Don't come looking for me, I'm not home.
I'm on the floor, but it's all bare. It's cold and it's hard, just like this life. Don't come looking for me, nobody's home.

I sit in silence, surrounded by a darkness full of sunlight. I wonder, what would it be like without the light? Everything's grey and bleak, I don't understand. Where is the color? I've never seen it.

I bet it's beautiful. But sadly, I can't see anything but the dullness of what's left of me. There's a mirror in front of me, but sadly, I don't have the strength to look. I'm too fragile, so please don't look for me. I'm not home, I swear.

There are tired children wakin' up every night. Some listen to the ticking clocks of their dying shells, but others do not. Why should I be any different? What's wrong with being tired? Just leave me be. Don't come looking for me, 'cuz I won't be home.

They say gravity's just a force, but it's a physical thing, and it pushes down on me. I can't get up, can't sit up, I can't look up. All the weight's crashing down on me. Crushing me.

Why do I have to be the same? Like I said, nobody's home, so please go on. Live your life, please don't try to find me, because in this world of grey, this is no place for someone as colorful as you.

Please don't try to call me, 'cuz I swear I'm not home. Please don't try to leave a message, 'cuz I swear I'm not home. Please don't try to find me, 'cuz I swear, I'm not home.

Please don't come looking for me, 'cuz I swear, nobody's home.

This world of color truly touches my heart. It bursts from imagination, into creation, into being and into destruction.
This is an endless cycle, a cycle of life and death. Ideas come and go, just like people, except for the exception, that sometimes they come back.
Like a blooming flower, imagination buds from the senses of the world and blooms into existence. It's petals unfurl and explode with life, with all aspects of simplicity and complexity. Already born and grown as it is, it flies, shooting like a star, but upwards, towards the sky of promise and freedom. As it flies, it sheds both light and darkness, and drops knowledge and wisdom upon the world all over.
But only the people who keep their doors of imagination open, and only the people who know how the world is for what it is, and only the people who's hearts are open to hope, can see them. And only they can catch it. And only they can hold onto it and let it run freely in themselves, until the time comes when that knowledge and wisdom, when that creativity and hope, and all the wonder in it's light, may finally be unleashed upon us all. Only these people hold the key. Only these people, will save us all.
Are you a child of imagination?
And are you a child of hope?
Not the best of course, but hey, everyone's improving.

Being dark, goth, emo, scene, or anything else...
None of these are true.
I am not a label society has given me.
I am not dark.
I am not emo.
I am not goth.
I am not scene.
I am not gay.
I am not dumb.
I am not an outcast.
I am who I am.
I am me.
For the ones who are persecuted just for being who they are. The names all these kinds of people are called are not real names. They're just labels, and no one is a label. Everyone is human, and just the same. They are not indifferent, and they are not emotionless. If anything, they see the world differently, in a way that "normal" people cannot see because of how blind they truly are.

I am a duck born to swim.
I am a rhino standing still.
I am a deer, hear my cries.
We are animals, not born to die!!

This is a poem from a dear and special friend of mine, so all credit of this short poem goes to him. He doesn't know that I'm posting it, but I know he won't mind. Also, as you can see, he's an animal lover. <3

Maybe when the crows start flying.
Maybe when the ravens start gliding.
Maybe when the squirrels start crawling,
And the wolves start burrowing,
And the bears start hibernating,
And the mosquitoes start disappearing.

Maybe I'll go into that forest, so enchanting, so mysterious.
So white, so bare.
Yet the most beautiful I've ever seen.
The ground is snow, the sky is night, peppered with the souls of the universe. The day is dark, the air is cold, now it's time to do my part.

My eternal promise, now too aged to be left undone.
I've made my speeches, and I've said my goodbyes.
Into the Dead Forest I go.
Into the white bulls-eye, where my deed must be done.
I now give myself to the elements.
I let their power break me down, crush my shield.
I let them take my soul, and let my spirit rise.
A ritual, a ceremony.
I have the power to bring life, and to bring death.
And I have the power to decide.
And so I have decided I would give up my power, my life, my heart, And all for the sake,
Of those I love.
I learned a long time ago that usually, in any form of entertainment or reality, snow symbolizes death. Have you ever seen a movie or read a book that has a scene with snow in it? Does anyone or even anything die whenever there's snow around? Have you noticed that? Think about it :)

White mountains along a red blood land.
Colored pools in a field of white, streaks of red flowers trying to creep in.
A bright red light in the center, dancing to an unknown tune.
And a network of an unknown world, crossing each other's paths forever.
It's a riddle, so go ahead and try to solve it.
Hint: Each sentence equals one 'part'.
Should be easy now. Enjoy!

You can take away the 'me' from myself.
You can take away my personality.
You can take away my wishes, and you can take away my dreams.
You can take away my hopes, and you can take away my beliefs.
You can take away my happiness, and you can take away my light.
You can take away my heart, and you can take away my love.
You can take away my home, and you can take away my body.
You can take away my blood, and you can even take away my bones, my fossil.
You can turn me into a heartless, emotionless, mindless being, a thing that may or may not sleep, that may or may not eat, a thing that breathes yet does not live, only sees and tastes, only smells and hears, only feels and senses.
But what you cannot take away from me, is the very essence of my base, the base of my core, the heart of what lies in the center, deep, deep within me.
You cannot take away my knowledge or my power.
You cannot take away my soul.
For the soul sees, it learns, and it knows.
It is ancient, and it is stardust.
It lives on, forever, it goes.
