nothing feels

i'm afraid now
because what if you can't

                                        can't
                                        don't

                                        won't

you can always think you know someone so well
until you see the parts of them that are ghosts

                                                            ghosts
                                                            vampires

                                                            werewolves

and let's not forget the DEMONS

                   because on the inside
                              i'm always  **Halloween

Call me your knife
For I am the one moving deeply against your flesh
For I am the slick blade that finally draws blood
For I am the weapon that at last pierces straight through
. . .
red-lipped
Lively silvery torments,
mere golden tingles,
hours never gone off.
I keep watching over you,
poetic genius,
****** genuine,
learned rebel,
sensitive archetype.
Could I forget your voice
and the thousands fascinations of yours?
Utopia, my pirate….
It’s only my foolish desire
a dense kaleidoscope
of languid coincidences,
all vain,… but certainly
mystic consolations.
I wrote this one 'in ode' to a great artist, in 2009 , but it could fit to all my favorite artists truly inspiring me along the way ...
Most people worry about dying alone
I just worry about dropping dead without doing what I always wanted.
The saddest thing is that I no longer feel the pain of someone leaving me. I'm used to it.

I am

echo
I am every word I've said
Each moment I have pondered
I am every year I've seen
Each question I have wondered

So maybe every single thought
Each person, every prayer
Is everything I am
As well as how I've gotten there

Threads

Then we find
the shreds of paper
turns of thought
upon the days
that lay behind us
heavy curtains
opened up
like morning rays
and cut the dust
off threaded dreams
and shake the earth
with dew again

Finity
 Mar 2016 rattletaptap
echo
The night begs attention
silent, bold
unafraid of stillness
unafraid to hold
the fierceness,
fragility of breath
the finity of death
& behold her blackness,
the darkness,
and in the void to rest
to wait for what is left
and for the sun.
