It's as if god drained my most perfect daydream. Gave it a

breath  and laid you right beside me.

Smoked out,
I'm choked out
I'm feeling kinda dumb
my eyes look like they're gonna bleed
my face feels kinda numb

I hope nobody spoils
all this happiness I've found
it might just **** up everything
to have someone around

listening to the radio
just tryin' to let my mind flow
I feel this sense of dread
And I'm paralyzed
'til I realize
it's all just in my head

day-dreams
in color
as hours fly on past
the only thing I don't like
is that it don't really last

but that's okay, I figured out
exactly what to do
I'll just pack another bowl
about every hour or two

just know,
        light footed boy
                     faint hearted girl,
glory morning dew
teared umbrella

bristling in the
fierce passion erupting like piano keys
          ignited by the spark
          of shared candles

dotting the palaces
         our maddening pursuit
                     love

                                           the soreness bristling
on the bottom of my feet
         my coarse voice
         and tired windpipes

                                                                                     my love for you ceased,
                                                                                        teared by the ricochet
                                                                                    of my failed daydreams
goodbye

I stopped having nightmares & started daydreaming.
As I stepped off the ledge to fall head first into this dormant abyss.
Lucky me, I ate black bird feathers, and started growing wings.
It's easier done than said.
I woke up to a stranger to myself.
Like riddles in form of DNA strands.
My thoughts shape shifting.
so I never know what to say when someone starts to ask
"How you been"
Have you ever wondered what would hurt most: Saying something and wishing you had not, or saying nothing and wishing you had?
I would choose otherwise.

Into the dark we ran
The wind cascading off our backs and into the valley behind-
the hills seemed promising enough,
sloping and calling for us to lay atop;
breaking our backs to depart from reality
Drifting into the clouds, we watched our souls escape with the cotton ***** we called to as children
Our minds floating along with the lonesome souls who wish upon shooting stars during the daylight-
amble we were-
singing playful tunes,
and whistling to the beat of the earth rotation

Keep looking and figuring out days in the sun
Life is in front
Yet one retreats
Question: Is the nature of Man unsatisfied with the life he lives?

Perhaps its escape
Away from the apparatus that the world has inflicted
Yet the retreat is futile for one will always get pulled back in
Question: When Man gets immediately pulled away from the fictional realization of his desires, is he satisfied with what He has in front of him?

No desire is ever satisfied
Desire is made up through dreams
It's these dreams make one hate reality
Question: Are the dreams that Man create are what poison them?

Precisely what causes the hurt
Precisely what causes the prolonged
Precisely what causes the boredom
Question:...............................................

When I lay here
I hear the wind in the treetops
And when I daydream
The wind chimes speak my thoughts

I have a home here
Without it I’d be lost
But as I swing back and forth
All worries are forgot

I see the sun there
Dancing on the leaves
I’m going to miss this
My heart already grieves
