I told them to disguise it.

Hide hope in despair,
Wealth in poverty
And beauty in hidiousness.

I told them to stash it away.

Sneak love into a hateful heart,
Oppotunity into the pocket of failure
And tuck intelligence under a fools tounge.

Cover it up
So those who are willing
To lose it all,
Have it all.

My children,
Take the chances that come from losing,
Gnaw on the bones of poverty,
crack them open
And **** on the marrow of a full heart.

Go confidently into the world,
Knowing the value of an ugly old coat.
The warmth and memories it carries
Wrap yourselves up in dreams past,
And realize the brightness of your future.

I told them to disguise it,
Now go find it.

It started with hello
With no where to go.
You then me.
How could this be?

It was great for weeks,
But then came streaks
On my heart.
They hurt like a dart.

Months of nothing
How was it something?
It didn't end in good bye
I just watched it fly

Miscommunication broke it
And I choked on it-
The words and tears,
I would have no fears.

I left because of you,
But who wears the shoe?
Who gets the blame,
And all of that fame?

Has it happened to you?
It doesn't have to..
TALK.. please
Don't let it freeze
Finally got it out right..

People were talking about you
Someone said you were strong
So I said you were beautiful
And I would've kissed you right there if I had the chance
Please comment :)

Haven't talked for six days
So long to be cut off from the person you love the most
But even when their around the distance can be felt
The air is coated with awkwardness
What are we doing
All of this is pointless
We're both loners who fell in love just to fall out
We both know but in the communication department we are slow
It's just not working out he let me know
It's too hard
His perseverance is all for show
So conceited
He dropped me like trash
But littering isn't a felony
I over exaggerated
I tried to fix the broken but instead got embarrassed
Asked his best friend about him
He said he was just emo
But I'm the one on my period
How am I taking this better than him
I'm also all for show
Surprised I didn't snap
Oh crap it's really over
Told my "friend" but she says to let go of him
All these voices in my ear
None are his
Put my headphones in
The faucet runs through my eyes
My thoughts always have a twist
My brain is such a pessimist
All of this could've been solved
If communication was our resolve
It's over
That was all that needed to be said
No explanation
Everything we had is dead

We talked for the first time
in forever it seemed.
Actually talked, I mean.

I forgot how nice it was to
trust you with me.
See I lost my way with you.

We're just two battered souls
trying to scrape by.
Come fly with me, girl.
Had a talk with one of my most valued friends. We talk almost daily, but it was like last night we actually did talk for the first time in forever.

Lear wanders in stormy open, bares warring elements,
The heavens blister, crackle, night is balmy shroud,
Wretched monarch babbles in sprinkles of wind cold,
Arguments lost by ones own pouring perturbations
And raining sky said 'nothing will come from nothing.'

Howl, howls into blackness treed in lightning splits,
His outcast soul, reels, fleshed, cut to smithereens,
Tang of salt burns on the bluffs and the sea rages,
So entire and ceremonious is Lear's fall meted out,
Air spoke, 'nothing from nothings ever yet was born.'

Sky proclaimed to man child King, here is a reckoning,
Each mad choice was self infliction, now wind flays
And sweet Cordelia lies in her innocent **** grave,
Sky, in thralls of thundering asks, 'what say thee now,
King of highborn follies, even purple heaths are rags,

Yet black and above you and night shades, whine,
Unworthy King, done in by compounded effects,
The might of maelstroms in low butterflies wings,
How now, bare trees, knifing reeds, skeletal flashes,
To rains of night are ever your lanyards my lord,'

Sad Lear so near oblivion fell mute, sky went on,
'Howl and cry mad King your reaper calls beyond,
The icy brisk heavens await to brusque you away,
Your slipshod kingdom was mere and fools' dream,
Howl, til howls abrupt abate, for nothing now comes.'
King Lear is a tragedy by William Shakespeare in which the titular character descends into madness after disposing of his estate between two of his three daughters based on their flattery, bringing tragic consequences for all. Based on the legend of Leir of Britain, a mythological pre-Roman Celtic king.

A: Don't, it'll hurt you!
B: But, explore, I want to...
A: What if, it breaks you?
B: Let it, if it kills me too!
A: The safer route, can't you tread?
B: Safe is boring, a wise soul once said.
A: No, it spells danger ahead.
B: If fate so wishes, go now, make my bed.
A: Fine, have it your way!
B: I will now, you'll have no say!
A: Guard yourself, let emotions be at bay.
B: But experience is rich, no other way.
A: Now, there you are, broken and blue...
B: And aren't you broken too?
A: I heard the toll, this was a call for death...
B: But hey, I'm stronger. I'm not dead yet.

These words are all I have - hear me
talking, talking.
These words are all I am - hear me
talking, talking.
I hear you calling me in the dead of night.
I can hear you crying in the dead of night.

You lean towards despair at any given
opportunity, always tripping
over the fence that way. But maybe, just
maybe, you'll understand some day that

these words are all I have so hear me
talking, talking.
These words are all I am so hear me
talking, talking.
Hear me calling in the dead of night.
Please hear me crying in the dead of night.
