Just needed one look,
as I gazed into ur telling eyes
to know the fire is still burning,
obvious it's still alive.
And baby girl its heating up,
catching wind, it strives.
Stretching to the pearly white clouds,
it disperses through the sky.

Your lips were smirked,
coated a hint of chocolate brown.
Melted right through me,
knocked all my defenses down.
Became Lost in ur look,
like a pouting puppy in the pound.
Perched on ur throne,
defiant, just missing ur crown.

Then as quickly as you arrived,
you instantly left.
Had me stunned and shook,
drowning with regret.
Missing the photgraphed chokers,
softly fit, yet snug on ur neck.
Fell back on reminiscing of the night,
the magical night we first met.
True story

Day
it's hard, you see,
to wait, for you and me.
yeah, we're young
and this is fun
but patience..
god, i have none.
i don't comprehend
anything except "now"
and its sad how
impatient i can be
one day alone
by myself at home
and suddenly
my head wont shut the **** up
thoughts drifting
to years i await
married, content
makes me hate
just sitting
and thinking
for as i said,
patience?
what is that?
unedited, simply just my brain flowing
Am I being articulate?
My words are spoken loud and clear,
Im tired of repeating myself,
Time after time, but you never hear.

It is going to take more than words,
To make you listen to me,
But the only weapon i have,
In my arsenal is poetry.

Ive written you a dozen songs,
Explaining how you made me feel,
But until you understand,
Im afraid ill never heal.

Ive tried to make my thoughts make sense,
But it doesn't matter what I do,
Im sure I could write a perfect speech,
And it wouldnt make a difference to you.
Im not satisfied with the ending but i had to settle because every idea i came up with ****** haha. Tell me what you think?

i never thought
in a million years
would i sit there
under the blazing sun
still sea water
soft sound of crashing waves
in your arms,
thumb mindlessly strokes me
hand holding mine
leaning on you
my body fitting with yours so perfectly

never
*but it happened
You remind me of
The cold morning breeze
Embracing my skin
Through the rays of the sun.

You remind me of
The colors of the setting sun
Slowly transforming
Beyond my eyes.

You remind me of
A cup of coffee
Keeping me warm
On a cold night.

You remind me of
The moon shining so bright
With the stars resting
Up in the night sky.

You remind me of
A lot of things
In a lot of ways
In each waking moment.

You are
In everything,
Everywhere,
And in between.
We have a saying in my house
"It's not ok but I forgive you"
Although corny it is always true
Because what you did caused me pain
Something I know I will feel again
Even though you did what you did
How much I love you will never change
So, I forgive you
But it s not ok

Close your eyes
do not peek at me taking a peek
under your sun dress,
to address the radiant heat
your treasure box shaved neat
lips smoother than satin sheets
fingertips massaging
you pink peaks
as I take a peek
at the high-point of your ******
our intent meets
your fingers dig deep  as you spring free
your eyes roll back and your body relax
and your eyes relapse
struggling to catching your breath
with no energy left
you collapse
in my lap
our
hands
clasped
