i haven't known you that long
so i wasn't thinking of what could go wrong.
i liked all of you verily
thought we'd be more than friends happily.

but you were a scoundrel,
one i did not know too well.
you were a fabulist,
deceit is what you always insist.

i guess i was just too naive
in you i continued to believe.
now the red flags are waving at me,
telling me to go and fly free.

"everything happens for a reason"
is a line i'd rather not hear from now on.

reasons i wish i knew why,
what in my life it tries to imply.

i don't want to sit around and wonder,
what i could have done much better.
— here's to the things we wished we knew why it happened.
His eyes met hers
and then he knew
it was checkmate.

I will dance
And I will spin
Until the room blurs
And the lightless gaps
Between swaying bodies
Absorb my ache
And longing

I will twist
And I will wring
Dizzily releasing
Whatever still clings
To my depleting soul
And replace it with champagne

And I will dance
What’s hidden behind
The winds
silent kiss

Lies a
Sacred jewel

A perfect stranger
Swaying in the
Romance of the
Nights silky mist
Couldn't think of a title
Brain died
The winds of change

Are blowing

We need to hear them sing

Open up and listen

To alarm bells as they ring

Learn from this experience

Like we never did before

This virus isn't kidding

It's already gone to war

Casualties are many

No-one wants a million more!
Stay Inside
When I die, I will miss
A woman’s long hair in the wind,
Not a timeless thing, but a thing
Without concern for time,
The way Rome always reminds
Of Greece, and Greece reminds
Of salt air and vines.

rose
like the autumn wind
you brought chills down my spine
the trees
plentiful with colors
the colors of you
so pretty only to fall
onto the ground
and disappear forever

so sudden
the autumn wind
so unexpected

and I guess,
like the seasons
you come and go
only temporary
never forever
I loved you in Autumn. And I still love you in Winter.
