When I was shattered,
Into the pieces of jigsaw puzzle I turned....
While rearranging, I resolved myself,
And reconstructed as a masterpiece!
All new and better version!

Just an inspiring thought....

.
Random components in a broken box,
all there is of the jigsaw dreams.
Unaligned pieces distorting the picture,
a wooden tapestry split at the seams.
On the perimeter frame of insipid ice
molten images interlace in mist,
reaching for completion, a solid visage,
defying the puzzle a right to exist.

Wide eyes wandering,

To settle upon such an empty space,
Yet willingly, they must trace,

That vast collage,
The most toilsome jigsaw,

How loving that imagery,
Our hearts pieced together,
To accept you,
As my beloved forever,

Though,
A puzzle untimely broken,
Lost to a box,
Eternally unspoken,

The flicker of afterimages,

The best pieces of you,
Inhabiting such bare space,

This forsaken heart,
An utter disgrace.

he said,
you are a lost piece
of my jigsaw puzzle of life
that I have found now
I feel filled
and complete
and now that I have found you,
I will not let you go
away from me

But then he left
with a part of me
in search of
another
lost piece

Just like a jigsaw puzzle,
the pieces of my heart will fill in your
blank space
As you put a smile on your face

Pieces of our hearts
fit together like a
jigsaw puzzle;
each piece fitting
uniquely to us.
yet somehow
someone managed
to break us appart.

Life is like a
Jigsaw puzzle

You can never
Find all the pieces

Therefore, you can't
Ever see the full picture

Until it's almost complete
A life lesson I know too well.
Thrown forward from the past to break upon the bread was cast the scattering, if that's the word,
that was the word.

I heard it not so far away
as if I hear words as
I lay
asleep.

Dreams, they told me, but I know  dreams can hold me tight when all is certain to be lost and in these dreams from far away when words are ripening like hay I make them all my own.

My home was always home to me, no castles there for I was free to wander through the cornfields which led out to the rushing brook where once I took the vow that somewhere some day somehow I'd find the way to hear the  words thrown, wish I'd known then what I know not now and yet ignorance though no defence is the only one I have.
Another ramble down the tunnel.

i feel like a shredded jigsaw puzzle
the unsolvable rubik's cube
abstract art by the picasso of melancholy
who couldnt find a way out of his blue period
melted ice cream sundae and cherry
sitting forgotten rotting on hot summer concrete

the common man of the cubicle
would eat people like me for dinner
and he would enjoy it too with his
overly happy son and his
overly happy wife and his
overly happy purebred golden trophy dog
i sit at the middle of the table
the eye of attention and
stuffed by an apple to keep me shut and
they stare at me ready to tear me apart and
for dressing tonight they will eat my tears

cover me in blankets and lay me down in bed
i will slip away for the night and
in the morning hopefully
i will be a step closer to completed
