The greatest sign
Of a most conscious might

Is not to devour and to destroy
All of the falsehoods of life

No

But a true clue is
To let them exist
So that the true sees truth

And yes
In this
True In Truth

I’ve never heard this song before
as flowers come out of the floorboards;
I forget what my heart had ever been sore for.
life is as light as you let it be- a difficult pill to swallow sometimes
the
stars
we
are
specks of gold
sprinkled
throughout
the
starry starry night

deep
underneath
the
moonlight
in
tidal
waves
tumultuous

Read between the lines.

You’d find that the words
left unwritten
would scream
the loudest.

Raindrops part with lover's walk
beneath the dreary skies.
A secret shared of our desires
the bond between the eyes.

Fingers clasped with racing hearts
their footsteps briefly pause.
He turns and gentle lifts her face,
a breath, he deeply draws.

He speaks to her of love so deep
which time cannot affect.
The only union of its kind
no mortal can deject.

And since the test of time has passed
conceding, she reveals.
Her soul is ever bound to his
and through a kiss conceals.

Qweyku
drenched in a sea of waveforms,
dancing on the ebb of a digital ocean
its crests crowned with sound

pitched upon amplitude tides
their volume compressed;
reverberating through glass speakers
mere dots in the sands

i hear cadence...
within the music of your speech
how can it be,
such a many word
written,
yet forgotten,
indelibly on your beach?

if we could interpret the oceans
what stories would its sea speak?
of its corruption?
treasures unreturned
to lost and found?
or of its time to give up the dead,
or of the angels that fell to its ground?

Have I told you of how I love the sea?
A duplicitous temptress.
choosing to drown or carry you afloat.
