It's my mind that is hurting me
The consent memories that I did not choose to to through
The constent tears that I wish never existed
The sadness that hurts me all the time
So don't blame me
If i want to wave goodbye

:(
Sadness
Depresion
Anxiety

Please go go go go away

The morning,
The morning is mine

To savour
It's splendor,
To bathe in its light,
Or sit in the artificial dark
And comfort of my bed.

I rise early
To keep it
All to myself

I woke up in pain
With sleep on my brain
In puddles of sweat
And muscles so strained
Sprouled out on springs
Like a pokey syringe
And pillow so flat
I had pain in my dreams
Put my hand on my chest
And tried my best
To feel the air all around me
And get some rest
Sometimes
We need no pills
To heal.

Sometimes
Therapy
Is no remedy still.

Sometimes
Nothing can mend
A broken heart like WORDS.
Positive words heal.

while we
let the sun kiss our skin
we watched the sky
through the leaves
and talked
about the weight of the world
which is laying on the shoulders
of our generation
these days are making it worth to stay.

The blackbird sings let freedom ring.
It’s difficult to fly with broken wings.
The burden of hatred bears heavy,
for only sadness it brings.
It’s difficult to rise as the fascist pendulum
swings.
With her heavy heart and tired wings;
In the thick of healing the blackbird sings,
let freedom ring.

It's time for a name
Not to be just another 'name'

To anyone who lost a life
You didn't die in vain

Colour doesn't matter
Inside we're all the same

It's time to stop the suffering
It's time to stop the pain
