You do not know how
Attached you are to something
Until it is gone.

When we fall asleep at night
There is no control
Over what happens in the interim
exept for the glorious entity
Who wakes us up
To a brand new day
Sleep well

Many are the vagrants who roam
The streets of my mind
They knock on the ceiling of my scull
As I ponder their plight
Restlessly climbing into my human emotions
Taring at the twines that bind us together
As they mercifully hold on to the strings
Frantically crying out
Please forgive us... forgive us
And I did
We all make mistakes and sometimes craves forgiveness

Home is...
Late nights out with friends.
Cold nights in,
tucked by the fire,
with hot cocoa in one hand,
and a book in the other.

Home is...
Safety and security.
Love and warmth.
Sanctuary from heartbreak,
protection from the outside.

Home is...
Crying on your shoulder,
when you are so hurt,
that you think you might just go to sleep,
and never wake up.

Home is...
Lying in bed all day,
staring at the ceiling,
and wondering why you just can't get up.

Home is...
Friends and family.
The past and the future.
The here and the now.

Home is you.
Home is us.
Home is the feeling I get,
when we lie together.
No matter the weather.
No matter the storm.

Home is looking in your eyes,
and hearing "I love you."

Home is reaching inside myself
and finding more than I ever thought possible.

Home is......
Home is wherever I find myself next to you.

I saw Jezebel
And followed her ito the tombs of my pittyfull desire
I saw Jezebel
And opened up the fragile chamber of my beautiful heart
I saw Jezebel
And she ravaged the innermost parts of my tender soul
I saw Jezebel
And now my true love is but a mirage in the confines of my memory
I saw Jezebel
And now I'm stuck in the abyss with nothing but her ghost
for company
Deceit and desire be careful of that game

I'm ready to let Mother
Turn my toes to roots
And mend me back into the soil

My arms reaching for the warmth
And healing from the sun
To help me grow

I'll wait for the rain
To pour down on me
And wash all I do not need away
But what the water misses- can be drown out in flames.

Tick...tock...tick...tock
Am I afraid
Of course I am
Back and forth
The pendulum swings both ways
Expertly filleting the youth from my flesh
Shredding my lightbrowns
And replacing it with a nice
Even spread of pepper
While gently etching creases
Into my face
Timeously chopping into my bones
As the belly fat weighs me down
Then suddenly hitting the back
So picking up the heavy's a big no.no
And finally slicing into the mind
Where confusion strikes
And the car keys is missing....again
Sorry have to go now
My next birthday party's comming up
Call it what you want (catch 22) or(caught between a rock and a hard place)let's do it gracefully
