The battle raged on inside my head
My heart was wounded and it bled

Tempestuous tides of full moon rise
Brings down all love's demise

To handle diamonded and golden dreams
I was hell bent to rip apart it's seams

I will away all love to yesterday
And kiss the past's hollow lips that stay

And what never was , will be no more
And what never was , will be no more

The night was black
Moonless yet far from calm
When the Hand Of Fate
Shook me from my slumber

Restless spirits roaming
Room to room
Beyond their
Normal gloom

I took to the sofa
Back to the wall
Three white candles
Talisman resolved

The flickering candles
Danced to expose
Restless shadows
I've felt them before

I chant
In my spirit
The words of old
Within the flames
The veil still holds

The darkest
of darkness
Poised to rise
The veil
that separates
Beyond demise.

So here I shall warn
Darkness shall thrive
The harvest is here
Samhain arrives
Traveler Tim
It's the season of the harvest
May all be blessed!

I ran with the wolves
Howled at night's full moon
Ate my prey warm
With it's heart still pounding

But moon after moon passed
Alfa wolves rose and fell
And I no longer recognize
Original clan

They speak of me as the grey wolf
The ancient one who howls
Up above the highest peaks
The grey ghost of the ancient past

I sleep with the always cold
Looking down from the highest passes
Even with cloudy eyes
I still see

I was before this dusty moon
I was before this star was born
I traveled for billions of years
Just in time to arrive here

I passed by depression's deepest secrets
I watched as galaxies
Were swallowed whole
Taken by the huge black holes

My carbon atoms from a long dead star
Collected by earth's magnetic pull
Has added me to it's list of grievences
Making me up for just this instance

No one knows just who we are
From where was our lost dead star
Crowded together we shed a tear
For the loves of our lost lightyears
All heavy molecules come to this planet from dead stars that collapsed and exploded sending their heavy matter in all directions into the universe . We are the remnants of those long dead stars and again someday as this sun of ours expands , swallowing Earth and all of this solar system , it will again collapse and explode casting us out again on a new voyage into the unknown .

The nature of a doorway
is both open and shut.
Wait not for the mending of time
'for tending your bruises and cuts.

Ask the moon if she prefers
fullness over cast in shadow.
Her reply, "A darkened sky
makes oceans no more shallow."

I was once like you,
but now I am a here,
I sit and wait for hours and days,
why can’t anyone see me,
they seem to look right through,
I feel no hunger, feel no thirst,
what is this that I have become,
I am like the moon and sun,
caught on a film that always runs,
I am lost forever in this twilight haze,
so many things I do not understand,
I walk around on a busy street,
eyes to eyes that never meet,
that spot on the road looks so familiar,
immense pain it would not wait,
I think this was where I met my fate.

Elated to see you aloft in the night sky
To what do I owe this enchanted boon.
In the merry company of winking stars,
Enthralled by this sight as I admire my moon.

Bathe me in your streaks of translucent silver.
Accompany me through my sleepless nights.
Watching over me with unwavering vigil.
Swathe me in whispers of peaceful respite.

Oh how you govern the raging tides of my soul.
Rest your gaze as the waters break upon my shore...
Erode and weaken the load strewn over my burning shoals,
Sands drowned breathless but craving for more.

Few nights now... Smitten as you coyly turn away.
Thick strands of shadow clad hair in gentle cascades,
Alluringly obscuring a slight fraction of your face.
A tiny crescent blanketed away; into the blackness it fades.

More nights pass... Now I see only a lesser moon
Leaving me with only half; darkness so had claimed.
Please make yourself last; you mustn't leave too soon,
I'm not ready to be left crippled and maimed.

I silently look up as more nights go by.
I watched my lunar love dissolving into space.
My heart too, torn away a morsel at a time...
Finally she had gone; without a sliver or a trace.

Every nightfall since is rife with emptiness and despair.
I asked the stars if they could soothe my gaping void...
But they'd only twinkle in indifference...
Regardless of the pleas I've employed.

Unsure of how many rises it has thus been.
Nights only brought the onslaught of mocking stars above.
Still I toy with the promises made overhead,
For the awaited return of my crazed elusive love.

I know it's frivolous to think I'm the only one...
There are others who pine just as I do.
But I yearn the most for your sought after attention,
For our hearts have sung in every colour and every hue.

Anxiety at peak, dismayed almost broken,
Then I hear a sweet song sung; distant and far.
A song that shared the words we once had spoken,
Again enveloped in translucent silver, with relief I sighed...,
                          "There you are..."

.
Inspired by the lunar cycle...

I wish,
There was something to say,
Different from the things i say everyday.

The world,
And its unsupportive legs.
Communications,
Loaded with lies,
Severing any honest mans ties.

I wish to speak,
Of a world new.
A beautiful place,
Every corner,
A corner new.
Endless sees of green.
No want.
No need.
To hold it to your being,
With anything other than your eyes.

To take,
And to give back.
To work towards something,
You lack.
To know,
There is indeed no knife,
Behind your back.

Lately I've been seeking for light,
Looking for truth and searching for life.

The shine of the sun does hurt my eye,
So I totally fell for the silver moon's light.

I'd be with the moon for hours on end,
Living more on the sky than the earth.

I haven't deviated from my lunar path,
But a new moon invaded my heart.

This tiny moon is lively and rad,
Like a heavens treat or a wicked trap.

Broken-hearted moon with an angel's face,
That infected me with her heart ache.

I wish I could share her my feelings made words,
But that heart of hers is utterly shut.

Trembling feet in the depths of this cold sand,
Moist and tender just like this lover’s dream.
Distant waves crashes in and kisses my shore.
An abandoned boat of life near the fore,
My solitude moment waits for another journey.

Ripples of your image comes and goes,
An unknown memory that was lost long ago.
Comes and goes just like these distant waves.
It’s never ending melody leaving me breathless.

The enchanting moon has risen over the horizon,
Your face carved dreamily on its sphere.
Splashes its magical aura onto my page of work;
Pure and clear as a beached shell.

I listen to the low and high tide,
Hoping to hear you breathe into my soul,
Then its softness drowns,
In the warning cry of a baby seagull,
Lurching on the bars of waves;
Lost and stretched across the sound.

Each breaker’s damp reaches my fingertips,
Pillowed by the rocks,
My mouth tries to whisper your name.
Alas, the evil wind drives my words elsewhere.

Selfish waves just keep its lust alive,
Kissing the shore, indulged in its own fantasy,
Drowns the name of my love with its hunger,
What a futile effort of mine I wonder.
Every grain of sand is wild tonight,
You stand before me;
Yet my touch reminisces in its plight.
Surely I shall not give up this endless fight.

I am getting old with these broken seashells and stains.
Heart of mine is like a mask in twilight,
Shadow of my love is embezzled by the waves.
Oh dear Moon, you gaze upon with such passion,
Take this chance and cross the vast ocean.

Helpless shore in the midst of dimness,
Run to me from your horizon.
Blend with me with your splendor,
If only you could make these waves dissolve in mid-air.
Then a reunion it shall be called once more.
