I finally broke down every wall for You

And you picked up every single stone
Just to throw it back at me.........
Keep quiet
Don't make a sound
Waking the monster is a bad idea
That come's with a painful end
Two soulless eyes stare up at you
A shell of a being
It's a body filled with hatred
For its mistakes and your happiness
It takes it from you when you least expect it
During a movie, or playing a game
You'll be fine one moment
Just living life
But then you speak too loud
Move too fast
And wake the monster within
?
Is it a blessing
Or a curse
Or something much worse
That I'm not well versed
In this thing called love
Thursday thoughts
With individuality & togetherness
With independence & belongingness
I crave connections deep and free
Rain, rain, wash me away.
Drown me in the depths, let my spirit decay.

Lost and lifeless, adrift in the flood,
no fire in my heart, no surge in my blood.

Endlessly grasping at things not meant to be.
Left to live out forever in the cold of the sea

Rain, rain, wash me away.
Perhaps I'll find solace in this madness of grey.
which weighs heavier?
the regrets of what did not happen
or
the memories of what had happened
"is like giving someone a loaded gun pointed at your heart
and somehow, trusting them not to pull the trigger."

You see
This thing
Between you and me
Is paradoxical
Because we feel free
Inside these cages
We’ve confined ourselves in
but
Are we truly free
Or is it just an illusion of liberty
I hope you break free
From this tragedy
