The One I Seek

When my heart was ready, when I came of age,
I left my parent’s nest, to find a beautiful stage,
I found the perfect spot, in a very lovely tree,
To sing my little song, so my True Love could hear me.

Singing for the one that I seek,
The one that I seek
The one that I seek.

Many birds were singing, and a few answered me,
Many were very sweet but not my true love to be,
One cool afternoon, a song could be heard all around,
I finally saw her, a Cowbird with lovely feathers brown.

Singing that you were the one that I seek
The one that I seek
The one that I seek.

Your song was so merry, so high, so sweet
Your words and soft nature a gentle treat
Could you be the one that I seek?
Was it truth coming out of your beak?

Singing that you were the one that I seek
The one that I seek
The one that I seek.

A nest I had built, my heart was nestled there,
The love for my true love laid open and bare,
With the rush of winter coming, your notes did sway,
So I didn’t see you trying to roll my heart away.

Singing that you were the one that I seek
The one that I seek
The one that I seek.

I was alone so welcomed your lovely song,
Ignoring everything that told me that this was wrong,
You put your needs in my nest, saying they were mine,
I was so lost, I believed what was toxic was just fine.

Singing that you were the one I seek
The one I seek
The one I seek

Then my True Love appeared, from the warm south,
You did your best to take her words from her mouth.
That you were there first, that she would have to share,
That your needs came first, that it would be fair.

Singing that you were the one I seek
The one that I seek
The one that I seek.

I did my best to make it work, despite the heavy strain,
Nothing was good enough, proving your love was pain,
You tried to run my life and made all my friends flee,
If you were my True Love, why did you do this to me?

While singing that you were the one that I seek
The one that I seek
The one that I seek.

You thought you had it under control, had it your way,
That we would do what you wanted, to do as you say,
You dismissed her size, you so didn’t see her strike,
It was never you Cowbird; for my True Love is a Shrike.

And now you have a thorn driven through your cheek,
Through your cheek,
Through your cheek.

Farewell Cowbird, your lies were never to be enough,
Your sweet notes were misleading, your song but a bluff,
My eyes are open, and my mind is finally clear,
I sing my own song, for my True Love to hear:

That she is the one that I seek,
The one that I seek,
The one that I seek.
To seek life is to find death.
Too seek health is to find disease.
To seek compassion is to find malice.
To seek wealth is to find poverty.
To seek victory is to find defeat.

To seek love is to find disdain.
To seek company is to find solitude.
To seek peace is to find war.
To seek comfort is to find pain.
To seek order is to find chaos.

To seek Heaven is to find Hell.
To seek wisdom is to find ignorance.
To seek bliss is to find sorrow.
To seek Enlightenment is to find illusion.

To seek control is to find indocility.
To seek awareness is to find a lack thereof.
To seek the conscious is to find the subconscious.
To seek waking is to find a dream.

To glorify a thing is to demonize another.
To demonize something is to arouse curiosity about it.

To seek anything is to find it's complement.
To isolate anything is to make inevitable the frenzied whiplash of it's complement;
It makes good sense for the Universe to work like this
in order to maintain Equilibrium; Balance:

Should we fail to chose to be the Arbiters, we'll make ourselves the Victims.

Seek me in the
darkness,
And where the shadows lie.
Seek me in the sun rise,
When the blood red rays hide.
Look up and seek me in the skies.
Seek me in the eyes,
When they're filled with fear.
And seek me in the desserts,
When the storms appear.
Seek me in the stars,
When they are too bright.
And seek me in the full moon,
When the wolfs start to fight.
Seek me in the last breath,
When the hopes die.
And seek me in the sparks,
When the dreams are on fire.
Seek me in the screams,
When you step on the autumn leaves,
And seek me in those hidden tears,
When poor orphan grief.
Seek me in the deep,
When the oceans are so calm.
And seek me in that voice,
When waves hit the rocks.
Seek me in the howling.
And seek me in the grasping.
Seek me in the laughter.
And seek me in the mourn.
Seek me when all the doors close
And there left no way.
Seek me when you lose hope
And your soul pray.
I am the shadow.
Seek me and you shall find.

You seek redemption, when you have done nothing.
You seek forgiveness, when you have caused no one sorrow.
You seek love, when you can not even love yourself.
You seek normality, when you know you never will be.
You seek to be understood, because no one seems to get you.
You seek to be happy, when in reality you are suffocating.
You seek friendship, even though you are afraid of being abandoned.
You seek to be enough, when you know you never will be.
You seek to be vulnerable, but your walls are too high, and you trust too little.
You seek to fit in, to be liked, to please everyone, you try so hard, and you hate yourself for it.
You seek yourself, as I seek myself.

I seek... adventure
I seek to find the greatest treasures
I seek an expedition of the furthest corners

I want to see a world more important than my own.

I seek... discovery
I seek to unearth my hidden self
I seek an expansion of my earnest passions

I want to see my purest nature exposed.

I seek... growth
I seek to expose my dispositions
I seek an awakening of body, mind, and soul

I want to see revolutions I’ve always known deep inside.

I seek... romance
I seek to remain soft and kind
I seek an affection without reservations

I want to see others care for me as I care for them.

What do you seek?

Seek love.
Not hate.
There's no sanction for it.
So why try to explore it?

Seek peace.
Not war.
Love is great to seek.
Peace is great to have.
Two are great.
Two are things that destroys the best within us.

Seek God.
Not Satan.
Even his followers live for attention.
While one is strictly Omnipotent above him.

Seek to be.
Not a dream.
One lives within reality.
While the other hides behind dreams.

Seek pleasure, passion and joy.
Things that people loves to explore.

Seek respect.
And watch people give it back.
Seek deliverance.
Seek salvation.
Both are true satisfaction.

Seek knowledge.
Seek wisdom.
Seek to be the best at all you do.
Because the best is deep within all of you.

What do you seek in the mass?
The attuned motion that curves
Around side by side
Delineating their destiny
In the theater of absurd

What do you seek in the mass?
A swathe of saving graces
Carrying their eternal promises
In the city of tender corpses
Buried beneath an oblivious force

What do you seek in the mass?
The fate of slain horses
In the battlefield of haunted roses
That goes beyond their cardiac
For centuries and never to depart

What do you seek in the mass?
The toil, the foil, and the turmoil
Seething in their sweat
Chattering in their voice
While they are plunging
Into the life of rat race

What do you seek in the mass?
The anime, romance, the tragedy
That copiously fashions in the maze
Of their felonious and fancy lair

What do you seek in the mass?
A rocking song that has just
Been declared hit on the billboard chart
Stealing and tearing their life tale apart!

What do you seek in the mass?
A stunning flash mob of Hollywood
DC villains, super heroes flying
Across the city, waving their ****** facade

What do you seek in the mass?
A wily wizard that has just
Cashed out claps and whistle
Disappearing the card with a whoosh!
Like the stock market's liquidity *****

What do you seek in the mass?
Renaissance, Enlightenment, Restoration
But dishing out the corporate incantation
That life is a balanced machine to grind out
The expectation, lies and savagery
Generation after generation as a form of art

What do you seek in the mass?
The treachery, hatred and bloodbath
Cloaked in colossal sympathy
For the Avengers’ destruction of
The planet with a bunch of psychopaths

What do you seek in the mass?
An undying army to create
A phantom of God
To wreak an epidemic havoc
To beleaguer the lasting legacy of
Their abiding cause!

Then sir you are not aware
That the monstrosity of your desire
Dulls listlessly in front of
Masses’ impregnable power

Masses can be deplorable
But Masses can also be inimitable
Masses are sometimes ineffably imperfect
But, have you witnessed the popular rage?
That the mass wildly celebrates
To collectively boo you off the stage!

Masses are like a giant rocking ship
Thudding against the water balloon
In the Tsunami or the Apocalypse

Masses are like Mountain
To be climbed by those
Only who can maneuver
The feast of dangers
Lurking at every corner

Masses are the lunar eclipse
That can darken the sunlight
Or leaving a glowing ring of fire
Making the night sky a celestial shower

What do you seek in the mass?
To preach your glorious shambles
Dripping from your moistened mumbles
To lace the crowd languidly
Into your gibberish laden with fumbles

What do you seek in the mass?
Bureaucracy, constitution, government
Popping up the same slogans
That, “we are not with the ****”
But to show the mass how woeful
The raucousness of your loss
Have become!

You can’t negotiate with the masses
Let alone terrorize them with gases,
Mother of all bombs or gun lashes
Beware of their ability to ****** away
The freedom from the jaws of
Slavery and social deaths!

In case you have so frivolously forgotten
Remember that mass can morph into a genius
Facing the nemesis weighing on their weakness!
Also bethink that mass can permeate in flock
Through the craft of your legendary clock
To unleash their carefree act of violence

Mass is rather the nature’s deity that devises all the miracles
Behold the majesty of The Mass when it casts off all shackles.

Apparitions seek  the willing
As the willing seek confirmation
Psychics seek the opportunity
While opportunity seeks a door to knock on
Door knockers seek a helping hand
And helping hands seek desperate causes
Desperate causes seek lonely dreamers
Lonely dreamers seek romantic encounters
As romantic encounters seek lifetime commitments
Lifetime commitments seek walks in the rain ...blazing fires , tender hugs and lasting memories.
Lasting memories seek opportunities
to relive what once was
What once was seeks psychic
to confirm the apparitions willing...
If only it could be.....
As easy as...knocking on a door
For the lonely dreamers
And their lost causes.

The Artisan tongue and Linguistic,
Likes of the melted cheese upon the mouth,
And the gift of tamoto soup in winter tundra.

Those are the gift that I seek upon,
As an indentured servant looking upon the wonders of aurora boreal,
Or a spiritless soul seeking to quench the inner fiber meld with ether.

Dream seeker with nothing to stand,
A adventurer without a quest,
Or the rebel without a cause.

Those days are but a distant past,
Forgotten murmur of mythic dreams,
As radiance dawn from each breath.

Come upon the golden kingdom,
And seek prize upon the window of glory,
While never stand in comfort of being normalized.

The suburban curse of procrastination,
The comfort of daydream,
The arrogant silence of enact.

The desire to seek greatness entwined with destiny,
Perpetual confidence grasp the very breath of existence,
And one would crawl out from nothing.

I breathe to be something,
And seek everything,
To avoid being nothing.

For seekers desire,
And desire seek every essence of breath another day to be all things.
I can never stay full, nor can be happy stagnant, but dare to seek everything.

if you seek peace,
seek in chaos,
Eternal Peace it shall be..

if you seek freedom,
seek in crowd,
Dancing it shall be...

if you seek fear,
seek in a disaster,
Torture of living alone it shall be...

if you seek yourself,
seek in eyes of love,
You will be there forever..
