Of your eyes,
It's a magic.

Innocent voice,
It's a passion.

Whiter lies,
It's a trick.
My HP Poem #1020
©Atul Kaushal
Like a melody penetrating your soul...
Like a water stream cleaning your burdens...
Purifying your spirit from Rainy days...
Let you cry like a child, longing to sleep peacefully...
Like a flute of its own rhythm...
I didn't tell her that!.....
                                         But....
I kept hearing her voice!...
Trying to heal myself and unable to give her the credit...
I might be afraid! Afraid of...
Losing the privilege I gave myself without permission...
Not hearing her voice anymore...
                                         I'm sorry.......
It is not the voice only!
It is everything in her, even the face... even eyes have their own touch...
                                      Her Voice was the....
                                             Trigger!
When you write about someone and she doesn't know!
That really has another flavor, which can't be understood in words or even can be defined by human terms!
I don't really know if this is pain I'm feeling

It felt foreign yet very familiar at the weirdest ways

It almost felt like home

It almost felt like my mother lulling me to sleep

But one thing I only know is that I'm so used to be in pain that I can't even recognize it anymore
IDK WHY  I WROTE THIS.
I’m not sending festive wishes.
Well I have, but that’s not the point.
What good is being good at Christmas
And the New Year,
Only to be a *******
The rest of the time?

What use is a holiday peace
When your working day
Is spent killing…?

No
What I wish for you
Is Peace and Happiness all Year,
Every Year.
I wish for Peace and Prosperity
Set in stone for ever –
Nobody starving
No-one excluded
From Society’s camp-fire.

We need a Human Race
United
As One,
Respecting All
As Equals.

We need this all the time,
Not just in “The Season of Good Cheer”.
We need a Better Way
Forever.
Amen.

Paul Butters
Something I've thought many times!
I see a man holding a sign asking for money on the ramp light,
And I would have typically dismissed them "supposed homeless,"
But today is Christmas I told myself as I pulled a twenty dollar bill.

I stopped at my favorite Mongolian restaurant,
Enjoying their stir fry of vegetables and meats,
And I see a young male asking for a phone to borrow.

I would have dismissed him normally with random strays of people,
But today I reached out and started a conversation with this young man.

He was kicked out of his parent's house in Chicago,
Looking to reach out to his friend to hang with.

In Christmas day with another homeless who lived in Chicago,
And some how got to Louisville living in a tent so I gather.

First asking for free water,
And then Dr Pepper as I offered to get him water!

As he try to dismiss himself from the premise,
I asked if he had a meal?
And from what I gather he hasn't ate for awhile,
Maybe a day or two.

I offered to buy a meal,
And then sat with him,
And initiated a conversation!

I know there are fake people trying to take advantage people's good deeds,
Or lazy bums who choose not to work!,
But today is Christmas.

He could have been my brother,
I mean not in literal sense since he was Caucasian,
But aren't we all human with same desires, needs and wants?

If I was in that situation would someone would have helped me?
When I was hungry and had nothing I wished someone did helped me.

People don't deserve a single thing from me,
But today is Christmas!
He could be my brother,
He could have been me!
Merry Christmas everyone!
"One of the secrets of life,
is that all that is really worth the doing
is what we do for others."
