our species is long ploughed over
whittling wind and byproduct mass
war wounds on the landscape proved fertile
other parts
we made long term barren

high above our remains
a creature that calls the homing pigeon its ancestor
and an ancient self maintained drone
continue a long standing feud

You ******
You’ve blended my black and white,
My ying yang was looking alright
You come in with your glass half full glass half empty and spilled
it all over the pristine lines... but
you’re a tall drink of water yourself
So I forgive you

You ****
You ****** with my favourite flower
I left it with you for an hour
Now it’s half wilted and half alive. But
I prefer fungi’s instead
So, I forgive you

You waved and washed away my sand drawn daydreams
A sundae on the side, half melted half alive
My half open eyes squinted at you
Rewriting the world that i knew to be true
Massive hiatus because i just lost all faith in my skills BUT my friend helped me with the final paragraph of this and now I’m back to thinking I’m gods gift to humanity

Summer nights spent locked in my room
Was it suddenly fate that came and brought me to you?
A message; so simple, yet so damning
I had no idea what one little word could do
Back and forth we went
All that time spent questioning
If may I should get with you
When it came down to it
All I could think was
"****, you're pretty cute"
Seeing your face was the one thing that brought me relief
Oh how your voice made me weak
I'd give anything if I could start over
And return to those nights
That left me destroyed beyond belief
Another silly little poem, about the same silly little love for a silly little boy back in the year of 2017. Seems like I could only ever write or get struck to write when I was sad. He's a quite nice guy now, well-rounded and all. I'm glad he's doing well, we are all grown now.

I may be a small little mouse,
But I am a braver mouse than you,
Whenever I leave my hole,
The world is out to get me,
It may be poison,
Or a bird or a cat,
I could meet my end,
In a deadly trap.
If you were a mouse,
You would be scared
I am a mouse and I don't even care.

Happy
as I move my hands,
happy, as I walk to
the door -

Happy, happy,
happy - my heart smiles -

I see it on my face.

I see it when I
see You. I am

happy

         because of You
So tired and sick of the games you play;
I really hope you're not lying right now...
and if you are, some day you will pay!
You tell me you've fallen asleep, but is
that really the truth beneath the breath
you speak?

tan
humans sunbathing
spread like dying starfish
stranded drying
for the attention of tourists and vendors

the tide rises
the sunbathers retreat
to a controlled poolside setting

Once an Elephant was in great need to ***
So towards the restroom he made his flee
But the Elephant did not know he walked to his doom

For as soon as the got into the room
His nose got stuck into the slammed door
     It resembled a schroom

So the Elephant cried for help
     For help did he cried
But no soul would come to help
None would believe nothin’ but his demise.

Thus in despair he looked through the window
But to his utmost strike of mischance
He saw a view most rare
All had been covered in dough

So the Elephant pulled and pulled
For pulling was all he could do
And he pulled so much
     And so much he pulled

His nose no longer withstood.

In its place the Elephant saw
His nose was covered in gunk
But beware, beware
     For the Elephant bewared too,
That right there under all that gunk
No nose stood

It was something rather knew

Something like a trunk.
