A haven of brilliant colours lit up her eyes...
And her ears caught the faint murmur of an ancient song of the flower gods...
Her tender hands felt the papery body of her new friends...
And affectionately did she blow a kiss to their hearts...

She often wondered how her life had filled with such colours of the primroses...
That she had no chance of recalling the dungeon trapped days of her life...

Her world had become one with the blues, reds, yellows, oranges and violets of her new companions...

....

And this was how when he left her...
She never left herself!
Sometimes only nature has the ability to heal your cracking heart! Thank you for reading this! ❤
I love you so much, but
I still couldn't tell you that
in words,
If I could show you
my heart
Then you will believe me
How much love there
in my heart for you!

I would never show you
my tears
When my eyes cry for you
at the midnight,
I always want to smile at you
If I'm burning inside!

I don't think about myself
I'm worried about you
How happy are you right now?
Do you still smile like the moon?
I care about you, I love you
I miss you too often with tears!

प्रकृती के साथ यूह  खिलवाड़ न कर तू ;

उसे बचाने की, जिगर ओ  जान से कोशिस कर तू

पेड पौधे लगा तू, पशु पंखी ओ को बचा तू

Meera
the town i was born in wasn't big enough
to contain the vastness of my dreams
so i moved out
i spent hours upon hours on the bank of river yamuna
looking for a sign
completely forgetting that a dead river can't speak
i misunderstood its silence for an invitation
so i moved in
i traded my inner peace for smoke filled air
and my innocence for the facade of a happy woman
delhi, i spent years of my life trying to fit in
to make sure that i belong
then why do the stares on the streets
tell me that i don't
delhi why have you been so cruel to me
like a failed mother forcing her expectations on her daughter
no matter what i did
i was never good enough
every time i tried to speak
you just didn't want to hear
you're a city trying to hide its deafness from its people
delhi why are you so unfair?
you throw stones at the workers that build you
and bow down at the feet of your destroyers
maybe you're just as confused and tired as me
people have taken more from you than you could give
so you stand exhausted, defeated and short of breath
and i do the same
for both of us have failed miserably
i could never be your daughter
and you could never be my home
i came looking for a home in a city which doesn't have space

Your thoughts
You walk into a secret garden in the middle of a hidden alcove
The hawks are flying high and the silent sky whispers stay a while
On the fence are morning glories climbing up towards the sun
there is a bench that awaits you, strewn atop the wood, a rose
It has been sent to you by your guardian angel with a message,
" you are loved, beyond all measure",
So many flowers growing, blooming , reaching , scenting this place
peppered carnations of strong, orange marigolds of fired beauty,
California poppies, dainty flowers with lacy faces
day lilies, cornflower blue beauties, all here to bless you
Come rejoice and heal in this garden of hope and dreams
Allow yourself the pleasure of smiling, become whole again
Beneath the tutelage of  faith you can be part of this scene ,
so bloom,  of your own accord .

wild violets in the forest
colored like a friendship’s dream
could not be like the morning glories
yearning for sun’s golden beams

they live softly, close to earth
they are fragile, in confession
but no less vivid in their shade
or indeed in their expression
I wrote this for a poetry club, inspired by my beautiful friend.

I'm high in the sky
Driven like the wind
But walking on the moon

Compare not
Do not come and pare down
What is not yours

In a courtroom
Judgments are fine
Out of that, keep it to yourself

Talent is to show
Come out and shine
Latent lost, never undermine
Couldn’t come up with a title
Been writing too much !!
