I could write another boring story of her comprehensive beauty,
How all before her are brought to a pause,
But that's not the case or the truth

Truth is her beauty is finely balanced, To some she's ugly
She's not sweet tasting, but rather, strong and passionate

Words tempt my tongue, as hers are often crude and unnecessarily pointed
Her look, somewhat disguised, is not soft or subtle,
Her gait lacks elegance and fluidity

Her ideals, still orientating, while her desires begin to de-fuzz,
Her intellect steady, growing, but rusty in its current environment
Experience limited, yet pursuit of it growls, signifying a growing hunger

So womanly, so weak, so strong, such foolish bravery,
So much wrong, so little right,
Such an attraction I have never felt,
Such beauty I have never known

Love never had words
A feeling experienced by soul
And stored in the heart’s vault
Somehow lost in translation
When we used words for love
We come close
Not enough to express its essence
Love has different meaning
Felt in silence
In each other’s gaze
In the embrace
And the kiss
While holding hands
Feel the rhythm
When hearts beat in sync
Feel the connect
Love is louder than ever
And not lost in words
Love reverberates in harmony

Things they don't know,
Side I don't show,
A side that is tightly tied,
The person I've built inside.

She's the one who-
Zooms out the reality,
And also the one,
Who captures the clarity.

Deadly silence,
Claiming emptiness,
When its me who's tense,
she tires to bring some happiness.

I have built her,
She has made me,
We're for each other,
The other side of me.

Days swift hath flown
As a long storm blown
pain and joy few hath drown
even kings lost their crown

fortune and fame eludes few
sucess and love adorned new
Life for few lost without clue
Many a dreams lost as morning dew

Wars and terror held hearts in fear
Natures fury hath torn loved dear
limping hearts burden doth bear
failed ventures seeking dreams near

though many with us not
thank be to life we got
pain on gain love be not lost
Life lived a beating hearts cost

a time around the sun gone
Ups and down lifes song
though our way right or wrong
Lived and living a blessing in the year gone
Let us be thankfull that we lived 2014 for many we know are not with us let us be thankfull that we may see 2015
Happy new year to all in hello poetry

You hum the tune
I write the lyrics
You read my poetry
I love your tune
Words come to life
Humming your tunes
Let’s sing the song
Lilting music
Perfect symphony
Hearts in harmony
Time to rejoice
Let’s hold hands
And dance to it
Our feet’s tapping
Entwined emotions
Grand presentation

How is it,
That I am stuck in this world,
Surrounded by these "people,"
When none of them feel human at all
Is their really a heart in that numb thing you call a body?
Is it that I'm differnt or that they're all the same.

If love may be brief
Honor endures
If love makes you sick
Loyalty cures

I searched for you all my life,
Tried to take you as my wife;

As wild as a tiger,
As fierce as a gale,
Tried to tame you,
To no avail;

Gave you my heart,
Gave you my mind,
You wanted none,
Of what I provide;

You ran away,
I let you slip,
You left me alone,
Biting my lip;

My journey proceeds,
Searching without rest,
I never waver,
From my quest;

Looking around like a bee,
On the search for honey;
love   lonely   hurt   cold   angry   heart-broken

Left alone with my chardonnay and nicotine,
He walks out the door with a smile on his face and a pep in his step
And I slide down into the cushions and swish the sweet nectar over my tongue and teeth.
He’ll be back, my cigarette is almost to the filter and I flick the stick at the eye sore on my bookcase.
Flitting around town he’s getting his fill on Jack and Jim, making twilight friends out of strangers.
I listen to the floors creak and the couple below me start to scream at each other.
Early summer’s heat is taking its toll. Time will pass as it always does.
I light another cigarette and the hours drone on. A knock on the door snaps me out of my melancholy.
Familiar pools of green are looking at me from the door way. He wasn't gone long.
Dark patterns have formed on his shirt and he wears a crown of sweat.
He handed me a bottle and the chill sent lightning through my fingertips.
The quarrelers below have exchanged their harsh words for lustful moans and I pour two glasses.
Are you in trouble?
What makes you think that? He sips his ***** and holds his hand out to me. I give him mine and his lips rest softly on my knuckles.
You're never home this early. He looks hurt, but flashes me that winning smile and takes me in his arms.
Our body heat could scorch this earth.
I look over to my full glass and sigh.
Another glass wasted..
