 Jan 2018 Dazed Dreaming
Ako
We are a mere mortal
Two fates in a maze

Our love was hallowed by Eros
The blind, yet aimed his bow
Right through my essence
Right through your essence

Our passion was bound by Aphrodites
Two doves nesting
Two swans in Narcissus pond
Channeling the energy in our rite

Tragedy,
Mortal forbade the sacrament
We seek to endure the fall
Becoming stars,
As we cross one another
In an boundless interrior
Of our abode.
An undying love.
the taste of nicotine, infecting the young
the deep breath in, corroding my lungs
the squelch of a flame beneath my boot
the extinguished warmth between me and you.

inhale quick, forget as i try
leaving room for sickness to grow

blaming the numbness on the high
i still feel nothing when i'm low.
60 seconds.
44640 minutes.
744 hours
31 days.
That's how long I've waited for you.
Unshaped, floating under the dark sky.
A light, brighten the big city.
Oh how lovely when you're a full.
You were the moon; ghostly and looming.
I was the lightening; formidable and opaque.
We started as lovers, across a sea of stars.
But the immense and powerful waves of emotion
had taken their toll.
You cried that I was too sporadic, and untouchable.
I screamed that you were too trivial, and distant.
I guess the only thing we had in common,
was that we were both lonely lights shining brightly
in the vast and cold sky.

jas
well i can’t say much
except that i miss your touch
or the feeling of being in love
over thinking of what once was

a dream
of a bizarre reality
where only i can see
what i begged meant to be

and yet life , passed me by
as i let out a silent cry
reminiscing over yesterday
oh , how the time just flies
That's what they call you.
They'd never know who you are.
From inside and out you're good,
Delicious like a fresh cut fruit.
The first smell of yours I'm thirsty.
The second glass raised up I'm in love.
The last cheer of my glass I'm drunk.
Tonight I will give you my body, my soul.
You're not just a wine you're my sweet red wine.
