I feel so little,
It's so hard to keep trying
When none notice you.
What wrong have I done to you? I was not the one who stopped trying, I was not the one who fell apart and succumbed to everything else, I was not the human who became a robot! I wish I could say you are nothing to me, but Lord knows I still love you.

She asked me why I stared at her
whenever we were seated
in the same room.
Why all my attention was focused
on her, even when hers wasn't
anywhere on me.

The distressed sound of her voice
and the lost look in her eye
are what led me to answer her question.

I stare at her because she is beautiful.
Because I'm quite aware that if I don't,
she might do something spectacular
and I would've never known.

My attention is constantly focused on her
because she is a light and I am a moth,
I must seek what draws me in:
she drew me in.

Her smile and her laugh made me swoon,
made me feel light headed,
while mine did nothing to affect her at all.

I answered her question with three simple words,
I don't know
because it's better if she doesn't know
that I find her unbelievably beautiful.
that she is a light in my dim world.

It's better if she doesn't know that I love her,
that every single day is filled with me
counting down the minutes until I can see her again.

It's just better this way,
there's no heartbreak or rejection.
Call me selfish,
but I think that I'm allowed to look out
for myself.
Turned 17*
in yet another ordinary day..
blind
black
boring..*
Yes there were kind of joy
in my dreams
But the cake was bitter, balloons deflated, grey jacket
withered flowers, self written cards, melted candles
And infinite wait for your call..

17 years of humanly life... earthly
that faint odor of emptiness
Every time you turn back and realize how beautiful it was
It will make you only wilt
That how dull it is
That how beauti-dull its going to be..

And after all
Its me wishing myself
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

Look
If it were to find
And to feel it
With heavy chest
This life
This is it
Only for a moment…

I've always admired her writing.
She sums up her thoughts
in no more than 9 lines.
She reminds me less is more.
She helps me to remember:
Life is short.

So why do I still ramble?
You can come to see me any time, even if
my waves don't whisper your name, don't call you,
be sure I think about you and remember,
for I am all thoughts and memories of you.

My waters are always crystal clear for you,
ready for your coming, happily awaken,
I hear someone's footfall in the far,
even if not yours, I keep on flowing.

I flow constantly, even knowing that no wanderer
comes down to wash his face in my stream,
I spring, quietly awaiting for your dry lips.

I spill crystal clear water, not caring about the waste.
Believing, that one day you'll come and I'll refresh you.
That believe allows me to flow nights and days.
