When I was a little girl and the Rays of Light would spill down from the sky peeking through the clouds..we would call it "Jesus Light", just like in the paintings!
{Yes...I was raised Catholic}
now am Spiritual..One with The Light
Silence is Golden
Yet
There are Times
it's just Downright Lonesome

Beautiful
Day and Night clash
Creating their ******* children
Dawn and Dusk

Don't ever stop fighting
You two
Poetic and inspiring
God dam I just want to sleep
"Don't raise your voice-
improve your argument"

Grieving a loss
I have yet to see

A blow
Still unseen

It'll come and it'll pass
But once again

I'll shatter like glass
Love you

Since boyhood came the sound.

At eight in a field of snow
Under a sky blue and high
I heard the sound.

At sixteen after love’s embrace
On sheets stiff and white
I heard the sound.

At twenty-two in a place green and lush
Under skies filled with war
Above all I heard the sound.

At thirty-two in early morning light
As I comforted my infant son
I heard the sound.

The sound of all the world trying to fall in love.

There           chaos         order

You make my heart coil
into the seed it once was
before the dirt and sun
I think I’ll lock it up in a chest
and throw it into the sea
you think it’ll grow
with all that salt?
I bet it would
maybe even into
light that could penetrate
whirlpools
