The rain finally comes
The spring rises up to greet the sun
On the long river highway,
The road is long
Past the brook
Past the stream
Along the river
Beyond the lake
Past the lagoon
The wetlands too
The highway a ribbon unfolds
Out to the ocean the road goes
With the promise of deepest
Sleep.

Here comes the rain tears,
Drenched in pink,
Softening the colour of the background,
All you can feel is gentleness,
These are the feelings of the sky.
Everytime when it rains, I dont know why but I kind of sense that the sky has its own feelings. Joy, sadness... anything. :) Well, it is purely my imaginations but who knows, right?

When I was a child,
I was taught poetry wasn't mild,
It was deep as the sea,
And it seemed truly unachievable for me.
I was taught poetry had to rhyme,
Every single line, every single time.
So poetry seemed out of my reach,
Like chasing a seagull down a beach,
Jumping ever so slightly away,
Or soaring into the sunny day.

So I never thrived for what I thought would,
No, Could
Never be.

I guess now I'm fixing the mistakes of past me.

the smell of mint fills the air
brother is here
been gone for a year
mother is crying
hugs are shared

kids opening gifts
smiling
the sound of they're laughter is bliss
as mother gives the youngest a little kiss

sitting around the fire
were all together
with the smell of mint
cold and sweet in the air

Where the rivers meet we walk where the grass smells sweet we talk where the Monnow stands we're holding hands
Overhead a circling hawk

Where the castle stood we talk where  the earth is mud we walk where the Monnow flows and friendship grows
Overhead the clouds grow dark

Where the meadows green we walk where the skies turn mean we talk
Where the Monnow twists. we turn and kiss
Overhead  a circling hawk

so even if the whole universe came and will leave instantaneously
at least i know that
all the forces of time and matter
permitted the rivers to rush
the sun to burn
and Earth to revolve
during our brief lifetimes

It all started
So light,
Until I heard
A voice barely say,
“Welcome to the Dark Fairy Tale,
Run for your life."

Then these thoughts
Crossed my mind,
The warning signs
Were all there,
I should have turned
Back at the masquerade ball;
Pulled off the mask,
Face revealed,
Smell of her
Perfume in
Your hair.

Kept the truth
Locked up with
Gingerbread
And sparkle dust,
"Love."

Trapped
In a toxic tale;
Couldn't sleep,
The Gothic prince
Took my hand
So charmingly,
And said, "Come with me..."
He spun me round' and
Swept me off my feet,
Until I fell to the
Floor and couldn't
See.

Cinderella Dream;
Coated with Candy Cream,
It was all fun and games,
Until I realized his
Premeditated plans
To take away
All the best parts
Of me.

Poison apple
Portrayal
Forever
Frozen in
Glass frame
Would be
An unlikely
Ending.

Let me be:
The makeup on your skin,
And the fragrance of your perfume.

Let me be:
The breeze that grazes your face,
And the unspoken letters on your lips.

Let me be:
Your hidden secrets,
And your full moon.

Let me be:
Your smile, your laughter, your tears,
Your wishes, and your happy dreams.
