Inhale. Exhale.

Whether you're at your high
Or low
Just promise me to please,
Inhale. Exhale

When life is too much to bare,
And you want to end it all
Just please
Inhale. Exhale*

When you're lost and alone,
With no where to go,
*Inhale. Exhale.

And she swore,
*He was the darkest heaven she had ever seen.

Loneliness takes over
And when the loneliness gets too much,
*Just find the darkness.

They say home is where your family is, where the 4 walls and white picket fence that surround you, indicate you are a family,
No.
You see, beyond that perfect picket fence, my home is torn,
And walls are not my home
'cause walls are my constriction, my never-ending pain,
They are my confinement, depression, fear and isolation.
Maybe home is where the heart is, but my heart is lost.
Quick thoughts.

So you see,
I've been lost my entire life.

With never ending pathways,
I'm scared to choose,
Not knowing where each leads.

There's too many paths
I'm not sure what to do.
Because you see,
I've been lost in these pathways my entire life.
Not finished perhaps?

Quiet, ears ringing and all I can hear is my thoughts on replay
I thrash, and scream but no one can hear me
My thoughts drown out my screams,
Am I even screaming?
A cry for help tumbles from my thoughts to my mouth and the thoughts stop.
Is it over?
Another random poem idea. Will expand on it when ideas come!
