from embracing the stage and dancing my emotions
to being scared of it,
from sketching for expression and heal depression
to being detached from it,
from talking my heart out
to keeping thoughts sealed in,
from loving people for the good in them
to always pointing out the faults,
from going out and enjoying
to staying in and sulking,
from loving my body
to criticizing it from every angle,
from trying to improve myself
to fix myself.
when you are sick of what you've become and miss your old self

Love seems in the air
makes me fly every other day
but unexpressed it remains.
The silence of it
chokes me amidst the laughter
and the time we spend.

A girl should keep quiet
and wait for the guy to confess.
Trying to be a girl
but don't know how long?
How long shall I wait
and shut my feelings for you?

What is it for
you are keeping quiet
either you are taking advantage
or waiting for the right time..
But for how long shall I wait?
My secret love, out of fear and rejection
have no clue..how to express!

A simple sound
Containing thought
And emotion,
Some expressed
Most bound.

The only thing we can share
The only thing we will share
The only thing we have
Are words.

Words.
Words.
Words.

How tired I've become
Of meaningless muttering.

Depressed, at it's best.
Once incredibly blessed.
Now all the rest,
Unbelievably stressed.
Put to the test,
A big game a chess.
Once lightly caressed,
I somehow confessed,
distressed, not expressed,
I was simply possessed.
When reassessed,
Shall I reinvest?
My heart unexpressed,
You're unimpressed,
I'm just depressed...

Has the music vanished?
Made me black and white?
Stole the color from my soul?

Unable to express your feelings out is hard
Like your whole being is constipated
Been constipated and its definitely not nice.

I wrote ten letters last night
one for every monologue
I should have recited to you
but at the time
was too busy
worrying whether or not
you were right
