WITH THE WORDS SHE WROTE
PASSIONATELY WITH HER PEN
YOU CAN FEEL THE INK
CRAWL UPON YOUR SOUL

HER CREATIVE YET HARD LIFE,
BLESSED US WITH HER POEMS
SHE IS WHAT SPIRIT CALLS LIFE

PAIN STRIFE LOVE ABUSED
SHE WILL NOT FALL DOWN
WITH THE STROKES OF THE INK
ITS WRITTEN HER PERSONALLY

LET MY WORDS CONSUME YOU
OPEN YOUR MIND BE NOT AFRAID
DARE TO BE THERE WITH ME

FIND THE PLEASURE
IN POEMS WRITTEN
NAUGHTY & SO DELICIOUS

READ THE STRUGGLES
TOUGH DAYS LONELY NIGHTS
LONGING TO BE LOVED
NEEDING TO BE HEARD

SURVIVING ON THE STROKES
OF MY HAND ONTO PAPER
IS THIS HOW IT ENDS
WRITING IN INK
THE RHYTHM OF MY LIFE
WORDS JUST WORDS WRITTEN

Hold on to your heartbeat
As this might bust a vain
When it comes down to it
We're all pretty much the same
Whether you are black or white
Either straight or gay
Like to stay up late at night
Or get up early in the day

We're all in this together
As we make our way
From damsels in destress
To heroes wearing capes
As you can see when we all bleed
Red's the color that we make
So why not hug it out in love
Instead of pushing away with hate

We all come with the same body
Different sizes, different shapes
Some are done quite naturally
While others are man made
You might live life freely
Or you might be a slave
It all depend on the habits
To which you have caved

But like I mentioned at the start
If your heart did not go bang
That you and I are bound to find
We're all in the same game
The only difference that makes any sense
Is that of woman and man
Otherwise in Gods eyes
We're all pretty much the same

She won’t hide even though the storm is coming
The clouds try to distort and drown her face
But she’s brightly glowing, remaining sound
She’s my constant and she is peace
She lights our way to say the least
And you’ll look up to her in your sleep
As her waves calm you in the night
She will wane and wander til it’s light
Until all is right within everyone’s heart
Just another day goes by, we won’t always be apart
When the sun seems to stop shining, she’ll find me again
Beaming down with all her love
As if she’s more than a friend

I gaze up at the morning stars,
And the half crescent smiling moon,
Sun just below the horizon line,
Its hazy glow can already be seen.

Silhouetted trees sit at the brow of the hill,
As the hedgerows come to life,
The shadowed trees look windswept and weary,
Even though there's little breeze.

The birds begin their morning salute,
As I stretch and do mine,
The dawns about to break,
I feel humbled and honored for the time.

The sun peaks over the hills in front,
And for a moment it all melts away,
I squint and feel its caring warmth,
Earth's shifting shadows are at play.

The stars in the sky slowly fade,
I look to the dew dropped grass,
As it glistens in the sun,
Like a world turned upside down.

Millions of spiders cast their line,
Hoping to catch the morning breeze,
Hundreds of birds sing their song,
And not another human around but me.
When wild day collapses on me
I can't breathe or reach the air
My tired lungs are trying to find
That's the moment I need you there

I can stand up on my own
Til my endeavors start going wrong
When I become too weak to move
My consciousness depends on you to be strong

I try my hardest to be perfect
Sometimes my fickle hopes take flight
Once they are crushed again I know
You'll be waiting to make it right

You are my lasting refuge and relief
The anchor keeping me on sore feet
Your beautiful smile holds me here
Without you my wounded heart wouldn't beat
I like this one.

I do believe that, people's
breaking moments aren't spectacles,
to be watched like carousels in a carnival,
not free for all(s).....like publc seesaws
anyone rides....sees what comes and goes

my folks' words play in my mind, like a spell
"don't let your eyes stay wet too long, they swell,
one day, those tears will make you unconquerable
your fences and walls ultimately become impregnable."

...but.......there's a truth that's unavoidable
there're days when we're not that invincible
::::::::
sometimes, we melt, we flow
hurt by people's deeds, we don't even know
why.....the days, at times, become too cold,
confusing...other times, painfully bold
we break, we droop............we fall
we realize...we can't always be that tall
::::::::
we become...........frangible
just as breakable
just as fragile
as porcelain
......................................
because
we're human.

Your eyes are my *******.
Your kiss leaves me breathless.
Your fingers are my toys.
I submit my body and my heart
For your abuse or adoration.
With you the red bag stays zipped.
Don’t you dare give me a blindfold
Don’t you dare gag my mouth
Don’t put leathers between us.
Only one thing does it for me.
Call it a fetish or call it love.
I just want you.

kyleigh g
constant paranoia
sleepless nights
bustling hospital halls

trust me
this is nothing less than horrific
after attempting to end it all

"take me home"
i whisper to no one
through my silent tears

staying in a psych ward
for just one week
felt like several years

all i can do
is worry
about if anyone will care

i think they believe
that they would be better off
if i was no longer there

my week in the hospital
was heart-wrenchingly
bleak

everyone says
it made me stronger
but i feel immensely weak
i apologize for pouring my heart out. but it's very therapeutic.
