You see her..

You see her face

You see her take a slow pace

You see her smile

You think it’s beautiful

You see her with her friends

You see her with the trends

You see her popularity

You don’t see her crying..

You don’t see the ocean in her eyes..

You don’t see her happiness was all lies..

You don’t see her broken heart..

You don’t see that faded light..

You don’t see the walls she put up..

You don’t see her about to blow up..

You don’t see how she pushes everything down..

You don’t see her scars..

You don’t see how unhappy she is..

You don’t see her..

Here I sit,
Looking at you
But pretending no to.

Lending a hand
Every time you fall,
But not recognized at all.

Is this all there is to life?

I stand.
For once you notice me.
But is too late now
Today, You mean nothing to ME.

I said goodbye a long time ago,
But I can never seem to keep you off my mind,
What have you done to me,
How do I still feel this way,
What spell have casted upon me,
To cause me to think of you more,
You made me laugh,
You made me cry,
You stole my heart,
And then you threw it away,
Those memories I still have come back,
They appear out of nowhere within reach,
Why do I still feel this way,
How do I still want you,
I moved on,
But I guess my heart didn't
My sisters miss you talking to them,
I still long to talk to you,
I still wait for this sadness to overcome me,
I wish I could know how to talk to you,
I wish I could know what you think of me know,
But all I know is that you want nothing to do with me,
So, if you're willing,
Maybe another chance;

I look up and see the color aquamarine,
the waves rippling up above as if they make up a brand new sky,
stretching far and wide.
The only way out is down deep in the sea
my only question is-
what will the world look like after the sea swallows me?

Just because you're still breathing,
Doesn't mean you're alive

Just because you're still walking,
Doesn't mean you've known your route

Just because you're still feeding,
Doesn't mean you're always full

Just because you can see,
Doesn't mean you understand

Just because you can feel,
Doesn't mean you’ve known what hurts

Just because you've been to places,
Doesn't mean you were present

Just because you're silent,
Doesn't mean you're vigilant

Look into yourself
Have you ever thought if you are whole or broken?
Listen to the stillness that speaks around you

There’s a voice louder than that..
Inside you, it matters.

Damaged people love you like a crime scene
Before any crime had been committed
They kept their running shoes right next to their souls every night
One eye opened in case something changed whilst they were asleep

Damaged people love in the most broken way
Damaged people love in the most gentle way
Damaged people do not love
Damaged people love too much

Their backs are always too tense, too tight
Made this way from carrying too many broken things
Because we all know broken things are the heaviest
Just look the weight of a broken heart

Damaged people will love that too
Damaged people love broken things
Because they remind them of themselves

Damaged people take broken things
And love them to the end
Trying to find that one broken thing
That will fit their cracks.

Damaged people love so well

They love like this because they have already seen Hell
And they know that every evil demon
Was once an angel before they fell.
