Walk away slowly
      Please don't run
Remember
    I'm still holding the gun
It's cocked
        And loaded....
Aimed at my temple
     Why didn't you listen?
The rules....
    WERE SIMPLE!!!
I handed you my heart
    Expecting you not to
        Break It!
You should've known it...
   I'm a ******* poet!
I can turn anything you say
     Into a **** ****** scene
Make you wish
      It was ALL A DREAM
But it's not
       And you're gone
I'm holding the trigger
          Thank God
I decided to use ink
      Instead of bullets...

Define perfect.
Is it a pretty face, nice hair?
Is it thin as a rod, or ripped with muscles?
Is it smart, witty and brilliant?
Is it funny and personable?
Is it friendly and kind?
Is it honest and true?
Is it in the way you walk, the way you talk?
Is it in your nature, in your core?
Is it inherent or attainable?
Is it even real, or just an illusion?
Perfection is an illusion, but one well wrought. Everyone falls into its trap.

You left me without remorse and hesitation.
I stayed in exhaustion in bedding of ice.
I see your ghostly outlines.
You are like polar ice cap in distant horizon.
I can not stand insulation.
I reached irreversible aspects of survival.
Little heat of my body has left.
My whole body embraces the numbness to the core of bones.
Dark hallicunations penetrate my mind.

You left me without remorse and hesitation.
Maybe unconsciousness will rescue me from pain.
My heart will stop functioning soon.
I wish I could do something to save myself.
I need anesthetic of your kisses,
your sweet morphine of saliva.
I barely close my eyes to sleep.
I tremble and search for answers
why you left me,
why God allows for loud cry,
why destiny walks dark paths.
Will mountain of ice in you crumble?

You left me without remorse and hesitation.
Nothing makes sense.
Haviness is growing inside of me.
I try to speak with flames of grief.
I try to play with them
but soon I will stop breathing.
Inaudible lullaby lulls me to sleep.
You are my attacker now, my conspirator.
Obviously you feel innocent and blame me
for sinfulness which I carry with me,
for lies that were not spoken.

You left me without remorse and hesitation.
I am waiting here in pain for your endorsement.
I vowed to be with you forever.
Promises fade away in the cold
from lack of heartbeat and breathing
as I now died here for you.
After this initial death may come
second and third death
until I wake up with you
staring into the ocean of your  eyes
like a shore waiting for waves.

You left me without remorse and hesitation.
Without you all parts of my body screams in pain.
I am churned sea wishing calmness,
lost molasse on your journey through world,
underwater sounds not heared by anyone.
My thoughts are inquisitive for your words not said.
I am kneeling in beseeching prayers.
Maybe this will save us from disdain and sorrow.
My confusion is mixed with panic attacks
that I will never kiss your eyes again,
that love floated like frightened bird,
that world would die with my dreams.

I just guess the other guy says
"I love you"
better than I do

We were alone. Again.
Even though he didn’t know it. I was with him, sitting in his closet, he never came in here so I never had to worry. Watching him sit so peaceful, he hummed, so serene. He flipped his hair back, humming, watching him, I knew we were meant to be. I felt his old shirts rubbing them between my fingers, smelling him. I leaned down and slipped off my shoes, putting on his shoes, a perfect fit. I grabbed a sock and put it in my pocket for later.
“Hello?”
A voice. Beautiful and deep, came from outside the closet. His voice, I was almost lost in it’s stupor. He was coming to take me, I just knew it. I jumped out of his closet, almost breaking the hinges, softly and lovingly I said, “I’ve been waiting for you all night”.
I pulled the knife and rope out of my pocket, being careful to keep his sock. He backed away, I didn’t understand, I just wanted him to love me.
Why doesn’t he see this is the only way we can be together? The only way we can be happy. Nearing him I spoke softly and gently. “We will finally be together”
Slitting his wrist, he gasped in pain, crumpling on the floor. Another slice and he lay so quiet. I sliced open my arm long ways, feeling my blood spill all over myself and him, I lay by him, and we were alone again.

Hello Margaret , it's been thirty years now to the day .
Gee I would like to ask how you are but that seems silly now anyway.
Hard to believe it's been thirty years to the exact day .
Thirty years since you took your life away .

Angel is all grown up now with two children of her own and another on the way .
When I asked her if she wanted to come she looked down and said , "Tell her I love her ."
It still bothers her unfortunately .

Me ? Well I grieved for years and finally crawled out of my hole . I met Ann and she has made me whole .
You know I love her as much as I loved you . It's just another kind of love , different than the love I had for you .
She's waiting over there inside the car . She understands how I feel and will always be that way . We have children now , two of our own . I think you would love them if it were left to God alone .

But it's not about me that brings me here today . I just had to see you and just wanted to say that I still love you and will never change my way . And for some strange reason I thought I would hear you say you feel the same way too ,

I'm sitting here thinking about all of the productive things I could be doing at this time of night, instead of sitting here watching Netflix and writing poetry that you won't ever read. But then I remember that there's nothing productive that I'd want to do without you here.

I've always been slightly obsessed
with the human mind.
It just fascinates me.

How is it that one second
a person can be a stranger.
And yet, one second later,
they become your whole life.

I'm not sure if it's the way you first looked at me,
like for once in my life
I was being looked at and not through.
Or maybe it's how you made me feel like finally,
I wasn't so alone.

It's been 625 days
since that first look.
And now I'm right back where I started.

Transparent.

And I am happier than ever.

For you, I would wait forever
If it meant eventually
getting to spend the rest of my days
With You.

Finally at Peace.
This poem is an alternate ending to a poem I wrote titled 625 (Dark).

My hands are getting shaky
My heart is beating fast
I really just want out of here
How long will this last

I hear some people laughing
I bet it's right at me
I tried to look my very best
Is there something I can't see

My head is getting dizzy
My lip squeezed beneath my teeth
I wish I had my hoodie
Something to hide beneath

I heard somebody say my name
Oh please don't make me talk
Maybe they won't notice me
If away from them I walk

My hands are getting kinda shy
So I pull down my sleeves
My lungs are getting kinda stuffy
I really want to leave

They're looking in my direction
Guys, staring isn't nice
I know I'm not the prettiest
I cried about it last night

I become a little more frantic
I can't speak even if I try
I'd do anything to get away
Even if it means I have to die
