White mask covering your face
A ***** sin you won't erase
It makes everyone think you're clean like a princess
Pretty innocent face in the first place

i’m so sorry
that no one saw the dangers
of a sleeping sixteen-year-old
being kissed by strangers.

Princess mononoke
Stands there
In deep though
Contemplation
As she asks her self
"what's my next move"
Or
"What to do to
Save the forest God."
As she askes these questions
She comes up with
"fight"
Why
Do
you
fight??!!
Princess not soldier.

A plain woman talks about love
Tells everything like no one above
Looks at you as she said you to move
Talking gets higher like no one gets greater.

Loving out of nowhere as she's a fighter
She's in war for you with no doubt; no fear
As she knows you're always here
She's strong so they won't walk you near.

A kind must be cruel for man she fights for
A girl gets even braver than before
But a boy gets even more weaker ever before
He walks away but she keeps fighting for.

Not knowing she's the only one who's fighting
Her love feels last but now she's along way tiring
Realizing the girl shouldn't be a fighter
As She is a princess not a soldier.
Someone who fights alone in the name of love

There was a pearl Palace
In a land so far away
They said it glowed at midnight
And sparkled in the day
In the pearl Palace
A lovely princess stayed.

She walked The Halls a'dreamin
Of a handsome man
To take her from the golden Halls
Of that foreign land
But her company was peacocks
She didn't understand.

A Wizard's spell had captured her
To keep her in that place
Where no one kept her company
Tears flowed down her face
She was kept quite comfortably
In her Silk and Lace.

She knew the great volcano
Would erupt for miles and miles
If she left the Pearl Palace
Where she was kept in style
And so she stayed there all alone
A sad and lonely child.

Another poem for the book which my friend Steve is illustrating. I wish you could see this visual ... it's absolutely beautiful!
