I'm too tired and deflated
To rise up elated will be belated
Until the sorrow passes through

There are many levels
of healing properly
For this I will take
the Time to do.

Thank You
Healing Trauma takes Time
Honor the Pain properly and it too shall pass through :)

Runs through the forest with the wind in her hair.
Tripping over the briars, as they strangle the ground.
Gazing at starlight, it's blessing the copse.
The fear in those dark moments, when she's realising that she's totally lost.

In a hole at the base of a gigantic tree she curls up to sleep.
Deep in the forest, none hear her weep.
The owl in the tree, he keeps his own counsel.
He's so very quiet, she knows he's up there.
The guardian of her silence.
A voice in the darkness cries, "Sweet Ann-Marie, where are thee?"
The squeak in the dark.
The voice of the child, an echo's resounding.
Those lanterns they're calling for the little girl lost.
Into the clearing, more echoes are heard.
Alarming the owl, the wise old bird.
The flapping of wings, flying out of the clearing.
The seekers are finders, as now they are nearing.
Finding the frightened child, in the sweet summer dress.
At the base of the tree.
They hold her so tight as now she is free.
Tears of relief grace her delicate face.
Safe and sound, off home to bed.
Relieved as now, she's resting her ever grateful head.

If you were a spring without flowers,
probably that all my trees
would be lethargic.
If you were a wind coiling without leaves,
possibly all my trees would be already fallen,
and if you were a sky without its sun,
certainly no other tree could
germinate to grow from seed.
And I could not be able to exist any longer,
for I am the forest.
But in the snowy winter that would follow,
and in the churches with empty bells,
not ringing in the frost,
God would be still existent.
But you were my springing spring,
my whispering leafing wind
and my sunny sky.
And, in the winter,
in your absence,
I did not cease to love you while
craving for the melted snow,
craving for the blossomed trees,
craving for the ringing bells...

Rock n Roll Poet
Tick after tock after tick after tock,
The face of the clock watches on with arrogance,
Designed to remind us of the time we're wasting,
A smile from three to nine stretches over his face,
Each minute counted with with a strike of his hand,
An open fist of judgement protecting his noble numbered main,
He calls out when another hour has dwindled merrily by,
He knows it means we have an hour less,
He knows he will remain to haunt who's left.

Death and Life sat together
Watching as the sun
Went away that night and said
Goodnight to everyone

Death was looking at Life
Whose head was pointed to the ground
Why my beautiful Mistress
Do you carry such a frown?

Life replied sadly,
I am sad to only see
That tears and screams await you
And all the smiles go to me

Death now understood
Why his mistress was depressed
I can't explain it all, said he
But I'll try to do my best.

Death, hand in hand with Life,
Started to explain,
I am a Truth that can't be outrun,
But you are a Lie that they live away.

You are merely temporary,
But I am always imminent,
Although they want the opposite
I am stuck forever, permanent

But isn't there- said Life
Who was promptly stopped by Death,
No, he answered, there's none.
So she cried through broken breaths

Death heard a familiar ring;
And all too familiar it was.
I must be going.
And you should leave as well,
For reasons you should be knowing.

Yes, said Life
Through her broken cries,
For you are the Unwanted Truth,
And I am their Beautiful Lies.

Death began to chuckle,
Yes this is true.
That every Truth ends with me,
And every Lie begins with you.

So they walked away together
And through the hospital doors,
One to tell a Truth,
And the other to Lie once more.
I based this poem off of a cute comic I saw on tumblr. ^_^

I love you from one to ten

1) Love is not a sin

2) If we love each other, we both win

3)  Inside your soul you let me in

4) I feel the chemistry when I touch your hand

5) When you said I love you,
I felt the sky touch the sand

6) I am not the same human
When you're not around

7) When I lost my soul, you found

8) You are the one who's very kind

9) If I don't see you, I go blind

10) Let me love you, hope you don't mind

You'll never know...
When you'll be head over heels
The most enchanting feeling in the world
Your unknown desires, it reveals
A current in you will endlessly twirl

You'll never know...
When happiness fills your heart
Having a precious bundle of joy in your arms
You'll realize in your life, he's the most important part
Not forgetting, he'll make the best morning alarms

You'll never know...
When your heart will be scrunched
Like a ball from a piece of paper
Feels like your chest is being ruthlessly punched
Your skin peeled off with a serrated scraper

You'll never know...
When a friend will turn his back
Whose hand you held, all these years
Intentionally causing an emotional attack
In disbelief, you gather invisible tears

You'll never know...
When you'll be caught in an unexpected plight
Daily reflections occur, due to lack of wisdom
To ease your dark path, you yearn for a ray of light
Nothing much you can do except to crave for freedom

You'll never know...
When the time comes, you might bleed to death
Tears will flow drowning your skin
As you breathe your last breath
You wish you had more time to atone for your sins
You'll never know what and when things will happen..

on the back numerous hole
quite a few too on the chest
still it clings to my soul
I think it fits me best.

says my flummoxed wife
you’re a miser hopeless
holding on a rag for life
bringing yourself disgrace.

I feign not to hear and shrug
clutching it more to my heart
feeling warm cosy in its hug
my friend the many years’ shirt.

on it lie rivers of sweat
joy and sorrow’s tear stains
time’s all burden of weight
gloomy and dark hours’ pains.

a mere cloth and I find it so hard
to throw it and part our ways
wonder how humans discard
relations grown over years.

Ashes.

The wind blows them to needed places
Embracing broken children's faces.
We ascended.
We were defended.
Light hearted the ceiling transcended
Repairing the reality...
Long offended.....

Grey my soul as I rest on this fence
Holy water burns as I began my rince
Of horrible days....
They hung the prince ....
Ages ago bells rang
Ever silent since.

Burn the witch....

Flip the switch.....

Light off in a flooded ditch
Red as blood to embrace a lynch.
Death is a nervous snitch..

Flip the switch...

Burn the witch.... *

Walk away slowly
      Please don't run
Remember
    I'm still holding the gun
It's cocked
        And loaded....
Aimed at my temple
     Why didn't you listen?
The rules....
    WERE SIMPLE!!!
I handed you my heart
    Expecting you not to
        Break It!
You should've known it...
   I'm a ******* poet!
I can turn anything you say
     Into a **** ****** scene
Make you wish
      It was ALL A DREAM
But it's not
       And you're gone
I'm holding the trigger
          Thank God
I decided to use ink
      Instead of bullets...

I allowed your words to take control of my mind
I ignored your actions for the beauty of your speech
I fell in love with your thoughts
But I granted you the ability to harm me with your actions
When you spoke your ideas were marvelous
Nevertheless your behavior was monstrous
I was foolish to allow you inside of my head
But even more so to allow you into my bed
