Don't scorn them when they call for blood
For they don't know any better
Let them live their pitiful lives
With a dark and hateful center
Cherish them as you would a child
For they cannot be helped
Give them pity and give them peace
And be your righteous self

cling to your fear, before it disappears.
you feel it pulling, its always there
it is not always clear, when destiny is near
when you hear it calling will you even care

you can always turn on the path you walk
even if into the trees away from the flock
there's a righteous  path many must walk
in which humanity once took stock

I fear the path I may have to walk soon
for it may lead to my very doom
will I submit to the devil's ruse
knowing this what shall I choose

I have nothing to say.

Do I have nothing to say?
An empty 1% Lowfat milk carton on the floor says otherwise, and a woman screaming to be understood; for her self proclaimed misery to be reconciled by any other but herself, says otherwise to that otherwise.

I am not sure which side I should take.
Regardless, the heartless engine upon my ear is ready to evolve;
to explode with purpose beyond that of its original design.
"I am not ready to die." I say.
But what knows all knows we are always ready.

Ready to die, to brace the screaming self righteous;
the story writers who readily cast you as the enemy
because the idea of fighting with their selves scares them shitless.

Fallen from grace, that is the current state of man
Held down by the shackles of sin to the prison of death
Seeming destined for a sentence of eternal damnation
Yet it was seen fit by You, oh righteous one, to break our shackles and tear the prison asunder by the means of a man
Setting before the rest of us a path that we can follow
Had you not sent us a man, we would have made the decision of extreme rationale, that a higher being could not be immitated and we would have made peace with our eternal cells
Yet it was a man You sent, in Your infinite wisdom, for You are righteous
Deliver me, oh redeemer, deliver me from the confines of death
Annoint my head with Your oil so that my cup runneth over
Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, Almighty One
Lead me to Your treasure chest
For it is a bountiful one
Filled to brimming with Your knowledge, Your understanding, Your wisdom, and Your grace; Your mercy and lovingkindness
Give me not the key, but withhold nothing that Your servant asks of You in faith
When I seek, I find.
When I ask, I am given.
When I knock, the door is opened.
Deny me my own ways and instruct me in Yours
Break my heart of stone and give me one of flesh
Redeem me

... lest I cannot forgive.
I've been mistaken
to think I had a right to live
as though I were righteous
or
irreplaceable.
I wonder,
what is the culmination?
The end result?
For us?
For her?
Have the sins of the mother
tarnished her glory?
Have I paved
a way
for us
in Hell?

Tick-tock, the time is near
So I tell this, please do not fear
Tick-tock, He's coming soon
One starry night with the bright round moon

Our faults, we needed to confess
Obey every single thing he says
The loathing in our hearts to stop
With the blood of violence, in its last drop

The Light is there, the Light is near.
Would you sacrifice the things you hold dear,
Just to grasp that Hope from afar
And to forget the past that brought that scar?

"To be rescued, or to keep on drowning?"
A question that bothers every human being
So wait on, and be watchful
The time will come for those who are faithful...

Tick-tock, the time is near
So I tell this, please do not fear
The time will come when all are done,
'Tis the arrival of the One.
