Its beautiful at midnight
Unlike the day,
When its blinding bright.
I look up at the sky
Colored in shades of black,
Dotted with stars up high.
I look at the beauty of the moon,
Making me forget
That the day will be starting soon.
They say the sunrise is ecstatic,
I say, ponder into night life
It's beauty is magnetic.
A certain darkness is needed to see the stars.
And to be honest, darkness can be very beautiful indeed.

I once wrote a poem titled:
Loving once, and loving once more, is hard.
Though now, I am no longer blind to my own happyness.
Loving once; is hard
Loving once more; is lovely
Finally i'm happy.

The waves crashed as my knees buckled so straight
I could hear my inner thoughts screaming “it’s already too late!”
The water, so jagged and blunt with force
Threw me and my mind fully off course
The amplitude had ceased yet the water remained
No matter how hard I tried some parts were not drained
I suppose to me you’re like the droplets of water
Those little bits that aren’t really a bother
But no matter what I know that they’re there
I really feel them when my soul is quite bare
And no matter how I try to dry them
They have become a part of me like a flower to its stem

Lovely is the morning light that urges poem to sprout.
It is in the gently breeze that makes me want to shout.
Lovely is the dance of dance that comes as I do drift.
I now feel empowered inside of the day breaks kiss.

Lovely is the words that move in mind to grace a page
whispering in poetry that makes me writer sage.
Lovely is the sun that shines and even rain that falls.
I am grateful for my life to answer words that call.
Inspired by chat with TheRaven. Many thanks

In Your grim darkness Soul,

My visible light inevitably ensues a lovely scene,

While I am furiously blazing myself,

In your eternal darkness’ with my patience endurance!

he could see,
the fleeting colors,
fading slowly,
the illuminated quivered path,
trailed on the blue water,
and with those rays,
caressing her skin,
he couldn't decide,
what was more breathtaking,
the sunset or she.....
