Peel it off
One by one
By every single thread
So every single strand
Is unwoven by a broken hand
And reveal to us
What you've done.
Were you scared?
Were you scarred?
Beaten and mashed in and marred
by the wasteland in which we breathe?
I don't know which came first:
the euphoria of absolute power
or the fear of it.
Regardless,
we are here.
in the wasteland.
And the worst thing you can do-
the only crime you can commit-
is to stop peeling layers.
and stop wondering why we are
where we are.

Curing
Like the hero of a story
...arriving two pages too soon.
The plot incomplete, like our own waxing moon.

Like the sweetest of fruits
...plucked a smidge premature.
Timing is crucial for love to endure.

If Love is a light
...to be alone is the night
...before two hearts unite
...we search absent sight
...starving for you, yet unable to bite

He's felt it before
...as he crashed to the floor
...a tormented soul seared to the core
...as the deafening silence continues to roar
...he misses her more
...and more
...and more

As I Lay

As I lay on the roof and watch the sky
I saw you take the leap then fly.
As time passed by, you start to regret
That you took the jump that'll lead to your death.

As you fall down, I rushed, only to see
Nothing but sadness as your teardrops fall free.
I know this'll cause my greatest heartbreak
But I let you fall down, I'll be forever awake.

As you neared the ground, your fall was cut abrupt
You were surprised to see me as I lift you up.
But as we rise, you start to move astray.
Now, I didn't even realize that you've already flown away.

*As I lay on the roof and watch the stars,
My thoughts had already wandered off too far.
As I close my eyes and clear my mind,

I slowly accept that you can never be mine.

Press ******* beneath your ear,
Feel the swift pulse of a lover's kiss,
The devestated trickle of a meandering tear,
The muted thump that accompanies a crinkled eye
And the halted thud, seized by fear.
Feel your heart steadily beating.
This is it:
Living.
Whenever I feel useless I just think of my heart always beating, desperately trying to keep me working and it makes me think that atleast something thinks I'm worth being alive.

Sifting through the sands of tomorrow
To find the things that bring us sorrow

We sometimes find gold and put it away
And we always save it for a rainy day

Why do we think about tomorrow
When tomorrow  is not today

I always find myself thinking of that next day
Forgetting what’s important to live today

i know were apart
from the things that I've done

i know that i love you
and  i don't know were to start

i've always said
that i'm going to change

there was only one way
and GOD answered my prayers

my life was ****** up
i felt nothing but shame

do you ever feel
that we can love again

what I'm saying is that my loves goes deep
so give me some trust and i'll be there

my life has changed
and i know it will take time

you don't need to be there,
but I'll will be there all the time

Just Melz
They're feverish with desire
Eclipsed in love
Raging like a black smoke fire
****** scents rising above
The pheromones they release
Must be smelled miles away
They've missed this, the tease
And liquid glances, it's been days
Since, either have touched the other
But they still feel that ****** tension
On every inch of their skin
When they're finally away from prying eyes
Their lips mesh, his hands move to her thighs
And hers slide up through his hair
Gripping on tight
They could be spotted, but neither cares
He pushes her hard against the wall
Bringing her legs around his hips
She thanks heaven she wore a skirt
And quiets a moan by devouring his lips
He quickly, fervently unzips his jeans
Releasing himself and promptly
Entering her sweet, wet heat
He groans as he swallows her scream
Then pounds in hard, fast, ferociously
She rocks her hips with a delicious little motion
Squeezing her core tight, biting his lips
Coming almost instantly when he growls with delight
He thrusts harder, incessantly feeling her getting tight
Moving her ankles to rest on his shoulders
He delves his shaft as deep inside as he can reach
She scratches scars along his back
And they kiss so deep like it's the final feast
She throbs in her core as another wave hits at full force
Starts going weak as she comes once more
Feeling her liquid pour, brings him to the edge
He grips her ankles stretching the limits of her flexibility
Then roars into her sweet mouth as he comes, vigorously
He lets her legs go, but holds her upright
They both sigh knowing it's the beginning of the night,
And that was just a quickie

Why do people care what other people think
Why does everyone want to be like the other

Different is who you are and be proud of that
Because most of the time the other doesn’t care

Be your own person, stand out for what you feel
Feel with meaning and express yourself

Wear what you will and will for what you believe in
Life is to short to follow, so follow your dreams

Is this poetry, to some yes, to some no
To me, it’s to help others build character

Character for life on life’s terms
