Ms Anderson, Ms Anderson,
Wherefore art thou my teacher?
Grant my pen a poet's gift
Let me scribble my pencil thin,
Writing, kindling your blossom smile.
You, beautiful as you flip my file
Which has me commit to your homework, while
Sitting at home with a radiant smile.

Ms Anderson, Ms Anderson,
Wherefore art thou my teacher?
'tis true, nobody's perfect -- nobody but you.
Naughty I was and punish you did that's true.
"Write, 'I will listen in class.'" you said demure,
"on each line of those two pages; and stop being immature."
I'd Sit and contemplate, drool and scribble,
"Lovely miss Anderson. My miss Anderson"

Ms Anderson, Ms Anderson,
Wherefore art thou my elder?
Were you younger, by a decade or two,
I grant I'd hop and merrily skip,
With you on the park and  buy you a sweet.
I'd look in your eyes, and call you Anderson.
My dear Anderson.
I dig you and all the oddities that you are.
Just need you, in my head, in my heart, twisting me up and dancing with my soul.
Wish I could kiss you to death, revive you with electric love and lick your soul in its private parts.
If your lips are the last thing I taste every night, l'd never need dessert.
Passionate dribble

when beads of sweat roll down my forehead
and down my chin,
Christ will turn the salt into blood and back again.
this is what it’s like to love you.

i will fall for you like a dog.
with teeth snarling, mouth agape,
animalistic prowess, bleeding red.
this love is so close to God
it can’t be seen as anything but holy.

i will make my mark through prayer and kindness.
i will burn down the city of *****,
claw through freshly-dug graves,
cry to my savior,
and scream so loudly my lungs turn to ash.

i will love in a terrifying,
i will love in a startling,
i will love in a magnifying,
i will love, i will love, i will love.
my religion wraps me up like a present and presents me to him

I’ll cut off my ties
and forget your existence
I’ll forget I ever had you
And i’ll keep my distance
I’ll forget you, i have to
and everything about you
cause i can’t afford to have
something holding on so loose
hearts broken
friendships torn
how can't i
look upon you with scorn?
but ‘tis part and parcel
of having a crush
you think it is all fun and games
but you’ll end up being crushed
having a crush

Warm are the meadows that you put in my mind. The sky reflects your beauty like the sun that shines. Soft winds feel the air, equivalent to your angelic voice.

In these warm meadows is where I reside when I'm lost in you. I drink up its beauty, and bask in its subtle hue. Yes it is in these mindful fields, in which you unknowingly create, I feel closest to you.

O stone-hearted beauty!
To forget you,
I'm trying lackadaisically.
To overcome your memories,
I'm not trying sincerely.
To love someone else,
I'm trying half-heartedly.

O cold-blooded beauty!
To love you,
I tried everything in the dictionary.
To change your prejudice,
I tried my best.
To convince you,
I didn't get my chance.

O unfeeling beauty!
To miss you,
Has become a habit.
To feel you,
Has become an addiction.
To want you,
Is an undying passion.

arms brush on the hands of a clock.
infatuation discovers love
longing to twist and turn into one another.
caught between the tick.
every second that passes
they wait to cross
the hour becomes an echo.
reverberating in hesitation.
anxiety grows impatient.
each minute expanding to that grand moment.
their shadows contract.
the tension of the world fades.
their skin darker than their shadow now.
in a heart beat the clock tocks.
you cannot tell them apart

The universe spins and swirls.
Mixing dreams both light and dark.
My ship's hull darts through
Molten caffeine.
I sail in search of the constellation
Closest to your lips.
Like a myth the coffee's steam rises.
Mounds of sugar crystal urchins
scrape the bottom of my ship.
Some frozen in place.
The horror of old wives tales I've heard.
The center of the cup hotter than hot.
Stories of no survivors.
Circling and spiraling in the center
Of a ceramic mug.
I can no longer tell how high the steam
Rises.
I now see that the stories are true.

Through the lens of my telescope.
I see it.
The nebula of your face.
It won't be long now.
Steadfast.
The curve of your lips.
I am now one with the universe!

When she smiles
The whole world melts away
When she smiles
All of my pain
It drains
Leaving a cavity
She pulls me in
It's pure gravity
It would be a tragedy
If I didn't look deeper
I'm a dead sleeper
But
When she smiles
I am awoken
No longer broken
And so I smile
For Anna
