The factory gates are locked,
And there's no work today.
The line-up's getting longer,
And the soup kitchen's closed.
The cardboard box was recyclable
As a home above a vent;
My children have no clothes,
I hear my school's been closed.
Then I hear you call her ****
Because she won't sleep with you.
The lake's been closed, no swimming,
And the park soil is contaminated;
I think we're underestimated.
Clear the area
Before Gilligan removes the head,
Or Hawkeye looses his arms.
This is not a false alarm.

Every response received.
Every nuance perceived.

Every phrase heard and said.
Every word written and read.

Every thought conceived.
Every emotion bereaved.

Only gets quietly swept under...
Where they moil and fester.

Fought to suppress
I really have tried.
But anxiety has made plans
to have EVERYTHING
AMPLIFIED.
Anxiety attacks debilitate.

Gaffer
It’s with heavy heart I pen this verse
Watching your father pass in the hearse
Takes me back to that night in the shed
When you said, this is like fireworks
It was,  I dropped the cigarette on the petrol can
Still, as I remarked not many sheds get a technicolour funeral
He was beyond reason
Not helped when rumours of ***** magazines started circulating
He told me straight, marry my daughter and I’ll **** myself
So we married in haste
But he didn’t keep his promise
What a waste
Still, when that great oak fell on top of his new shed
I had a grin from ear to ear
It was like the chainsaw massacre, but more fun
It was about that time you found god
I found your sister
You forgave me, I was weak
She was pregnant, sixteen weeks
Your dad went mad, he said I was the devil incarnate
Then he dropped dead
They looked at me in horror, in dread
Like it was something I said
Do something they cried
I didn’t know any songs, so I punched him between the eyes
He was definitely dead
I carried the coffin
The least  I could do
I shed a tear, maybe two
We decided to scatter his ashes over his pride and joy
But they couldn’t be found
The crematorium were in shock, people were running around
It was like he just disappeared
I was agog
Couldn’t see the mist for the smog
Later that day, just to console
I produced a big rocket
Really his soul
I set it off, and said goodbye
They had a little cry
It climbed high in the sky
They gave a sigh
Should it not explode
Well it is supposed to go with a bang
Just then it made its descent
It was like he was heaven sent
Plummeting to earth
Mad as hell
We all dived for cover
Just as well
She screamed, oh god, oh boy
No need to tell you where he landed
Okay then
His comfort and joy.

I sent my love an e-mail
I was in need of caring
I voiced some things i shouldn't have
I guess i was too daring

I told him I was feeling low
Problems at my work
I told him I was tired of it
My boss was such a ****

I told him of my hopes and dreams
I told him motivations
I told him my work history
All of my frustrations

I'm very glad I stopped at that
And didn't say much more
I guess i knew much better
'Coz I found out the score

My e-mail was returned by him
I received no kiss
It was short and it was sweet
And it looked like this:

:)

After that we parted ways
He was history
All my friends said WELCOME..
TO THE 21st CENTURY!

Not a true story. But I could imagine something like this happening to somebody.

Acid notes have just begun;
When the mellowness is gone,
Acrid memories linger on.

Embrace the rush into unknowns,
Treasure pleasure's fleeting tones,
Know sorrows come when they are gone.

Pile up the dulcet memories;
In summer load your treasuries;
Lay up the sweetnesses of life
To feast upon in coming strife.
Pensive Moments.... Good Times, and Bad.

hardly a day goes by
without the news
of yet more suicide attacks
that **** mothers and children
     innocently playing in parks
     listening to their favorite songs
friends chatting over tea and coffee
expectant travelers on their way
     to business  family  or lovers

the perpetrators of such deeds
must be a very lonely crowd
with eyes as empty as their hearts
and frozen souls that harbor the illusion
       that cowards will turn heroes
       that killing innocents is brave
that the world will recognize their great importance
when they bring ****** ends to happy lives

it will not come to pass

no peace
in this   or any other world
can find its way to them
who ****** in cold blood

Lost soul visits the store across the road
To pick up some rope and a stool;
He looks both ways before crossing the street.

An ominous construction
In the gloming stood
It was dark, unlike the park
Of the neighborhood

Its architecture gothic
It was in disrepair
Its garden loomed and had no bloom
Just briars of despair

Cobwebs in the windows
Its gutters filled with leaves
The fence beneath like broken teeth
Wasp nests in the eaves...

The people living roundabout
We're angry! Up in arms!
Their neighbor had to labor
To give their place some charm!

So they all got together
And went there as a group
They had talked, and so they stalked
Up there to the stoop

There was a lengthy time
After the doorbell bonged
Then they knew the place askew
There was something wrong!

Some became quite anxious
They were sore afraid!
Their faces taut, they shook and thought
The house owned by a shade!

But finally someone answered
The mammoth darkened door
A wizened gal stood in the hall
An old lady! Nothing more!

"Have you finally come to help me?"
She asked, tears in blind eyes
"I lie in bed, my husband"s dead,
And I was just too shy..."

All the people were ashamed
Could not believe their part
As it were, blaming her
For the blackness of THEIR hearts!

So one by one they got some rakes
Some dustrags and some brooms
They changed their plan, made **** n span
They cleaned every room!

Bit by bit they found some wit
In the elderly girl
She took part, and had an art
Knew much of the world

So the moral of the story
Is plain as plain can be
Don't hold a grudge.
And please don't judge...
Until you finally SEE!

Me
I am only me
No more no less
I love
I dance
I cry
I live
I proud
I laugh
I am a girl
I am a daughter
I am a sister
I am romantic
I am utopian
I am passionate
I am an honest friend
I am sweet
I am shy
I am cheeky
But,
I am not perfect
I am not as forgiving
I am not funny
I do faults
My logic is always my own
I have many slants,
like diamond facets
Because,
It is my life
I am only me
Not you
I am what i am.. Believe that...  I am tired...I can't change... Believe me.. Believe me...
