Our love is a poem
The one you think up
Suddenly
Beautifully
Perfectly
But you never dare write

Blah blah blah
Enjoy
Someone's heartbroken , O the pang of
love , when love reveals itself to be trickery
When confidants become mute , when
silly , adorable looks reveal their true intent
Tokens of unity become ****
Forever is better judgement foolishly spent
Return them to their rightful place ,
to lust among the wild dogs and the snakes* ...

(sonnet #MMMMMCMXC)

Oh me!  How diamonds sparkle in th'exhale
As winds flirt on the lake's clear *****, whence
Blue skies thus mirrored  as erst wont, a sense
Of what? half wrestles in me on that scale
Cuz why aren't we together now, to hail
This bounty in each other's arms?  Leaves thence
All whispring as their boughs rock, yellow hence
Mocks joy as I see Mum in sheer betrayl.
We used to walk down to the valley, tour
The yard lost in whatever, and I knew
Our time was short.  But I don't weep for her
Today as yet, cuz who's distracted to
Effect is also quite obliv'ous.  Poor
As saying is:  I could wish you were here too.

...sitting quietly on a kitchen chair in her Sunday dress, with powdered sugar on her face and fingers, one hand holding a half eaten mini doughnut, and the other the lid of that dozen doughnuts box open halfway, and why did my parents just dote on that?
IMO
If keeping up with the elections by reading the daily fish-wrapper qualifies you as a self proclaimed , well versed politician then ******* in your own lightbulb apparently makes you a certified electrician

taia
the world can be cold
cruel, unforgiving, horrid
but sometimes there's warmth
not very happy with this one.

Just Melz
This path we all walk alone through our minds
Has the most comforting of hiding spots
Like the trees in nature all around us
We grow our thoughts
We branch out and reach for the horizon
We build up walls
To provide the shade and oxygen we need
To breathe
To have the silence we can only find within ourselves
To continue on this journey with a clear mind
We create ideas within this path
We travel on and bring as much beauty to the world as we can
And yet,
Sometimes the only comfortable solace we have
Is alone,
Just walking down this path
I laugh at the sound
    of the wind
As it echoes through my mind
Telling me stories of memories
     I had previously left behind
  with caricatures of faces
I can no longer remember in reality
      And songs from past places
That bring me down
         with the emotional gravity
And I was my thoughts spin around
                 and around
I get dizzy from the intensity
                and my sanity
        Can no longer be found
                 Yet
I can still hear the wind
And I laugh at the sound
Beauty comes a dime a dozen**
Sliding through the cracks
Sticky change if you ask me
But I don't check the facts
I'm a penny-pinching prophet
All premonitions made out to cash
My fingers dig between the floorboards
But there are *some things I can't grasp
