
It hath been His Eternal episode that she ought to be in our arms crawl.
And God’s Gift is in His Image to grow in His Shade and fly under His Wings.

We are instruments to lead her in the way of Eternity, and her soul is precious to Him.
All have souls and all have Eternity, and have to choose His Son hung on the Cross;
Yet earthly affinity hath no role to play in His Kingdom, for He is Spirit,
And all His children ought to have His Image ever to reign in His Glory.

We perceive Truth of Eternity on her child-like countenance each day.
She hath stepped on the twelfth way of life and hath years to walk through.
Our prayer unto Him is His Providence be showered on her soul till the time.
She hath awakened us to share the Truth of Eternity in my simple verse.

Why Does Mona Lisa Smile?
MBJ Pancras Sep 2015
An enigmatic smile she’s dressed with to chant mystery,
Poets and bards with their magical poesy tried the mystery,
Philosophers and thinkers broke their minds to unravel the secrecy,
Scientists and law makers built hypotheses and verdicts to read hers,
Painters and sculptors fatigued with their colours and clay,
Actors and directors enacted to unknot the thread of obscurity.
Odes and epics, long-written, attempted to sing Lisa’s Smile;
But reflections of their beloveds’ smile read in their verses,
Philosophies and thoughts expressed in huge volumes;
But less understood even the painter’s invention,
Theories and laws built around Science and Law;
But little is the outcome of their propositions sans the mystery,
Colours and clay played on mighty imaginative realms;
But Mona Lisa ne’er spoke of her mystery Smile.
Enactments on massive stages thrilled the collective audiences;
But Mona Lisa hid the mystery of her Smile.

I walked around the garden of poetry with fragrance of mystery,
I saw a poem in her distinctive beauty ruling my mind’s eye.
She smiled at my heart and in turn my heart smiled at her,
Her smile taught me a mystery and it took time to read it;
Yet there was a veil betwixt us, and I took my plume to write.
She took my heart unto her, and I romped in joy.
She’s been decked with melody and rhymes,
And the string of verses stretched beyond the horizon,
Where the mystery of Lisa’s Smile be found.
She took me with her beyond the horizon,
And I followed her with no utterance till our destination.
She laughed at me for my silence;
Yet she smiled unto me; but her smile looked unfathomable.

She smiled and smiled at me; yet she had no utterance for me;
She looked a little bit puzzling unto me, and I had no answer;
Yet her smile dwelled in me, and I invoked the Muse of Poetry.
“Thou art to be a silent lover, and her smile is the answer unto thee,
She’s the Mona Lisa; she can’t speak, but smile and smile.”
I lay on the soil of the kingdom of poetry, imbibing Lisa’s Smile,
I adorn her smile; I worship her smile; I revere her smile,
Let me not move away from the garden of poetry
Till Lisa’s Smile is translated unto me.

I waited and waited and I found the answer:
Lisa smiles and her smile is the love of silence.
My heart rests in silence that her love is felt within.
She uttered into me:”Speak not, but love with smile,
And that the mystery of my Smile and my Smile lasts.”

I know why Mona Lisa smiles.
She loves me with her silent Smile.

Thy Love, Thy Humility
MBJ Pancras Dec 2014
The crown of my unrighteousness pierced Thy skull,
And drops of blood flowed into the veins of Thy brain,
Quite often I please the ruler of the flesh,
But all my ways ripped the heart of the Redeemer.
Thou wert stripped when I am shrouded with iniquities,
Thou wert spit when I choose the fleshly acts,
Thou wert scorned for my fruitless words,
My sins of pleasure nailed Thy palms on the Cross.
Intermittently I let the spirit of evil into my soul,
And how often Thou wert lashed by filthy transactions,
Thou wert kicked with the filth of my boot,
With my heart of pride Thou wert slapped.
Thou hast created me and all within;
Yet Thy Love for Thine made the Way with Thy humility.
The Creator's Love for mankind is revealed in His humility. My sins torture the Lord Jesus Christ.

Are We Orphans?
MBJ Pancras Jan 2012
I never say we are orphans;
But they say we’re.
But who are they?
They are the orphans.

They chased us away from their fold,
Yea, it’s for good that we’ve been raised by HIM.
Their fold hath been stained by outrageous laws,
And are shrouded with selfish attires,
And they have swallowed our innocence and spit it out.
But why they did so?
It was they’d turned ‘gainst us,
And their treacherous acts named them traitors.
It is they lurk around us still to **** us,
They contrive against us still to covet our belongings;
And they lay their greedy tongues stretched at our treasures.
But HE is our Protector, laying us in HIS Arms,
And we are safe in HIS Arms.

No, we aren’t orphans,
For God in Christ Jesus is our Father,
And we are HIS children.

Who is Jesus Christ?
MBJ Pancras Jan 2012
Is He a Mystery? If not, is He a History?
Can we read about Him in philosophies?
Is He found in mythologies?
Can know ledge of the world unravel His Presence?
Do idols speak of His Omniscience?
Can the images of Him depict His Glory?
Is he caged ‘midst of bricks and cement?
Is He one among the gods of the heathens?
Did He come to the world to establish religion?
Who is He and where was He that the world rejects Him?
Is He a mere human being as the world registers in its mind?
Is He the ONE WAY to ETERNITY of LIFE?
What makes the world deny Him in its heart?
Is He the manifestation of the Invisible God?
Is He the ONLY GOD that the world needs?
What is in His Name that the Power indwells?

Numerous questions revolved around the world’s mind;
So what that its mind hath fallen into the pit of money?
Day and night one never forget to become quizzical of His Presence,
Volumes of His Mystery wake the world up with questions of dissertations,.

Jesus Christ has always been from Eternity to Eternity,
The Name predestined by God Himself.
Faith in every one plays a vital role to believe HIM,
And the Word of God in the Bible reveals HIM.
If anyone lacks faith in Him and His Word,
Then who can save him/her from eternal Fire?

Jesus Christ is the Image of God revealed to mankind,
He was a mystery revealed in History established,
Philosophies do not teach Jesus Christ,
There is no place for Him in mythologies,
Mere knowledge cannot reveal Him to mankind,
Idols don’t think, don’t speak; don’t act,
Man’s corruptible images cannot speak of Eternal Glory,
Bricks and cement are man-made and are destructive,
Heathen’s gods and goddesses are mortal’s imagination,
Jesus Christ is THE WAY, THE TRUTH, and THE LIFE,
No one can come to the Father except by Him,
Jesus Christ’s Way is not a religion, but the ONLY WAY to Eternity,
Jesus Christ is the Lord of Glory and has been always from Eternity to Eternity,
He (the Creator in Spirit) came into the world like a human being to save mankind from sins,
Jesus Christ is THE WAY, THE TRUTH, and THE LIFE,
No one can come to the Father except by Him,
Evil desire, pride, satanic devices, worldliness make the world deny Him,
Jesus Christ is the Image of God revealed to mankind,
There is no other God except Jesus Christ to save mankind from sins,
No other Name has been given to the world except Jesus Christ to save mankind,
And that is the Power of Salvation.

Shall we humble ourselves to the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ
And become the child of God for ever in His Glory in Heaven?
He is waiting for you!

Ode

Thou art 'twixt the Warrior and the betrayer,
Does the Warrior teaches thee good?
Does the betrayer seduces thee with his lie?
What are you betwixt the war?
Thou art squeezed between the Power and the dust,
Will thou escape from the battle between God and Satan?
Thou wilt escape from the Fire if laid in His Arms,
Or thou wilt fall into the agonizing teeth of the betrayer,
If thou stroll in the pleasures of lawlessness.

(Limerick)

Supernatural game with supernatural weapons
With its beginning when ego raised its hood with its legions
Against POWER  in Heaven to sit on HIS THRONE.
Blasted into the hellish agony, losing his crown
With his legions ego personified raised war from all regions.

A Crown of Providence
MBJ Pancras Jan 2012
The day began with tears of emotion and excitement,
And all set in His plan predestined ever before His creation
That two little souls would be united for a purpose
With God it would be revealed, but to mankind, hidden always.

Twenty four milestones have been crossed with thorns and roses trod,
No mortal on their rescue was prepared to seek them into safe arms;
Yet it is HE Who has carried the twain souls in His Arms.

Mockery lashed at them; stones pelted at them; rivalry set ‘gainst them;
Stories cooked ‘gainst them; venom spewed at them,
It was God-sent angels who hid them in their wings.

Predators set to eat their flesh and blood but in vain,
For it is His Providence That carried them in His *****.

They crossed sixteen milestones, and on the way to Seventeenth,
God revealed His plan unto them with a Gift from His Arms,
And three souls have been added into His Fold.

Their Twenty fifth milestone is set to walk further,
And the three souls have laid themselves in His Arms.
Heaven crowned the three with His Golden Promise
And they shall be in His Providence till the ages go.
God in Christ has always been with me, my wife and our daughter.

Time may have excelled anecdotes, but anecdotes never are forgotten:
She woke up a little bit earlier, and looked for morning drink,
None except her old grandma was her sole refuge;
Yet her dad would go on trade and mischief,
And his visit to home would be rather once or twice a while.
The dawn of the day looked ominous in and out,
And she could not unravel the mystery of the day’s dark countenance,
She took her subjects and planned herself for the day at school.
There was no cry of birds around, and there was no light in,
She was prepared to link herself with the chain of life as usual.
Ubiquitous silence prevailed everywhere and it was much more that day.
She called her mom, as she would call the grandma so,
There was silence, and suddenly there was heard a bird’s cry,
Thrice she called her mom, but silence peeped in and out.
Her call was responded but by a strange cry of vulture.
Where did the vulture’s cry come from? She was at stake.
All in a sudden she was hit by a crow inside her chamber,
And she ran to the trembling corpse of her mom,
She shook the corpse and shouted for her life.
Could she have known the corpse would come back to life?
She was just in her teens that the world to her was distant.
The corpse of her mom lay still despite her utter cry,

Terrorists’ work of devilishness reflected of deterioration of peace,
Surmounted with hellish and purposeless dogma in religion,
What did the innocent do with terrorism?
I watched on the screen how human arms had waved for help,
How victims had fallen from top to the ground zero,
How the splendid tower had been collapsing down
When the monstrous killer plane had plunged into cubicles
When computers had had their tasks with their engineers,
How the second predator dived into the concrete chambers,
How human splendor had crashed in no time:
Might be human pride ‘gainst the Heavenly Glory.
Clouds of smoke and ash had swallowed the hosts and guests,
Sons and daughters had lost their fathers and mothers,
Fathers and mothers had forgotten the memory of their children,
Lovers and lady loves had been shattered without their fulfillment.
What would have happened to the human less predators on flight,
Might be burnt and charred with the steel machine elsewhere?
Do these human less predators work for emptiness in void?
Candles and flowers being carried by the kith and kin of the victims,
And their tribute is the homage to their beloved ones;
Yet is this act done out of ignorance, or of love, or of human bond?
The game was over, but the allusions and metaphors are on stage,
And they are the images of events to come beyond human wit.
A mark of memory and cry diluted by human prayers seen at Ground Zero
With tears rolled down the cheeks of the victims buried beneath.
I could still hear the distant cry of the victims with their arms waved,
The click sounds of the computer buttons can ne’er be erased,
And the bellows of the pounding tower are the death toll still heard.
Terror predators are still awake with their brandishing missiles,
And let’s all break the wings of the predators with our faith in the Lord,
And He will charge them with His Eternal Word on the Day of His Coming.
The Day is not far, and is imminent, must be fair and good in His sight.

(Solitary Chamber. Heart breaking melodious music is flowing silently. Young Ren is looking pale, soliloquizing.)

Young Ren:  Sweet Flance!
                     Can you hear me?
                     I do know you can never see me now;
                     But hear me --- my words at least!

Feel my heart that hangs on nothing;
Yet resting itself on my unrequited love.

                     Hear me! Do hear me!

Send thy spirit unto me awhile,
And hearken my silent words.

                     Dear Flance!
Thou must be now with thy partner
Breaking thy footprints with me once;
Yet ne'er am I angry with thee.
From him I should not take thee away;
Yet listen unto me awhile.

                      Dear Flance!

I loved thee not at the very first sight
Like Orlando and Rosalind ---
Orlando was a wrestler,
Rosalind was a fair lady.

Their love began at an arena in a contest ---
Rosalind in the guise of Ganymede,
Their love passed thro' rustic lands
Symbolizing the art of Nature,
Their love stirred the young hearts
With wonder and fancy.

Sweet Flance!
                       Romeo died of Juliet and Juliet of Romeo ---
                        Breaking endurance to chaos.
                       There was poison in their love.
Dear Flance!
                       Jealousy lingered in the fatal love
                       Betwixt Othello and Desdemona,
                       At night their love was born,
                       At night their love was dead
                       When blackened by the candle light.
Dear Flance!
                        Lysander loved Hermia
                        And sought fanciful beings
                        For their fanciful union.
Dear Flance!
                       Know you, Keats died of consumption?
                      His love for ***** Brown was limitless,
                      And so burst into tears.
                      Oh! No!
                     MY love for thee can never have comparisons.
Sweet Flance!
                     Blossomed my love for thee
                    When thou wert young,
                     When thou wert beautiful;
                     Yet it's not of Romeo's,
                     Of Othello's,
                     Of Lysander's,
                     Of Dante's,
                     Of Keats',
                     For they died of their love.

My love for thee be unrequited; yet ineffable.
You felt not my love; yet I cannot be Romeo.
Know you?
                Romeo loved Juliet,
                Juliet loved Romeo,
                And so they died without love.
Loved I thy heart, not thee?
Love I thy heart, not thee?
And so,
             We live in remembrance of each other.
Dear Flance!
              Thou must be now living with thy partner
               Rejoicing in his presence.
               Can you think of me living myself.
               Rejoicing in my thoughts of you?
               Here am I in the air with wings waxed;
              Yet I'll not fall down to fragments.

              Know you?
              I am to lead my life myself,
              But with thoughts of you!

              For
                    Loved I thee, still I love thee,
                                           Ever I'll love thee.

(Young Ren sheds tears)

Sweet Flance!

My tears are not of my loneliness sans thee;
But born of bliss within me with thoughts of you.

Nature decked with white snow,
Everywhere there is purity and serenity,
Water is icy cold looking like white sheets of paper,
White clouds play with white snow,
Mountains are capped with snowy wreaths,
Trees and their leaves are dressed with white garments,
Wintry seeds lay across hidden beneath the white snow,
Sheep and cattle play winter games,
Boys and girls scramble through snowy homes,
Men and women watch their kids play in joy.
It is winter that makes everyone cool and cold.

What an Irony!
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
I was a mason and am meant for daily wages,
With me are helpers, young, old, men and women,
And we are the builders, but we do not own the building.
Yet, we own the building till the last patch of the masonry.
We sleep in the storey; dry our clothes, cook our food;
We scatter our belongings and we rule the building a while.
People think we’re just masons, but we’re the kings of the construction.

They say it’s their home or shop to make money for their ‘statuses,
But who is the owner of the property,
And no one on earth is the owner of anything.

On morning we brush our teeth; clean our bowels;
We clean our body; we fill our bowels;
And we take our tools to break and cement the walls.
The sun sets that we shall crawl to our beds,
And our body twisted to stretch out from pain.

Every day we the kings till the last patch of our work,
And no one questions our stay under the roof.
We shall permit even the ‘owner’ of the roof.

We become ‘untouchable’ after our last stroke.
We make them ‘comfortable’ for their stay with our sweat,
And they threw coins at our sweat.

Yet we have not lost our kingship, for we shall regain it
When we’re called for another construction.
We’re happy with our kingship ‘cause we are kings of many homes,
But they ‘own’ a bit of the land.

None on earth is the owner of the land,
For HE Who hath created it is its Owner,
And we’re HIS tenants staying a while,
And we play gimmicks to mimic the outrageous traitor,
And the traitor is the law-breaker, who counteracts the Creator,
But in vain he brandishes his sword against the Mighty.
Looking at a mason at work this verse appeared to me.
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
The Great Flood swallowed up the dark hosts and guests,
They had played havoc to His holy Sanctuary:
Pigs and snakes had their ransom set at stake,
Mimicry and mockery of His Plan had played rampant,
They had believed in the knowledge of wealth and pleasures,
They had stamped the wisdom from Above,
They had swallowed the poison of the forbidden fruit,
And had shrouded themselves with the attire of the serpent.
But the Great Flood buried them with their wealth and pleasures;
Yet the chosen ones were left in the Ark of Christ.

The serpent propped his head with venom on earth,
And he laid the red carpet on the way of mankind.
He crowned mankind with knowledge and philosophies,
And man multiplied his generation with multiple deformities.
He broke the Chain of Heaven and built chasm with the serpent.

‘Let us build a tower of protection from a great flood,
And shake the scepter of Heaven WHO shook our wealth and pleasures,
Let us call our king of the chasm and teach a lesson to Heaven.
Let us be united with one tongue to combat the Mighty Power,
Let our tongue be the whip of unity and take revenge ‘gainst HIM,
For He hath killed our ancestors who had strolled in wealth and pleasures.
Let us make the world ring into philosophies and superstition,
And found an empire on the logic of the skeptic ruler of earth,
Let us proclaim the tongue of the universe and rule the cosmos,
Let us make new creed and dogmas with the altar full of aroma.
The tower shall be the lasting umbrella beneath the flood of rains,
And we shall not be swallowed by the wrath of Heaven,
And He shall be ashamed of His act against His creatures.’

‘Let English rule the cosmos and reach the unreachable,
And all nations bind together with the knot of communication.
Let the Chinese prepare war; let the Japanese trigger robots;
Let the Europeans stroll in their obsolete glory;
Let the Africans brandish the swords made of bamboos;
Let the Indians realize ‘unity in diversity’.
We shall build an empire on English and bring unity,
And the cosmos shall utter the word of globalization,
And here, let us, believe in the strength on universality.
We shall reach the sky high above the clouds of rain
And rule the moisture and the breeze and save the earth from floods.’

They shoot arrows in the air in void and vain,
They shout of universality breaking the ties of individuality,
They remind the tower of Babel, and boast of their weakly strength,
They launch satellites and missiles and build the space centre.
They install the globalized lingua franca into computers,
They raise the flag of ‘victory’ and shout at laugh at ‘defeats’;
But they know not what victory and defeats are.
They land on the tower of Babel and brandish their swords,
They drown in the quagmire of sensuality and drink pleasure,
They build castles on the summit of terrorism.
The game of death hath begun, and every soul counts its days.
‘Where shall I go? What shall be unto me? What is the earth’s destiny?’
Questions arise from the deep of the deepest looking for answers.
The world studies mundane philosophies, but fails to understand the WORD:
‘Heaven and earth pass away, but MY Words never live from Eternity to Eternity.”
A comparison between the tower of Babel and the globalization of English.

The Rose Of Roses

I’ve sought winds of poesy,
And I’m on wings to pen thee ---
Thou --- my Darling --- the Rose of roses.
Thou art seated centre of Glory
That hath sent thee unto us
On our arms long waited.
Thou livest in our tears of joy,
Ineffable and amazing unto eternity,
Thou art the most beautiful dawn
Decked with pearls of glory.
I celebrate thee on the Day of Thy advent
And my poesy doth make thee beautiful.
I believe my wings of poesy soar and soar
Until the sky sets its limit.
I’ll make thee live ever in my poem.
Believe in my wings of poesy.

She Shed Tears
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
I was to leave a while and I have to toil for her,
For it’s my duty destined by HIM as her father.

She lives with her mother, and I’m a little far away.
I lived with my daughter and our love is boundless:
She hugs me, and I too, and my ear- ends are her spongy toys,
She walks with me and I run with her,
And we play every day with love and affection,
She watches me dance, and I hug her child-like utterances.
We play together till the time to part arrives.

She shed tears when the time to part arrived,
And I drank her tears and studied her heart,
Her eyes pierced my heart and she longs for my presence ever;
But it’s destined will that I must toil for her life,
And I have to be a little away from her a while.

I carry her tears in my heart and let them flow meaningfully,
And anyone can read her tears of longing in my lays.
When I leave her awhile for my job at a distance, my daughter sheds tears.

On Her Eighth Birthday
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
(For my Loving Daughter Suzanna Christy)

Seven years before her heart throbbed and mine too,
She was prepared to face to the world with God’s Gift:
Her travail had begun and each of her nerve shivered with thrill,
The Father in Christ in His invisible Presence hath been beside her.

Now I shed tears that speak how she had borne the physical agony,
And my inward eye writes how the day was and today it is.

The tiny blossom within the womb shook the stem of the plant,
And the plant stood fluttering, unshaken, but withstanding.
I now feel how I felt of her personal ordeal for matchless Gift.
God’s Answer in her womb, personified, traversed the way out,
The Invisible Christ held her in His arms during the journey,
It was the journey that none can describe except the Answer in the womb.
Biological apprehensions began to fly out with anguishing threats;
Yet the Heavenly Providence filled the way with His Grace.
Medical engineers acted upon their wit and tools to watch the drama.
The God-sent soul, anxious and hopeful, waited for the little wonder:
‘How could God’s Answer personified be?’
Time was on its wings, minutes flew, seconds galloped.
Engineers’ assistants exchanged responses of sincerity and hopefulness.
The little Answer personified whispered from within the Heavenly Mercy.
Everyone heard the whisper, and the mother too, and she would be a mother.

The clock was in its perfection to chime the melody of the Answer,
And the whole world, dressed in joy and smile, looked in awe and wonder.
It was forty strokes behind the entry of the little Answer:
How could I share my joy and with whom?’
The mother raised a doubt within her.
‘I am with thee, share thy joy and pain with Me,
For I have borne everything for thee on the Cross.’
She heard a voice within and the pain left her,
Joy let its wings fly when the little Answer peeped out the world.
It was seven strokes yet to chime.
Each second was a mystery and the mystery was to be solved.
The trumpet raised its clarion call; the lyre touched its strings,
The firmament, filled with Heavenly Blessings, began to shower on.
The little Answer personified sent forth her first cry,
And the cry was first heard by the Master.
Yes, she was born, and she entered the world.
It was fifty-two strokes past three whistles she was born.
Little fairies began blowing little trumpets,
The mother shouted in joy: ‘THANKS TO MY LORD!
Our answer hath been heard. Thou art my Master.’

(My daughter Suzanna Christy dance on 15th August 2011)

I saw her dancing thro’ the peep hole of my heart,
My person was marooned beyond her person,
She called me thro’ the autumnal breeze,
And I was caught in the stormy wind within.
It was the day that she’d been called for a dance,
And the stage had been breathing fragrance and excitement;
Yet here I was caged not to fly out to witness her dance.
I let my soul float on its wings reaching her dancing arena.
My soul watched her dance ‘midst of tiny blooms,
And she looked the dazzling star of the cosmic garden.
Her jingling steps thrilled my soul and I shouted in joy,
The fluttering of her eye lashes pinched my excitement,
The melody born of heart travelled thro’ her tongue
Reminded of my joy born when she’d uttered ‘Dad’.
Her mom too was in the cradle of joy, yet far from her presence
And she’d been writing words of joy in her heart
For the little fragrant dance had traversed into her soul.
We’d imbibed joy ineffable when we watched her dance with our souls.
For she‘s always God’s Gift unto us to live in joy.

Light
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
God said: There shall be light,
Immediately light shone across His creation.

I was made to enter the world of darkness,
The world hath become the den of sins,
And every man born of God hath fallen into Adam’s pit.

The Saviour took the form of submissiveness:
The Light pierced the darkness and showed the Way.
And darkness trembled at the advent of the Light.

I was at the heels of worldliness and tradition.
But on a day a voice stirred my soul to act,
The Light chased me to the door of Eternity.
I could not escape from the Light,
For HE hath HIS Plan to withdraw me from darkness.
I opened the eyes of my soul and saw the Light close to me.
Darkness began to shed its attires and Light hath clothed me with Its glory.

Darkness ceases not to threaten me with its curses of pleasure;
Yet there shines the Light ever to guard my soul from the eternal darkness.
What can darkness do unto me if Light is beside my soul
Which rests in the Loving arms of the Word of God,
WHO is the LIGHT of salvation into Eternity?

A verse on Light
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
(This verse is painted for my Loving Daughter P Suzanna Christy on her 8th birthday)

It was the day she began to move out,
She’d been in the cradle of her mother’s womb
Some seven years before silently in her dreams,
And her dreams! Who knows? But He knows.

Her mother, yea, yet to be a mother then!
Then in her travail, yet rejoicing in God’s Gift,
With her friend and neighbors close by she was wriggling.

Her father, yea, yet to be a father then!
Then in his journey, anxious, yet praying all the way,
None but the Father in Christ is beside him.

She reaches the eighth milestone of life,
How she hath reached is by His Mercy.

I remember the day of entry into the world,
She made a cry within and it was not heard unto us,
We could not know why she had cried within,
But we know for she had prayed within,
And now we’ve learnt that her first cry would be to Him.

Her mother’s friend took her in his arms,
And showered thousand kisses on her tiny forehead,
And it is he always the God-sent providence unto them.

Her mother rose from her anesthetic sleep,
And her every breath, it’s the fact, pronounced THANKS unto HIM.
She longed for her God’s Gift and took her in her arms of love.
I watched her imprinting kisses on the silky cheeks.
Every one wept and there were tears of joy,
I collected those tears in the deep of my heart.

She hath reached the eighth milestone of life:
She flutters as the dancing star in the sky,
Like the tiny trout in the running brook she plays,
Sweet like the ripe apple ‘midst the orchard,
‘cross the horizons of joy and laughter she traverses,
Dressed in the Blessings from Above,
She looks purple with floating frilled skirt,
She wears the smiles of her mother,
Filled with friendly wishes from her school mates,
She walks amidst the song of her little blooms.
I can’t hold her joy she experiences,
And so her mother shares it with her
And too with her for she hath carried my prayer in her womb.

She grows with the Heavenly Grace,
And does proclaim the Glory of Heaven in her life.
Now she’s a little plant to grow more flowers,
And every flower shall be the message of His Mercy

Danger of Fire
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
It was the day of fire crackers,
And they said, it’s ‘Diwali’,
And every one would play with fire,
And dangers too they are aware,
But what for the burst crackers,
It lies in the human understanding,
But God hath no meaning in it.

She was sitting on the step of her house,
And her delight was derived in her close watch
That the crackers burst in glitter but die in ashes.

A ‘rocket’ launched in its flight drifted in its way,
It dived straight into the skinny tummy of the little girl.
She trembled in fright; she screamed in terror,
Her mother in an instant hid the little girl in her arms.
The neighbours around them ran unto her with their helping hand.

Clinical treatment was given, and the physicians said, she’s alright.
Her mother wept that her daughter’s pain had grieved her.
There was a slight dark patch on the soft skin,
And the little girl stood then brave, that the wound shall go.
A fire ******* hit my daughter's chest, and there occurred a wound.

Her Christened Day
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
This verse is written on 23 Sep. 2011 remembering the occasion of my Loving Daughter SUZANNA CHRISTY’S CHRISTENED DAY

It is the day she was christened with a name
Which bears the Rock that’s built on Glory
Whose matchless love being showered each moment on her.
She was brought in the arms of His servants
Whose prayers caressed the infant’s soul
To grow in the Lord with His Wisdom and Mercy.
She was laid in the cradle of prayers and blessings
And a great congregation of friendly stars offered its light,
And the happy blooms fluttered around the infant.
She looked happy and with full of smiles,
And every moment of hers penetrated his heart
That he took paint and brush to draw her enthralling portrait.
He read a poem penned on her, and the little soul smiled in joy.
God’s servants proclaimed her with the name ‘SUZANNA CHRISTY’,
For she hath been God’s Gift answered to their supplication.
The little soul winked its eyes and whispered back ‘THANK YOU, CHRIST.’
He heard the little soul’s voice of joy and they shouted back ‘THANK YOU, LORD.’
The day when my daughter was named in the Presence of the Lord Jesus Christ.

A Tribute To Teachers
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
(This verse is dedicated to the teachers teaching my loving daughter Suzanna Christy)

Thou are the guiding stars to her in the garden of learning:
Every alphabet she utters is thy endeavor for her,
Thou lift her hand to write and sketch what thou hast learnt,
The circles thou make are the ones she learns about the world,
The lines thou stretch are the ones she draws her experiences,
The squares thou measure are the ones she weighs her knowledge.
Thou hast shown the ladder to soar by steps,
Thy frivolous rebukes may strike her tiny errors,
And she learns from thee how life takes it route on its way.
Thou hast laid a way for her to carry out tasks,
Thou hast trained her to read herself in her own way,
Yet with the way that has its own ethical values,
Thou hast made her walk on her own,
And thy words of law and ethics still ring into her heart.
Thou art gardeners while she grows with fragrance,
And she shines with her fellow-blooms.
Thou are every-shining brooks carrying tiny blooms towards rivers,
And she flutters on her way with wisdom and in joy.
Thou art mother birds feeding their little ones in the nests,
And she imbibes wit and humor.
Thou teach her science, numbers, signs and gestures,
Thou hast made her a living genius to shine with her genii,
And so, let me paint thee in my lays, and it’s my tribute to thee.
And so, my heart rejoices in my daughter’s fragrance with thee.

Wisdom Foolishness
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
Wisdom                                                          Foolishness

begins with Jesus,                                          begins to deny
walks on HIS Footprints till death,              Christ and HIS Eternal Life,
ends in HIM in Joy.                                       ends in agony.
What is wisdom?      What is foolishness?

Sin, Shame and Curse
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
Pleasure plays its game when obeyed the voice of desire,
There sneaks into the chamber of peace a ghost of darkness
Invisible to the eyes of flesh and bones with the wand of evil.
Looking at the world busy with mundane philosophies
Each moment of time exploited to reap corns out of weeds,
There sleep souls stained with lawlessness and unrighteousness.
Each rule of the game dictates the conscience to slip and fall,
And the conscience, buried underneath the coffin of deception
Once kept for sale on the Tree of Knowledge ‘midst the garden.
The souls never wake up, and the conscience looks bargaining with the ghost.
The bargain looks heavier than the product laid for sale.
Countless souls fall in line to buy the coffin of deception,
And there breaks out rupture and chaos in dramatic monologues.
The ghost never speaks of the warranty of the product,
But fills its ghastly den of glittering darkness with the fallen souls.
Time and again there strikes the conscience with the voice of Heaven,
But sin and pleasure hath shrouded the sleeping souls with their wand of deception.
The Word of God keeps knocking the door of the souls,
But the souls run down with the charm of wealth and wine.
The ghost of darkness hath sit on the flesh of the souls.

And there appears the Cross drenched in blood and shame
For HE hath laid the curse on HIMSELF for the fallen souls to breathe again,
And HE longs for their repentance and forgiveness to take them back with HIM.
When a sin is committed, shame enters, followed by curse.

Oh! My Soul! (Ode)
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
Oh, My Soul! Where art thou when my body lies in rest
That cares and worries have shrouded it day and night?
Wilt thou guard my corpse close sitting with a rod
That the messenger of death shall take it away?
Or wilt thou sleep close to my corpse and escape cares?
For when my body is at rest I know not what happens unto me
Whether my presence on earth is real or a mystery,
Dreams flash across the horizons and they’re strange and eerie,
Is that thou, my soul, art working in my dreams?
Oh, my soul, tell me, is this rest a rehearsal of death imminent
That I should prepare the way of death to Way of Life?
Ominous dreams lash threats at me, and art thou aware
And pleasant dreams caress me, and art thou aware?
Unravel this mystery unto me, O, my soul!
Every wink of my eye carries each of the day’s cares,
Tell me, O, my soul! Where art thou when my body is at rest?
Art thou not shrouded with attires of fatigue and distress?
I know my eyes shed tears if thou art agonized,
And thou art one in me, yet where art thou when my body is at rest?
I know thou art distressed with my worldly cares and needs,
And I know my body reacts when thou art distressed.
But tell me, O, my soul! Where art thou when my body is at rest
That I shall know how mystery of life works in me.
Where is soul during sleep?

What I choose I plan to do and with Satan's trap,
What I think I hesitate to choose but troubled by Satan's trap,
When I forget the Word of God I derive pleasure by  Satan's trap,
When I feel God's Grace below my soul I bargain my soul with  Satan,
How I play with God's patience that with the tool of Satan,
How I use  Satan's tool that with my love of the world,
Why I love the world of filthiness that I fail to pray,
Why I fail to pray is that laziness has sneaked into my soul,
Where I look for the place to pray that I find nowhere to do so,
Wherefore time and place are no where found but in one's soul.

Let me drop myself into the Arms of God in Christ,
And look upon Him on the Cross where His Blood still flow afresh,
And each drop of His Blood is for my sins to be cleansed.

'O, Lord! Give me strength to resist temptation and sin!
In Christ Jesus

Leaping up and down…
MBJ Pancras Dec 2011
I leap up to hug the cross of Christ,
And look at the pierced side of His,
I watch Blood and water flow in strain.
He shed His Blood once for all for man’s redemption,
The Heavenly Scapegoat of mortal sins whipped and torn,
The Father’s Only Son begotten with His Name glorified.

I leap down to touch the pride of Satan,
And look at the coated venom of serpent,
I watch the flood of pleasures sway the precious soul.
Lucifer broke the Heaven’s Holy Law,
The outrageous arch enemy of God raised on the coveted throne,
The eternal fire’s only dictator with his name cursed.

I leap up…I leap down…
For still I’m on the earthly wing,
And my every pace hath ****** and kisses.
When I leap up it’s Christ Who strengthens my soul;
When I leap down it’s Satan who weakens my soul.

Often my soul rises Heavenward;
But there lingers a devouring lion, who hacks me to die,
My soul shouts to the Lord:
‘My Lord, I fall in the quagmire of pleasures,
Lift me unto Thy Presence in Christ,
My sins are before Thee, before me.
Seek me out of the flames of fire
That I shall escape the furnace of the Fire.’

The Lord lifts me unto Him, and I know He is my Saviour
For He lay down His life beneath thorns and thistles
That I shall receive the Crown of Glory.

I leap up…I leap down…
But my Saviour is beside me with His Providence.
A sinner commits repeatedly tempted by Satan. Life in Christ is troubled by Satan.
