I mess up ALOT,
So let me tell you now:
Hold me
Hold me tight
No matter how much I
Push
Shove
Claw
Or tease
Don't let me go
I WILL regret pushing you away
So hold me tighter
And don't let go
I'm so scared you're going to respect what I want and let go..
Not because I'm naïve ,
He's saved me on countless occasions,
So yes I believe,
Tried living life astray but it brought some crazy complications.
I believe in God,
My prayers get answered no matter how old,
His love is just so wonderful
His mercies beautiful,
His grace everlasting,
And the knowledge of Him;fulfilling.
Yes I believe in God,
And yes I do love God.
I'm so hopelessly weak without my God,
I am a believer.
Jesus Christ is my Saviour.

Left out on the tracks
Awaiting the waves to overtake the sunrise
All these trails I followed to us
Continued too far
Love becomes dangerous

Snow please numb this pain
Dirt suffocate my name
Waves cleanse and drain
Each breath a torturous electricity
Love so dangerous
Heart open to the touch

Sea, lift me up
Or drag me down
Not a soul to care
Not a hand to trust

I want so much
But I cannot touch
Arms have frozen with rust
Becoming a stranger
I'm sorry, I'm just thinking of the right words to say

God can change anyone and everything.
He already has.
Cause You're a Good, Good Father

Tell me I should do my best
But I need no help to clean this mess
All this pain I must confess
Its not in vain it fuels success
Each mental hill each spiritual test
Will train my being until death
You can shine so bright and free
Once you beat back darkness, hate and greed
Its supposed to be hard.

Vague and curiosity strike the audience
Of the author of such a cryptic message
The writer has everything to say but doesn't choose to say it
You will stop and consider the message's possible true meaning
Like one needing "to cut off her dead ends" when one posts a picture
Of a haircut
Or one saying "she now knows how it feels"
And her reading it, she does.
But these cryptic messages bring out the creativity in all our hearts
How can we contort or twist those messages to get its true meaning
We wonder and consider and wonder that one says something so poetic, so beautiful
Yet poetry and a cryptic messages share something
Poetry breaks a heart of the reader and leaves them wondering how
A cryptic message does the same
Except the reader wonders and considers if it really is meant for them...
Or someone else
A cryptic message holds so much power
And the truth that the author refuses to share
A poem takes an idea and allows its roots to grow in an infinite way that creates a stir in the readers mind

So really, a poem is just like a cryptic message.
