How bright is the lone desert tonight?
I’m at my store to catch a sight,
Hot and cold fantasy there upright
I’ve never been in such hungry delight.

I walk the Cuban café with blues
Eyes on albums and letters on glues,
Your bits rushing my lips like juice
When my brain pass me your clues.

I have not seen you in a while for now
But the sturdy and shy love you sow,
Far into a fierce gone hair on blow
Has set my calm waves on crossbow.

Reasons beyond seasons and time
Giving myself to your heart not dime
The world has shrugged to your chime,
I've finally found my home, Oh Valentine.

To be loved brings joy beyond measure
Though to love is the most precious treasure.
Which is why what all of us yearn to do
Is find the one we can give our heart to.
One whom to us is so precious and dear,
That we dare to love without any fear.
The one we love with all our heart and soul,
One whose love in return makes us feel whole.

I feel so happy,
Light-hearted and free
Of all the things this was one,
Very much I thought might not be.
Each moment I remember, each second I recall.
You were there standing in the midst of it all.
Oh, joy my King sing me that song.
Under which I fell,
Much a victim to your spell.

For all the hurt and all the tears,
The good times throughout the years.
For all the time you have been mine,
Darling, won't you be my valentine?.

Into a thousand tiny pieces      
Which lodged themselves in my mouth
Rendering me unable speak
My dumbfounded mind
Raced to catch up to the words you uttered with such carelessness


One year on

Like petals looping through the winds of time
Waving at the door of Hades
Pursuing the light of redemption down a snaking tunnel
My heart has returned to its rightful place
Still bruised
But whole again
I am happy in my oneness
Not lonely    
                    Just
Alone
                       ­       Being
                                                  Me

Meanwhile.­.......

You're in a 'relationship' with someone who is still married......

But not to you

My love for you is like,
The brightest of diamonds,
Your face reminds me of,
Happy times and bright, sunny days,
Together, we are like chocolate ice cream and whipped topping.

Oh! lovely Star Shine,
My sweet diamond,
Your beautiful dark eyes, like Tahitian pearls,
The perfect companion for these past 100 days,
Of traveling through my dreams.

Walking along the warm white shore sands,
Holding hands,
Laughing and singing our favorite songs,
How bright and blue the Eastern sea is today,
Can this be reality or only a dream?

I like walking along the warm sandy beach of an Eastern sea,
But not as much as I love kissing you.

Oh darling Star Shine,
Your lips taste like sweet pink cotton candy;
The shining sun sparkles in your soft black, hair.

You're like the brightest sunrise I have ever seen.
Thank you for traveling life with me these past 100 dreamy days,

Today, Valentines day,  I give you the keys to my heart,
So you may unlock my Soul.

I've never had any experience with love
That's why i'm willing to make mistakes for the sake of it

You became my universe when we kissed
So hold my hand and never let me go
I'm crazily in love with the imperfection of our own
Tell me that nothing can go wrong

You take me to paradise
You make me feel all good inside
You showed me all the finest sight in the world
I felt all of these things when you're beside me

I've seen all the eye catching attractions in the world
But nothing can match your beauty
I feel like i have all the riches in the world
And you have no idea how beautiful you are

I am the most handsome man in the world,
When i'm with you
And you still have no idea how beautiful you are

How dare you
Stereotype girls
As worthy of a bouquet
And not
How dare you
Imply that
You were not to be seen
With her in public
Was she a monster, a ghost
Or something else?
Was she ugly or what?
Maybe she wasn't as pretty
As those girls
You've been following on Facebook
Liking their profile pictures
Every time they make updates
Or that ******* the wallpaper
Of your phone
Or that girl you've always been dying for
To be your girlfriend
Who looked so much like
That teen star on TV.
How dare you
Tell her you loved her
Call her baby
When all you did in the end
Was left her
For another girl
Who now bears your future baby
How dare you
Drive her home after work
For a week or two
Ask her if she still loves you
Because you think you are still
In love with her
But then after a month
You're with another girl
Took pictures on that
Famous hilltop
Then said she was just a fling
How dare you
Read her poems
Make her believe
You admired her poetry
But all you did
Was get this idea
And tried writing a poem
For another girl you courted
How dare you
Demand for her time
When you were so bored
Of all of your free time
And all she did
Was to free her me time
Just to compromise
How dare you
Tell her you feel the same
When all she supposedly
Wanted was to be just friends
But you hid from her
That you already have your own girl
How dare you
Dare me
Was I a fool
When all I thought
That love
Was the most beautiful feeling?
How dare I?
