Delightful books,
Innovative ideas,
Endless acts of kindness,
Sweet murmurs of prayer,
A guarantee for a daily sun rise,

Planes rust when left on the ground
For they were meant to fly,
Hearts break from time to time,
To question the purpose of this thing called life
Men stumble occasionally,
To stand back up and grow stronger.

You see, everything truly does happen for a reason,
You just have to dig deep,
Dig deeper than before,
Look through life with rose colored glasses,
And you’ll see how beautiful is the gift of God.

Life is full of choices
Everyday, we make a lot of it
From the food we eat
To the time we sleep

Choice to stand on our feet
Or accept defeat
Choice to be trampled on
Or to fight head-on

Choice to give up on our dreams
Or look inside and see the beams
Choice to be a giver
Or always the receiver

Be aware of the clash
Heart and head often bash
Good choices make a life
The opposite mars a life

Please always wear your hair like that,
The blonde waves just above your shoulders.
Don’t let anyone tell you that it’s ugly,
Or that you should do it a different way.
Please always have your upbeat attitude,
Your willingness to learn,
Your happiness at the little things.
Please always have your childish sense of
Bathroom humor, and please never let the world
Change how you see yourself and others.
This world will harp and pick at you,
Trying to destroy you in any way it can.
But I’m begging you,
Be stronger than the world.
Rise above it, because your innocence, purity, and
Happiness is so precious, so irreplaceable.
So easily tainted.
Just please, please,
Never grow up.

The kind of world
we are living in is
really intriguing.
There is so much
to learn within a short
time of our existence.
The term of life is so brief
and it passes so fast before
our eyes and sometimes too
slow that not enough time is
left to do much.
Even a pellet dropped into
a bottle once a year to the
count of hundred to represent
a century of our lives on earth
still cannot fill a bottle,
so is our lives with so little time
to correct and straighten our lives.
Today is the beginning of
another era given to
remedy our lives.
Begin now to reconsider your life
and do away with anything
that can no longer serve you
or useful to you.
This life is fast passing by like the
clouds in the firmament.
Be focused and determined,
concentrate on your goals.
Enjoy the things that you do,
don't complain but be the solution
and the answer to that problem.
Be the best on your chosen field.
Start to do great things with giant strides.
