Passionate about the Lord.
She asked of Him for more.
A passion so daunting.
More of a need
not a wanting.

She prayed every night
for her lucent light.
Shining like a vivid gloss,
thanking Him so promptly
for carrying such a heavy cross.

She testified her beauty in a pure way,
appreciating God's beauty every day.
She knows God can beautify,
She knows He is beautiful,
then so am I.

It baffles my mind every day
that someone would die for me
in such an excruciating kind of way.

I think of it all the time
how this man could show love
as such a beautiful sign.

How His loving hands covered in blood
could evaporate our sins and shame
so we could be loved.

We will always remember this one man
who died on this Easter day
loves us more than anyone can.

I slash my eyes into your version and allowed my dress to sway

A sly grin on my "innocent" face, you thought my lips couldn't pay

"Who would? Be honest, Who ever could?"

"That is the question... Who could ever love me? Some just believe they should"

"But just because they believe they SHOULD doesn't mean they can or COULD... Understand?"

"Only someone with unconditional forgiving love could. Godly love is rare in this land"

"Who could want? Someone with a forgiving, merciful, kind soul. Yes very few."

"But those very few are one of the biggest blessing I needed. Our Savior knew."

"And I know because of Christ, we'd fight for one another. My Savior would fight for me"

"A worthless, rebellious, burning, wicked, soul torn. disturbing, confused flea"

"A sinner, a shadow, who only hides to prepare the perfect timing to fight back"

"Fight back with love, kindness, mercy, and wisdom, This world's system I will hack"

"He sacrificed himself for a shadow, He gave up his life to save me from Hell's flaming bed sheets

"I'M ANSWERING!!! I AM LOOKING AT ME!!! I HAVE BEEN FOR WEEKS!!!"

"I KNOW  HOW DISTURBING  MY SINS ARE AND HOW WRETCHED MY WORDS CAN BE!!!

"BUT THAT GOES FOR EVERYONE!!! I HAVE PLENTY TO SAY!! MY VOICE ISN'T WEAK!!!"

I felt my heart grow hot as I seen their mind was far from lost

Like dust they disappeared with the wind and I looked back into the mirror of myself

It's funny how we can lie and deceive ourselves... and put the truth on the shelf.

The dear Lord knows I struggle with a double thinking mind

I know the Lie and I know the Truth, as long as I seek him, solutions and peace I know I'll find

I can't imagine all the
pain you must've felt
as they beat you with the whip.

I can't imagine all the
torture you went through
as they nailed your hands and feet.

I can't imagine what an
eternity spent with you in
Heaven is like but I know
that because of the pain and torture
you willingly endured
I get to spend forever with you.

They stood helpless as He was Crowned with thorns, then anchored with wood in form of a cross.  He carried that cross to the scene of his death, where they drove spiked nails through his flesh.
Hung from the cross tortured and beat , His death Fell upon him, They  wrapped his body in a white  sheet and laid it inside the tomb. As they left they sealed the tomb with a boulder surely to heavy to move. Our Father gave his life that day for the sake of our sins .
As Mary went to the tomb that day, she bear witness of an angel perched on the rock, as the rock no longer blocked the entrance to the tomb where Jesus was laid, she entered the tomb and much to her surprise, Jesus Christs  body was no longer there as the angel spoke to Mary "He's Alive" He Rose from the dead that day to forgive us of our sins. As we live this life He gave to us I praise Him for His Grace For Just as He died for us He Rose from the Dead just the same. He is Alive Thank you sweet Jesus
