Community guidelines
Hello Poetry is a community built around sharing; we rely on positive interactions between everyone to make this possible. By participating, any poet or reader on Hello Poetry agrees to our Terms of Use and these simple community guidelines. They ensure that Hello Poetry is a friendly place where criticism is constructive and great work can flourish.
- Be courteous and respectful. Do not harass or abuse other members.
- Do not post overtly obscene, pornographic, hateful, or objectionable content. If in doubt, contact us at @hellopoetry.com about posting your work.
- Do not spam. Over posting reactions, posting poems that are not poems, sending too many messages, or creating too many groups all constitute spam. We're reasonable on this, since we trust you know the difference between being active and spammy.
- Do not post content that you do not have the rights to. Read more about this in our Terms of Use
- If you don't like a writer, their style, or their work, just move on.
We reserve the right to flag or remove any work that violates these guidelines. If a poet or reader repeatedly violates these rules or our Terms of Use, their account will be suspended. If your account is suspended, please contact us to resolve the issue at @hellopoetry.com . Of course, we prefer not to do suspend accounts, so please follow these rules. Thank you.
