Ghost and ghouls run the streets;
Whiches and demons terrorize.
Kids flood the streets with laughs and screams.
Doorbells ring and door fly open.
Porches have the orange heads of pumpkins.
The leaves change from a vibrant green to blood red and sunset orange.
trees invested with cobwebs, lawns turn into graveyards.
This is the moth when everyone os no longer human they turn to monsters!
This is Halloween!
Since Halloween is tomorrow I wanted to write a cute little poem for it. I hope all of you have an amazing Halloween and that you stay safe if you go trick or treating.

The cold night of All Hallows draws near
though the reason is somewhat less clear;
The reigning esthetic
is Gothic-Poetic
and sugar eclipses all fear . . .

The idea that spirits abound,
that The Dead ever hover around,
is a lie straight from Hell
and a fable to sell
souls and sugar, per ounce and per pound.

Halloween: put a mask on the mess.
As a nation, we ought to confess
that our sin’s overflowing;
our evil is showing—
we’re due for a trick, I would guess.

Using candy, they settle the score:
secret weapon in Lucifer‘s war
for this treat dietetic
we’re pre-diabetic,
dressed up as the ghosts that we are.

A sinister night,
Where cheeks are flushed
And face is light,
I ran towards my sister,
With a bucket of candy and eyes of a devil,
“Booooooo” I frighten her.
“Aaaaaaaa” she screams.
Oh my, it’s me, your sister.
How’s the ghost’s costume?
Happy Halloween!

Seeking a Dragon:

“Has anyone ever seen, a lizard who licks the air, smells the sounds, hears the tasty gnats flying ‘round and knows the instincts of his prey while holding fast his scaly-green statue on a hot summer’s day with his eyes like pinholes straight to hell, his hunger an anxious frantic swell he quickly darts after his dinner devouring that faithless sinner?”
I have heard that obese Christians are tastier. In that regard Americans must be delicious!

Alone sits a girl
Crying
Holding her knees
Her long hair covering her face
The sounds of her weeping
Drives you mad
For Halloween?
tires of
wires that
will a
horse when
hen's teeth
do query
and tread
next to
the fence
yet never
betray his
master's advice
and her
talbot may
foxtrot with
greyhounds at
mercy point
mercy point is a church while a talbir is extinct and  hen's teeth are rare

A patchy sky leaves the moonlight with arrythmia
Leaving me to match it's rhythm
As I play "red light green light"
With the eyes and teeth that twinkle
In the shadows like stars
Painted on the void
Just beyond what I can see
Happy Halloween!

Lone ride down hillside
Gaze home with hope to atone
Ride high atop a sinners throne
Coming to sight ominous light
Black horse set a course
It wants you dead you can feel the dread
Pray for bed this is all in your head
His is missing so he’ll take yours instead!
Muahahhaha!
Burning down bridges
He’s not here for gold
Run for the ridges
Your fate is fortold
Shelter your weak, your young and the old
The HeadlessHorsman rides.

Moonlight
By grave sight
On a Stormy night
A waterfall
Down Boxed flow
On deaths row
Lightning crack
Caped in black
Come to attack
Zoooooooombiesssssss!
Braaaaaaaaaainnnnnsssss!
Grrrrrggggguaaah!

Eye of newt and tongue for trouble,
We want this potion to bubble!
Add string of courage from champions bow, and a drop of blood from blackest crow.
Boiled down box of plague rat stew
Oh yes only the finest, not anything will do!
Good ones keep vial of angel tears on hand
One drop to keep away beats of a murderous band.
Once it’s thick black sludge we knows for sure
This is what we drink
A witches hangover cure!
