If you look out your window-
Don't dare look up to my sky,
Cinders choked the sun to death,
It's a black and smokey night,

Our last trees: you set ablaze,
And the grass, your kindling,
The birds and bees are dwindling,
We're left in this steel maze,

Are the streets and city lights-
Enough to guide you home?
When you choke on cinder, too-
The sun won't be alone,

And when your last fire dies away,
And the ice makes it's return,
And my sun can't shine from the afterlife,
It'll be too late to learn.

The autumn leaves fell too late,
And when they did they shrivelled-
Shrivelled up like an apple core
Left to rot and fester in the soil.

Misted breath lingers in the air,
A tell-tale sign of the end;
As the cold freezes over lakes
And settles into brittle bones.

Flowers meant to bloom
Remain lifeless beneath a blanket of snow,
As the forgotten spring sun
Hides behind a sheet of clouds.

When the summer comes
Migrating birds get lost in disorientation;
The sudden shift from cold, spring winds
To a sweltering heat.

The heat waves with welcoming hands,
A false friend that promises growth,
But gives destruction
As the climate changes in disarray.
Global warming is a huge problem we have been facing for years - and we’re still facing it now. However, some people don’t believe in it - which is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me

Molten Innards Out Flow & We Burn,
Destruction & Chaos Is Natures Return,
Gaia Turned Stern As We Humans Don't Learn,
Our Ashes Together Won't Fill Up An Urn.

Climate Change Is A Fact,
But Business Has Tact,
More Money Than Brains &
In Smarts They Have Lacked.
All Good In Our Towers Till The Earths Crust Has Cracked.

Concerned For Our Health,
Our Prosperity Not Wealth,
People Rise Up We Must Do It Ourself,
If We All Stand Up Then We'll Topple The Shelf.

If We All Stay Seated,
We Deserve To Be Cheated,
Pardon Me If I'm Heated,
Climate Change Can We Beat It.

Every time I get to see your bright smile
It makes my heart glow with hundreds of happy lights
I wish I was able to spend more time in your presence
Sometimes miss your laugh on quiet nights

And even when we have not talked in weeks
I do not feel distressed, down, or blue
The warming touch of memory
Brings back all the things I love about you

a translator for humanity
gives a powerful speech
condolences to innocents left behind
as above the clouds
so below the stars
temperatures rising
towards a future on Mars

an advocate for change
preaches a lesson on the past
sympathies to those who stay to the last
as within a dream
so without a vision
temperatures falling
towards a perilous decision
Global warming and the sad inevitability of Earths resources running dry

Our world

Falling from the top of the world,
Looking for a parachute.
Once we were Gods, now food for the worms,
Soon we will become obsolete.

Humankind has had its time,
A waste if ever there was one.
Humankind is the biggest lie.
Our world? We don’t deserve one.

We rip it up and tear it down,
We take and give nothing back.
We wonder why our time here is up,
We’ve mined the world of all it had.

But it’s too late to stop the extinction,
What this world needs is a mass evacuation.
The only way to save this world,
Is to leave for good and leave it to the animals.
