I don't want something like Romeo and Juliet
I don't want something eternal
I don't want something perfect
I want something real.

I want something that we will remember
Something true
Something that nobody would know about
Except for me and you.

And I want it to be like our little secret
I want it to be barried with us
Because the most beautiful love storys
Were never really known.

I learned how to love and hate

To never trust fate,

Simply listening to my needs,

Crave for your body, blade and sins.

Hell is part of me, sir,

As Heaven is six feet under,

Not deep as a Well nor so wide as a church door,

Take me and break me to the core!

Madness of you,

Violence and desire piercing threw,

Tasting the Little Death with the tip of those lips,

Bitter sweet travel down the mist.

But remember, prince of Cats,

You can’t tame me, sick ****** rat,

But if you want me,

Scream me, cry me, torn me…

I am Mercury,

Unstable and addictive,

Get on your knee,

I will end it by killing thee.

My relationship with life was as unhealthy as mine with death
I took them like pills, small doses each time
Never at once, I've always been told not to mix alcohol with antidepressants
Me and life lived like Romeo and Juliet
We only met in secret
Quiet smiles at stupid stuff, subtle and unsound
Death always took me away though
It carved my skin and tied me in red
Little red ribbons
Carved deep into my thighs, the wrist was too predictable
Again i'd try to be taken, my dearest start crossed lover
They'd bubble smiles across my lips
I wonder when they started to feel fake

A Rose by any other name is said to still retain its scent:
A sweet perfume that fills the room to all of our content.
And though this little musing contains poetic form,
When truth is told, I am not sold, for I know there to be thorns.
And if known instead for these pricking fiends
--and not its aromatic petals--
Then perhaps the rose would not be love's flowered vessel.
And the fragrant sweetness we attribute to its structure
Would cease to be a welcomed whiff and the Rose would lose its luster.

Many times have I tried,
Yet I always get rejected.
Yet I still try,
With every effort bigger
Than the last.

Many times have I tried
Yet I never learn
Still, I try.
Looking to be
The Romeo of my Juliet.

Many times have I tried,
Yet nothing comes my way,
Yet still, I try.
I know that one day,
She will come my way,
And we will love each other,
Side by side.

I am a villainous heroine
Leaving my family brings me sweet sorrow
Marrying my kin’s murderer brings me miserable joy

I am a lucky wretch
Paris’s devotion gives me belittling flattery
Romeo’s adoration gives me obscured clarity

I am a guide lost
Society rejects this careless affection
My heart is open to this insensitive empathy

I am loved hatred
I am an accepted cast off
I am Juliet
Romeo and Juliet Perspective 3/3 (the easiest)

Her eyes a pool of liquid jewels
Drunken by only the most foolish of fools
Draw me in and weaken my legs
As if I’d devoured several kegs

Her smile that of an angel
The kind found in the old fables
Greets me warmly and welcomes me home
As if it’s the only one I’ve ever known

Her heart purer than gold
No matter how young or old
Loves me undoubtly and makes me lucky
As if I’ve won the grandest of lottery

How such a saint love a pilgrim such as me
Shall forever remain a mystery
Her voice lifts me from life’s misery
And shows me that all along she was the key
Romeo and Juliet Perspective Poem 2/3

What kind of an ungrateful brat
Trades her family like a hat

After keeping her from harm
Making sure she is warm

She married our only foe
Bringing us such grave woe

My once pride and joy
Leaves us like a toy

All because of a son of Montague
Her time in this family is through
My teacher assigned me to write four poems describing Juliet Capulet from four character's perspectives. Can you guess who each is from?

You’re up in that big window,
out of sight and out of mind
Everybody says this isn’t
supposed to be right.
And there’s this big dance tonight.

My name isn’t on the list,
I’m just looking for that kiss,
so take my hand and seize the sin
from my lips.

We’re a modern Romeo and Juliet,
stuck like Montague’s and Capulet’s.
Masked opportunities arise
to catch you out of nowhere and make you mine.

What exactly is a name?
I can’t help but to refrain
but a rose by any other name
would still smell the same.
Our parents are so ****** deranged.

There’s a bloodbath in the streets.
I watch my best friend die on his knees.
I’ll avenge his death, you’ll fake yours.
To my belief, I’ve settled the score.

We’re a modern Romeo and Juliet,
stuck like Montague’s and Capulet’s.
Masked opportunities arise
to catch you out of nowhere and make you mine.

You drink the poison,
I’ll take a dagger to my heart.
Maybe then they’ll realize,
they were wrong from the start.

We’re a modern Romeo and Juliet,
stuck like Montague’s and Capulet’s.
Masked opportunities arise
to catch you out of nowhere and make you mine.

Never was a story of more woe
than this of Juliet and her Romeo.
Spin-off of Romeo & Juliet. Also a song that I wrote.

The silver moon sighs,
Softly darkening skies,
Trapped in her crystal net;

The sun parades on
With a sapphire yawn,
Chasing his sweet Juliette
