the colors of spring
emerge from winter's cocoon
of white snow wrapping

The mighty sea, majestic rolls,
its strength beyond our mortal realm,
within that awesome, mystery,
the fearsome breath of life still swims.

While navy seas beneath me thrive,
and beckon to the wild in me.
Their furled waves hit strong and true,
and buffet while their cyclones rage.

And with their true majestic strength,
which is the sea, its power released,
rolls deep and awesome under foot
and I, in fearless awe, abide.

I nurtured an old tree
On an obsidian hill,
Where the moon is in chains
And the leaves in chase of wind.

Either vent out whatever is boiling inside you and extinguish that fire that is burning your soul and heart or keep quiet with deliveries of fake smiles and live your whole life as a pyre.
Choose wisely !
Just a motivational quote.....
our world became
contaminated
by a disease that
immigrated

its spreading curse
infected every
land
with a contagion
so horrendous of
hand

on an ill eastern
wind the bug blew
in
thence its destruction
did ominously
begin

no respite does the
blighting virus
display
for it is abnormal
in its nightmarish
array

Monsters
They’re scary
Some are in the closet
Some are under the bed
But you want to know a secret?
The scariest monsters
Are in our heads
I am my own monster
